今日一睡醒就已經是中午,剛好萬寧的靈芝孢子有出位價,$199有12盒,買12盒再送2盒,所以我一睡醒,就去了買靈芝孢子。之後肚餓就隨即去了附近的金泰子泰國餐廳吃午餐。令我最回味的是椰汁雞湯,$98.0(1L),雞湯有豐富椰汁味,一大碗椰汁湯裏面又有雞味,雖然眼睛看下去有幾條辣椒,但原來都不是太辣,飲下去微酸,還有好輕微的辣,椰汁雞湯下面有一個火,不停的煲,越煲,湯中的香茅味就越出味,好出色,重點是雞肉好多,好多雞肉,雞肉又無骨,哈哈,所以我可以直接就食。又有一些洋蔥,番茄配菜,整個湯好好飲。餐牌其實有好多午市特價套餐,粉麵,飯類,蔬菜類,咖喱,肉類,海鮮,燒烤,沙律,頭盤小食,甜品,飲品等等.........因為椰汁雞湯的份量都幾多,我們三人每人都飲了好幾碗,哈哈,爽快之極。我都有點兒半飽feel。所以直接叫了一個黑白芒果糯米飯,$88.0。芒果有三大件,每件切成4塊。甜而多汁。黑糯米飯硬身,白糯米飯軟身,它們一正一負,互相配合,撈在一起食,有口感,好特別。再加上有椰汁醬,好重椰味,甜的,整個組合好好味。甜品亦叫了椰汁西米糕,$6 (1件),叫了三件,即是$18.0 (3件) 。每人一件。都是那句,餐廳的椰汁味好濃郁,椰味好足料。裡面有粟米,有芋頭粒,有西米,上面就有濃濃的椰漿。有人說想試椰汁西米露,於是我們就叫了一碗椰汁西米露,$25.0。原來椰汁西米露跟椰汁西米糕的內裡材料一樣。裡面一樣有粟米,有芋頭粒,有西米,不過椰汁西米露就比較稀,呈流質,像吃糖水一樣。而椰汁西米糕質感就比較有口感,因為有點兒像吃糕狀甜點。兩者甜度剛好適中,幾好。飲品就叫了椰青,叫了2個,$35 (1個),所以$70.0 (2個)。椰青夠凍夠冰涼,椰青裡面的水好清甜,好好飲。2個椰青都是水滿滿的,爽啊!連椰青裡面的肉都有用匙羹刮來吃,因為質地都幾軟身,用匙羹一刮 ,椰青肉就刮起來 ,微甜,有咬口,嘻。賣單$299,三個人,$99.6左右一個人,一百元都不用,整體好滿意啊。 continue reading

好朋友聚會,介紹佐呢間泰菜,位置方便,入到餐廳感覺都算乾淨企理,有方枱及圓枱,方便聚會。我首先到達取位,坐了近半個鐘,水都無杯等到朋友來到點菜,想要杯熱水話無,只有普通水,(希望唔係水喉水)最尾我們都各自點了飲品講番菜式,點了蝦刺身,夠爽夠厚肉,配生蒜同辣汁好吃。柚子沙律,柚子唔夠豐富,汁唔夠香甜,普通。燒豬頸肉,未試過食咁鞋趙唔開的豬頸肉,可以話差,雖然佢都已經切薄片,但都好乾,千祈唔好點。冬蔭功螺湯,味道正宗,香辣濃。招牌蒜蓉包好味,推介。咖哩炒軟殼蟹,味道可以,蟹肉質素唔錯。炒椰菜苗都唔錯。到最尾出去埋單,居然找少了廿蚊比我,我當佢大意,好在我睇到 continue reading

8點前入去,見到有好多吉枱,同店員講兩位,佢叫我坐得一張吉櫈既枱,仲係吉枱拉張櫈過黎,都唔比人坐。坐低後,見到有人想入黎食,聽到搭枱即走。先食豬頸肉炒金邊粉,個汁好惹味,值得一讚。跟住食肉碎生菜包,對於唔食辣既朋友,未必頂得住咁辣,即刻要飲水降溫。最後食黑白糯米拼芒果,兩種糯米加埋,都有一碗飯咁多,食完都飽哂。 continue reading

