終於一星期,興奮得要死,放工當然要嚟個胃陷中環,但又唔想再見到咁多人,因為返工都已經對住好多人sss,所以靜靜地上樓上西餐撐吓檯腳最回氣今次嗌咗個二人扒餐,可以試到兩種唔同嘅扒,首先係嚟自紐西蘭嘅牛牛,煮到四成熟真係啱啱好,再熟多少少就韌,紫薯代替薯條,仲要唔係油炸,健康又滋味另外和牛扒更加不得了,熟咗仲見到啲雪花紋理清晰,食落果然入口即化,千祈唔好排斥啲肥肉,嗰舊先係高潮嘅所在。除咗紫薯,仲有菜同原片椰菜花,連莖都唔硬,食肉獸大胃都全KO呢度嘅卡邦尼同樣係唔同啲,醬汁唔係得個白字,略帶點黃,睇嚟經過心思調味,加上雜菌同煙肉嘅配合,令呢餐登上高峰由於有薯菜,大胃冇揀沙律,揀咗南瓜湯,飲起嚟超香香草味,喜歡田園風味嘅人就唔好揀沙律喇食完唔好走住,仲有雪糕送如果想嘢飲早啲到,就要講聲,因為佢係default餐後出除咗食好啲,都有生酮餐選擇呢度簡直好似置身於藝術館咁 continue reading
