落啲六點幾我哋去到food court嗰陣搵餐廳食嘢,已經見到呢一間麵包舖門口嘅人龍非常之誇張,有成幾十個人喺度排隊,非常之好奇使唔使咁多人呀!我一直好憎排隊,所以咁多人嘅情況下,就算幾好食,我都唔會排隊。於是我哋繼續享受我哋嘅晚餐,跟住喺K11行咗個圈之後。臨走嗰陣時再落返黎呢層買水飲,跟住見到呢一間包店少咗好多人,得返10幾個人,咁不如試吓啦,而家得咁少人排一陣就OK。跟住朋友排隊,我負責揀包。有少少外貌協會,揀咗個好靚嘅提子牛角包($45),再揀咗一個非牛角包嘅東西,就係香腸黑椒香腸包!跟住拎左啲食物去朋友度一齊排隊。點知突然間佢哋啲侍應推咗一車新鮮嘅麵包出嚟, 話係新鮮出爐,當中係有ham and cheese牛角包,兩個人兩個嘴,仲要食飽飯,但係聽到新鮮呢兩個字,咁梗係要試吓啦,尤其是呢間麵包舖有陣時要排成幾十個人,開D 個胃啦,冇所謂一晚半晚。排隊速度都尚算OK嘅,我哋見到收銀嗰邊有三個人去負責收銀, 但係就同時間只可以應對到一個客人,一個就係企喺度問你需唔需要膠袋之類嘅人,另外一個就會幫你即刻入麵包,另外一個人就會幫你即刻撳錢收錢,睇得出佢哋都盡咗力去配合。不過如果真係有幾十個排隊,我真係點都唔會排!首先,三個包要$117 !我俾錢嗰陣時都有少少震驚,冇留意到3個包要咁貴!試左提子包先,因為係我鍾意嘅,第一口就非常之凍,凍死我,但係食落去又唔係好凍,個提子幾好食,甜嘅。但係感覺上同cream又唔算好夾,即係等於1層cream上放左幾粒提子,其實同分開食都冇乜分別。但係個主角應該係牛角包,因為個包真係好好食,好香好脆,好新鮮,入面咬開係一層層好分明, 好靚! 其實應該淨係買牛角包都夠食。呢個提子牛角包要$45 ,好貴!跟住再食試吓嗰個香腸包,個香腸好好食,熱嘅,好香,而佢嗰個酥皮都好趣好鬆好熱!嗰個芝士牛角包應該係最好食! 佢個芝士啱啱新鮮出爐溶入喺啲火腿餡料入邊,好香,好好味!而且味道有少少甜甜地,其實有啲似食緊pizza,但係係高質嘅Pizza嘅味道!整體來講,呢間既包,係好食嘅! 因為人流好多,啲包去得好快,所以佢嘅新鮮度係好高,好熱好脆口!但係如果計埋價錢,其實都幾嚇人,性價比就比較低。但係如果只計想食好東西的話,佢係值得食嘅!你話我會唔會再食? 我都會再食呀! continue reading

去到Musea B2 就會比一股好香嘅味道吸引住。就係呢一間咁邪惡嘅麵包舖,每次經過都會流口水。佢哋嘅牛角包好香,好精緻。去到嘅時候已經大排長龍,有一個蛇餅。大概有2-30人排隊俾錢。揀咗一個蝴蝶酥,一袋方包,一個普通牛角包,一個煙肉芝士牛角包。跟住快快手手去排隊。咁啱呢個時候有新鮮麵包出爐。職員會推住一個扶手車,載着新鮮出爐嘅麵包,問吓排緊隊嘅人有冇興趣。結果我哋係冇自制能力咁買多兩個。買咗一個酥皮腸仔包,同埋一個蒜蓉牛油包。因為實在太香啦,根本忍唔住就被店員游說買多咗兩個。排隊都起碼要排10分鐘左右先至比到錢。諗住可能唔夠人手做嘢,但原來收銀嘅地方已經有三個職員收緊錢。一個負責計數同收錢,兩個負責將啲麵包入袋。實在太繁忙啦。因為有兩個麵包係新鮮出爐熱辣辣,所以唔可以糟蹋佢哋,就即場食。個酥皮腸仔包好好味。個酥皮非常之鬆脆,牛油味好重,熱辣辣,腸仔有大條。完全諗唔到可以點樣挑剔佢。個牛油蒜蓉包,外面係比較硬,好似法包咁,但係裏面真係好鬆軟。每一寸嘅麵包都吸收咗蒜蓉牛油。真係食到停唔到口。六樣嘢,總共係$190。平均大概30幾蚊一樣嘢。唔平,但真係好好味。值得回購。 continue reading

每次來到K111,我都會落地庫碰碰運氣,看看買不買到Gontran Cherrier的牛角包,他家的牛角包香味,未搭電梯落去都聞到,可想言之,有幾吸引。可惜每次落到去,排隊比錢既人龍長到打蛇餅,嚇怕了我,因龍無次買得成。好多這星期放早,去了K11食午飯,食完拿拿林去睇下仲有冇得賣,好彩,今次排隊人士不是太多,立即動身,買了幾個回家。我手上呢個係黑加倫子忌廉牛角包,嘩,首先震講佢啲cream ar 超輕盈,好像吃梳呼里一樣,像風一般細滑而且不甜,吃完的罪惡感減半。而佢個牛角包都好鬆軟,不過我建議返屋企用焗爐焗一下佢,口感更加鬆脆,因為我都買左個原味第二日食。我仲買左個chocolate scone ,仲送一盒小小的 caramel jam 比我配黎食,好濃厚既朱古力味,而配埋個有少少鹹既   caramel jam 一啲都唔過甜,剛剛好。好多時人氣食肆都浪得虛名,但這間麵包店真的名不虛傳,真係好食,怪不知佢由開業以來,都日日排長龍,食到佢家的麵包,都要看看運氣。 continue reading

So I say I love SCONE❤️🧡💛 來自法國🇫🇷數一數二嘅麵包店,雖然最出名係牛角包,但我覺得英式鬆餅更加好食😍🍞原味牛油英式鬆餅濃濃牛油飄香~~師傅將鬆餅烤至金黃,用「外脆內軟」來形容最為貼切;鬆餅外皮香脆,內心能保持着濕潤感覺,非似外間麵包店嘅鬆餅個種硬實感,完全感受到法國烘焙功架😋配埋草莓醬食用,口感更為豐富,難怪我每次去k11 musea 都要買😚 continue reading
