話說K11Musea開咗咁耐,琴日我先第1次去。雖然知道好靚,個個都去打卡,但其實真係唔多鍾意同人去迫!咁啱去開尖沙咀,見有啲時間就自己去行下~個場真係又大又靚,第1次行真係差啲盪失路⋯重點係無乜人,想點影都得⋯各大名店職員亦非常好禮貌⋯其實真係安全過行山⋯由最底下層行起,邊行邊閒到啲麵包香⋯一路追蹤住啲香味,終於俾我發現到大量牛角包🥐其實我無特別留意過依間野(都係琴日出完Story,有好多人問我仲多唔多人排先知)好!講返個牛角包先!之前都試過排隊買過唔少牛角包,但次次都希望越大就失望越大!今次誤打誤撞,完全唔洗排除,仲有好多款式俾我揀!有:原味、抺茶、亞麻籽、芝麻、杏仁、士多啤梨、紅莓⋯咁多款味放晒喺到任揀⋯Strawberry Cloud Crosisant $28[分數:9/10]我先買咗個士多啤梨味嘅試下先~依款Cloud Crosisant 上面會有啲Cream,甜度都幾高,所以一定要配埋牛角包一啖過咬落去!而上面亦有輕輕燒過,口感會有少少似燒綿花糖牛角包底面都焗得好鬆脆,而且唔會好似灣仔某間牛角包店,有時焗得太燶,會有啲苦。而佢仲保持到外脆內軟~唔會太乾!當然佢嘅牛油香亦唔弱!以有餡嘅牛角包類嚟計,佢亦比某間連鎖做得更好!完全唔會俾Cream同生果整淋!所以試完一個之前,再買咗個杏仁味返屋企!重量比原味重好多,上面有層杏仁糖面,入面仲有啲牛油,真係超邪惡!之後再買多咗個鬆餅同Brownie返去~相比之下,牛角包完勝!📍📍📍📍📍📍📍📍📍📍📍Gontran Cherrier (尖沙咀)尖沙咀梳士巴利道18號Victoria Dockside K11 Musea B2樓B205-B207號舖 continue reading

期待左好耐, 食過嘅朋友都極力推薦嘅法國牛角包 🥐!! 之前聽講閑閑哋都要排成個鐘等佢新鮮出爐, 一出爐就賣晒 😅 今日趁有假期就過嚟開餐! 😋閒日係比較少人嘅, 至少冇門口長長嘅人龍, 但間鋪入邊仍然有好多人喺度搶購啱啱出爐嘅包, 廚房喺間鋪對面, 店員keep住拎新鮮出爐嘅麵包出嚟, 客人都會一擁而上, 店員都會好有禮貌咁主動幫客人用夾選購佢地想要嘅麵包~ 新鮮出爐原味牛角包, 熱辣辣, 外邊嗰層好脆, 新鮮麵包非常軟熟, 但又唔會食到成手油, 感覺上冇咁油膩, 減少平時食牛角包嘅罪惡感, very good!! 店舖嘅牛角包有幾款味道選擇, 有原味, 亞麻籽, 杏仁, 聽講仲有綠茶... 等等!難得嚟到當然會買啲手信返屋企, 呀妹鍾意食甜, 揀咗件 pain au chocolat 俾佢食~ 佢嘅評語係, 個朱古力好新鮮, 味道好高質~ 埋單, 買咗成$100麵包! 😜 值嘅! 🥰 continue reading

每次經過這裏,均看到排隊付款的人龍,實在不想浪費時間去揍熱鬧。再加上,我並不太喜歡吃牛角包,所以此店對我的吸引力不大。今次路過,細看才發覺有麵包和西餅檔,加上餐廳和飲品檔,整間店的面積頗大。而甜品的賣相,甚為吸引,我和同行朋友即使剛吃完午飯,也忍不住買了幾件來吃。最吸引我的是Vanilla Flan ($25)和Kouign Amann法式焦糖奶油酥($28),不過由於實在吃不下兩件,因此我只買了一件Vanilla Flan。朋友則胃口不錯,買了Vanilla Flan,Lemon & Orange Madeleine ($12)和一個牛角包($24)。Vanilla Flan的味道就是布甸,不算太甜但不夠蛋香,相信這個recipe是為了迎合港人的口味。不過,也許我們習慣了吃「新鮮出爐」,因此對這件凍的甜點,便大大扣分。再加上,我目測以為周邊的酥皮是脆的,所以特別揀了這個位置,可是實際是稔的,亦有點失望。朋友說牛角酥與Bakehouse那件差不多,只是體積較大件。而Lemon & Orange Madeleine也沒有特別驚喜,試過一次便算了。甜品櫃那邊則頗吸引,各款西餅售價由$38-$52不等,價錢與精品餅店相約,但體積較大件,下次定會試試。 continue reading

特登去尖沙咀買呢個牛角包食撞正佢岩岩出爐,熱辣辣,佢真係一層層架,每一啖都好脆口,杏仁好香,裡面既奶黃餡料偏甜,其實唔駛餡已經好好食,$29/個,一年半載食一次我覺得價錢都ok continue reading
