午市堂食禁令解封, 朝令夕改的政策令人生厭, 究竟林鄭月娥和她的團隊想法是甚麼? 我沒有興趣知道. 不過吃些麻辣菜式, 出一身汗, 也許能下火呢! 很懷念駿景軒的水煮魚, 魚片的爽滑永遠不會令人失望, 麻香豐盈, 麻辣的味道層次豐富, 配上軟糯而吸收了湯汁精華的紅薯粉, 就是我覺得最爽的菜式之一. 這裏的擔擔麵以辣和麻香為主調, 花生味道不濃, 湯汁也沒有凝厚如糊, 吃下去比平時吃的更爽. 蒜泥白肉的蒜泥加上辣椒油炒製, 而青瓜則切成絲狀, 以腩肉捲起, 頓時將一道前菜變成一道手工菜, 可惜的是腩肉不夠肥美. 點心只點了玫瑰鱈魚餃, 配搭新鮮, 柔和的花香和爽口的鱈魚粒有不錯的化學作用, 而內裡魚湯也夠豐盈, 令其成為整餐最舒柔的一道菜. continue reading

告假因為買件電器拎去山卡罅維修,一早坐車去,再去尖沙咀頻撲找食, 福德宮大陽星影響,令我周圍去視察,不滿意,想起瑰麗酒店彤福軒,未試過,工作人員說只開五六日,7月1後就正常。躊躇間,靈機一動,酒店中餐集郵的我,還有此間未試,咁就快馬加鞭,彈吓彈吓,急步過海,穿越鬧市走到邊陲,果然一片閒逸環境,心靜下來,窗外燦爛陽光,微風撩動葉兒,室内只聽到輕柔中國小調,枱與枱有一定距離,時間尚早,賓客只一兩枱,空調適中,牙籤大少滿意。慢慢嘆,讓肌膚唇邊感受光滑磁器質感後,再令鼻舌享受幽香茶味,挑選今天喜好。竹笙素餃$48,雜菌香紅蘿蔔發揮自身新鮮原味,淡淡地,皮彈,滿意,少見金磚豆腐粒$70,炸粉片雖厚的的,但內滑,富高級豆香,吸引,由令我想起怡東軒,喜愛。夏天、炸香食物最喜配食白粥$22,要無咸味,無瑤柱那種,佢做到,米香,解渴,稀稠適中。蘿蔔絲腸粉$62,蘿蔔雖香,可選水準更高,脆皮放口,不是即溶,混唾液有點韌。椒鹽九肚魚$80,雖脆但粉片厚的,紅樓的味及質分數較勝。在此區能找人煙較少及高級地方飲茶,難得,借此地方忘卻繁瑣工作,最近這個月的壓力非外人道,我這個老妖前所未見要攪盡腦汁去做衰人,心身俱疲,在這裏能給我片刻安寧! continue reading