今次黎到位於佐敦的金泰子,佢有其他分店。近荃灣線啲就太子。因為依間分店離佐敦都有一段距離,係啲巷仔入面,真係要靠google map大神先得。佢既舖都幾大,有分上下層。我地被安排坐係上層。位置都幾寬敞。我地總共叫左三樣野。1. 冬蔭公湯個冬蔭公湯做得幾岀色。酸辣度岩岩好,吾會做到其中一隻味太突岀而得個酸味或辣味。用左好多配料煮成,既新鮮又濃郁。用左金屬碗去盛湯,上菜既時候仲霧緊煙,飲到最尾都暖笠笠。2. 蟹肉炒飯炒飯就比較遜色,少配料。雖加上蛋和蔥,但一點蛋蔥味都沒有。飯比較濕身。3. 青咖哩軟殻蟹個青咖哩都做得幾好。用黎撈飯一流,軟殻蟹分量偏少,兩個人只分得兩三件左右。 continue reading

嘗試了好幾次金泰子了。每次都吃不厭呀!忍不住推薦一下:找餐廳有選擇恐懼症的朋友不如試下金泰子吧!!超級值得的!我和朋友常去的這家是佐敦分店,離地鐵站很近很方便找。別看小小的,據説裏面都是正宗的泰籍大厨,所以味道比較正!服務員經理和老闆每次也都超級熱情。最方便的是外賣堂吃都有,付款的話現金、刷卡、支付寶、微信都沒問題!#鮮蝦刺身,從第一次嘗試到現在每次必點,一人都能吃完一整份!蝦的肉質很新鮮,吃起來超厚實,完全勝過我之前在海港城試的另外幾家!秘製的蘸醬酸酸辣辣,配著蝦超入味,讓你停不下來。如果不太吃辣的朋友可以囑咐一下店員,點椰汁鷄湯。也超正!#冬陰功湯,也一定要推薦的!本人基本只吃微辣,老闆超有心會囑咐厨房少辣。但微辣也已經很好吃了!湯帶奶香,裏面的蝦仁、菌菇、鷄肉都出乎意料地新鮮。#泰式海南鷄,如果一兩個人的話半隻量都很“良心”了!鷄肉嫩嫩的,關鍵是配上他們店的蘸醬,竟然會出奇地好吃!大家可以看下圖片,半份就蘸完一份蘸醬,又向店員討了一份蘸醬的證據哈哈哈。#芒果鮮蝦炒飯,真的也是第四次去的意外收穫了。五星推薦!本來只是想隨便嘗點甜的,完全沒想到炒飯竟然如此飽滿!!!芒果真的很!大!顆!蝦仁也是一如既往的大和新鮮!一上菜就能聞到香香的芒果味,吃進去飯完全是芒果的香味,再咬到蝦仁,那種感覺真的試過你就知道超滿足!不得不説的是,右邊這張是吃了十分鐘后還有的量,料就是這麽真實!#泰式肉碎包生菜也是店内推薦菜了。肉碎味道很特別,鹹鹹香香的,包著生菜就不膩了,吃起來也挺爽口的!一個人可能量有點多,朋友一起去的話可以試一下,肯定搶著吃!#椰汁西米糕,最後甜食肯定不能少啦!大家一定要點這個椰汁西米糕,不是一般的味道,也不是一般的特別!別看小小的綠綠的,舀一勺入口的話,椰汁、馬蹄、西米味道細滑超級獨特!真的吃一口就忘不掉的那種!本人最多一次性吃了五盒,還帶了四份回家放冰箱哈哈哈。飲料店裏也很多,但本人每次只中意泰式奶茶,喝不厭!#例湯,差點忘了!中午都會有例湯送哦!典型的老火例湯(差不多青紅蘿蔔鷄骨湯的樣子)都挺不錯的!喝了暖暖的很開心。每次去基本Local顧客比較多了,還有些帥氣的外國小哥。Local都吃不厭的泰料真的算很棒了。價格都很實惠,同餐高峰時段的話店裏都滿人哦!大家找好時間去試一試,絕對值得! continue reading
