晚上一個人,尤其是一個想自己獨樂樂的一天。總會想起食牛扒。而我就趁不用加班的一天,去看看太子有什麼西餐食,有什麼餐廳可以讓我獨自一人,獨自快樂地吃一份正牛扒。看街上找來找寺,始終都是覺得《金鳳大餐廳》的鐵板牛扒最合我心意同最合我的口胃。所以,巡視了幾家店之後,都係決定去《金鳳》排隊。由於我是一個人來,店員就立即收拾門口位的一張只能容納一人的小檯給我,所以,我連小票也不用取,直接有一個自成一角的座位。可以好安心地,慢慢看 menu。而當我一打開 menu 時,就立即被他們的 50週年 special 餐吸引住了。點好餐之後,就先來一份非常 Hong Kong Style 的湯同麵包。在港式西餐廳,來一個羅宋湯是最身心舒暢的。香香的麵包,最完美就是把一整舊牛油塞入去食,再配合香濃的羅宋湯,這是香港人才回明白的西餐享受。當日,若是個羅宋湯再熱少少的話,感覺會是更美。我點的牛扒,就是期間 special 的貴族牛扒。美國牛肩扒,我配的是薯菜同蒜蓉汁。當店員在我面前把香噴噴的蒜蓉汁淋上去時,觸碰到鐵板熱力時,汁液同香味立即四散。在我面前,是充滿100% 香味同油煙的。肉厚的牛扒,吃得出是沒有用過量鬆肉粉去製作的。肉質結實,味道濃香,入口當然也是嫩滑啦。在港式扒房,有蒜蓉汁的加持,味道是更上一層樓的。但我可以說,這一片牛扒,若是沒有汁的陪伴,也會是好好吃的一片。餐飲,我選擇了奶茶。畢竟,我來的是港式扒房啊,奶茶一定會比咖啡做得更出色。而我喝得出,這是一杯真正的港式奶茶,是一杯濃香滑俱全的出品,不錯。多年來,《金鳳大餐廳》都是一間非常好的港式豉油扒房。食物長期有水準,而且一點也不貴。最重要,是這一類型扒房,一定會啱香港人口味,唔會唔好食。 continue reading
