當天氣熱到無咩胃口嘅時候,你覺得食咩菜最適合?我哋覺得酸酸辣辣嘅泰國菜就最開胃啦!講到食泰國菜,第一時間走諗起有「小泰國」之稱嘅九龍城。九龍城嘅泰國菜真係由街頭到街尾十幾間,而我哋今次就選擇咗由泰國華僑主理嘅金麥泰泰國菜館。泰式柚子沙律頭盤就叫咗泰式柚子沙律,非常開胃!呢度嘅柚子沙律份量好多,又夠晒正宗,有花生碎、紅蝦仔、酸汁作調味,加上酸甜開胃嘅柚子,作為頭盤真係一流!冬蔭功湯酸而不辣,仲有陣陣椰香味,湯料有秀珍菇同大蝦。值得一讚嘅係店舖將煲湯嘅香茅隔走曬,可以放心大大啖咁飲湯。泰式馬拉盞通菜馬拉盞非常惹味,通菜脆口,非常有鑊氣。泰式串燒雞肉/豬肉/牛肉火侯控制得宜,唔會燒到啲肉乾爭爭,食落口juicy多汁,相當高質素。泰式青咖哩雞青咖喱嘅咖喱味香濃,送飯一流,惟份量較少,而且雞柳略嫌嚡口。泰式蝦羔炒飯呢個細炒飯,份量絕對夠2-3個人食。炒飯配料有肉鬆、花生、煎蛋、大蝦,每種配料可以因應自己嘅喜好去決定撈幾多落個炒飯度。略嫌美中不足嘅係蝦羔味唔算太出眾,但炒飯帶有微辣令人食唔停口。 continue reading

金麥泰泰國菜館 (九龍城)九龍城南角道34號地下太耐冇去旅行,今次就去九龍城食泰國菜,入到去餐廳覺得好舒坦,因為我哋2個人坐一大張枱,唔會逼☺️ 泰式馬拉盞炒通菜炒通菜有蝦米,本人覺得好惹味,同埋好大碟,唔係屋企煮到嘅味道,通菜都好新鮮。生菜包(豬肉)生菜包不得了,真係好好食,好想再encore,酸酸辣辣嘅豬肉碎,用生菜包住佢,係感覺好清新。冬陰功湯(小)冬陰功湯嗌咗細碗,但係都好大碗夠分四人份量,冬陰功湯都好足料,有鮮蝦、菇、香茅等。冬陰功湯好有鮮味!泰式金邊粉金邊粉炒得好有鑊氣,唔會話太濕又唔會話太乾,係啱啱好!之前食過炒金邊粉唔係太濕就係太乾,而今次食嘅真係好出色!值得一試!沙嗲串燒(豬、雞、牛)串燒一定係泰國菜必嗌嘅其中之一,三款串燒都唔會鞋口,亦都有得自由搭配,只需要四串以上,過往食嘅泰國餐廳都係六串先有得嗌!芒果糯米飯芒果糯米飯一上到枱,啲糯米飯仲係出緊煙,芒果份量都好祝,而且都好甜。太耐冇食芒果糯米飯既我,都唔記得咗係鹹甜嘅味道,依佢做嘅糯米飯好出色,味道好豐富!講到我而家都好想食⋯⋯椰青個椰青超大個超多水!仲好甜添!❤️❤️ continue reading

星期三12點半原本想去泰金國食野,但發現當日休息,我哋即時轉場,係IG搵到呢間「金麥泰泰國菜館」有唔少好評,就決定去一試!去到食飯時間,但成間餐廳冇人都有小小驚,點知食落真係麻麻地🥲.▫️ 泰式老虎笑 $108(6/10)呢個其實就係燒牛肉,其實食落唔錯,只係其中有幾舊咸到飛起😨感覺係冇撈勻啲調味料.▫️芒果糯米飯 $55(3/10)等咗好耐,原來係因為啲芒果糯米飯啱啱整好,熱嘅上枱🥲感覺好似食緊飯,唔係食緊甜品,雖然朋友覺得可接受,但我覺得不能接受,同埋如果未ready好點解唔一早同我哋講,如果知道熱嘅一定唔叫😮‍💨.▫️泰式炒金邊粉 $55(4/10)好重茄汁味🫠同我平時食開嘅金邊粉好唔同,呢個親民價錢冇蝦都算合理,但份量比正常少,而且味道真係令人好失望,反觀最近係旺角食過嘅另一間同價位嘅金邊粉高質太多了….▫️芒果沙冰 午市套餐+$20(6.5/10)午市套餐價加$20就有(ˊo̶̶̷ᴗo̶̶̷`)朋友話味道正常.▫️椰青 $32(6/10)正正常常,不過第一次食到咁少椰肉嘅椰青.如果鍾意我嘅𝐏𝐨𝐬𝐭 (˶ˊᵕˋ˵)希望你可以𝐅𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐨𝐰我@fibee3b. continue reading
