埋單時,以前都有過記錯數,伙計計多一兩樣野,有時計多一杯飲品!試過提醒,於是改番。今晚竟然初頭唔願意改,後來計比佢聽,同意改,但改少30蚊,請問邊款飲品30蚊呀?當我白痴?因為有客在,唔想再講多句!無良作法,起碼唔係日本人的作法。今晚仲發現被飲品中出現兩隻曱甴!唔會再幫襯啦! continue reading

I m a regular at this Yakitori place. Yes it is pricey for the location and size . They r corky as hell . But they are Very good . This old school Yakitori Resturant was been around for 30+ years . Owned by this Japanese man . Maximum seating of 15+ guest and it is limited skewer depending , if u get here around 8pm , guarantee chicken heart and kidney will be sold out .if you can even get a seat .i highly recommend this place to friends who like to catch-up around drink n great food . Great place after a long day at work continue reading

記得上次去一入門口,已經係極差態度呼喝"無位呀"今日一入門有張4位吉枱,個侍應問我地幾位,我話兩位,講左句"坐嗰度",要我地同人搭枱就行開左,算,照坐。坐低左後無任何招呼,等左成分鐘終於肯行過黎,以下係我地既對話侍應:要咩呀我:有無餐牌呀侍應:我地得串燒,無其他野食嫁,飲啲咩呀,有啤酒,sake我:我知,但有無餐牌呀侍應:牆上面有啲中文既,你睇下睇唔睇到啦,飲咩呀,啤酒,sake我二話不說即刻起身走。不知所謂到不得了,態度極差仲要凶神惡煞,好似殺左佢全家咁!永不錄用。 continue reading

居酒屋向來都是三五知己敍的好地方,這晚又是數人踫頭吹水之夜。酒過三巡,吃了不同的燒物。前菜是精緻的漬物,有茄子、青瓜、牛蒡等,各種食材漬得濕潤入味,口感軟硬適中,當中尤以牛蒡最正,爽甜但有咬口;整碟來說各樣少少的作為前菜確實不錯,吃開了頭而不會頂著,更能為其後的燒物先清一清味蕾。燒年糕塗上照燒汁,外包紫菜再燒,甜甜的年糕軟得來不會糊掉,夾著咸而香脆的紫菜,不論口感或味道均混和得非凡,乃是晚小人的至愛!串燒都是下酒聖物,日式燒鳥乃其中表表者。又薄又脆的雞皮好像吃著脆片般,襯著香滑嫩甜一點不乾的雞肉,一啖一件,滋味滿分!冬菇豬肉餅的肉餅鬆散了些,像是太多水份,肉質不夠緊致,未能發揮到燒肉的香口效果;即使有冬菇的濃郁香氣,亦跟煮出來的相差無幾。飯糰塗上燒汁香燒後很難不好吃,不過這個飯糰飯粒過腍、外層不夠脆,可以再燒多些時間。飯本身經已是甜,加上燒汁實在有點過甜了,後來小人須蘸點豉油同吃才覺得味道較佳。餐廳氛圍平和寧靜,不像一般酒吧喧嘩嘈雜,確是把酒慢談的好地方,但索價頗高,偶爾來一次還可以。 continue reading
