今天周日跟家人於東涌東薈城搵食醫肚,偶爾經過這間餐廳,目測現場座無虛席,再眼看餐牌感覺很吸引,所以最後決定一試。雖然今天是周日,但當時門外沒有人等候,所以很快我們就可以進場。我們兩人分別點了焗咖哩封門柳飯和鐵板脆嫩雞扒。◾餐牌所有食物都只有散叫,所以假若鐵板想要餐湯麵包的話就需要額外加錢。◾可能食物是即叫即做的關係,所以可能需要時間等候。然後是食物評價:◾焗飯醬汁不會太辣,而封門柳肉質比較軟腍,整體口感不俗。◾鐵板可選擇蒜蓉跟黑椒兩種醬汁,而我選擇了黑椒醬汁。醬汁不會太辣,還稍為有點甜味;而雞扒整體肉質算是中規中矩,不會太軟腍又不會太韌。整體尚算可接受範圍。飲品就點了支裝可樂跟凍奶茶,◾汽水只有支裝,鐵板跟餐免費,其他飲品半價;◾凍奶茶用了比較大的玻璃杯,只是奶茶茶味稍為苦澀。最後整體而言,相比傳統扒房,我覺得還算不錯,下次應該還會再來光顧。

然後是食物評價:

總結嚟講,「金龍」絕對唔係淨係靠裝修打卡,而係有心機做菜,每道菜都有啲新意思。無論係海鮮火候、口感處理,定係味道平衡都處理得唔錯。加上服務都幾有禮貌,價錢以地段同用料嚟講都算合理。下次會想試埋佢哋鐵板牛扒或者傳統扒餐!

放lunch個陣見到有新嘢開,加埋係附近少見的港式扒房,就抱着試一試的心態入去。入面既裝修都比較懷舊,好有味道,不過座位之間不會太逼,坐落都舒服。我就叫左個西冷扒餐,附送一個餐包,嘢飲同埋飯或者意粉。餐包送上來幾時候有經過加熱,比起直接放上來更有誠意同埋好吃。羅宋湯就不過不失,但係忌廉蘑菇湯有驚喜,幾綿密,不過有些人可能會覺得太清淡。而西冷牛扒我叫咗5成熟,係鐵板上面淋完黑椒汁,D煙同埋香味令人食慾大動。變成了7成熟的西冷牛扒,肉質同口感都幾好,配上白飯確實一流。除了要排隊同埋價錢偏貴咗少少,整體體驗都係幾好既。食物不錯,環境舒服,下次會再黎試下佢平D既餐。

扒房啱啱開張第一次嚟食晚餐,平日夜晚要等半個鐘以上。叫咗兩份ribeye,其中一份漏咗單,朋友差唔多食完先嚟第二份。紅湯味道一般,唔夠蔬菜鮮甜味,個湯都幾䶢,仲要加$28先有湯,餐包同野飲,唔係好抵食。原本叫咗ribeye五成熟,鐵板明顯唔夠熱,倒汁落去都冇乜聲,結果切開得兩三成熟,個廚師似係冇乜經驗。塊肉好薄,肉質唔算好淋,冇乜牛味,配菜得1小粒西蘭花,1粒車厘茄及幾條薯條,似食緊大家樂根本都唔值呢個價。

🐑整體一般一般啦,都係D2 Place 金鳳好食D🐑餐包係熱嘅,夠誠意👍🏻🐑羅宋湯,夠酸夠辣,可惜係齋湯,即係冇肉冇骨,所以飲落口唔夠濃郁囉。其實做得扒房,一定有啲肉頭肉尾嘅下欄嘢嘅,落埋去煲湯都唔怕死啦🤭。🐑磨菇湯好味過羅宋湯好多,菇味都幾濃,而且打得滑身。🐑鐵板雜扒,鐵板扒嚟講,上枱夠熱,淋汁有咋咋聲,熱到連車厘茄同西蘭花呢啲伴菜都係超熱,就已經合格有餘嘞,其餘就係肉嘅質素:牛柳,食粉乸過嘅,乸得幾鬆,但又唔會鬆得太過份,拿捏得幾好;雞扒,是但求其搵個人點煎都ok㗎嘞,唔會出錯;腸仔,係廚師牌雞肉腸,芸芸咁多雞肉腸品牌當中,呢隻最好食,又係一定點整都唔會錯;煎蛋係蘭王蛋,夠揼本;薯格就一般貨式啦。至於汁方面,黑椒汁夠味,但係唔夠惹味,亦唔夠辣。🐑瑞士汁雞,瑞士汁鹹甜比例調教得幾好,可惜隻雞翼就浸老咗少少咁啦🤭。

🐑鐵板雜扒,鐵板扒嚟講,上枱夠熱,淋汁有咋咋聲,熱到連車厘茄同西蘭花呢啲伴菜都係超熱,就已經合格有餘嘞,其餘就係肉嘅質素:牛柳,食粉乸過嘅,乸得幾鬆,但又唔會鬆得太過份,拿捏得幾好;雞扒,是但求其搵個人點煎都ok㗎嘞,唔會出錯;腸仔,係廚師牌雞肉腸,芸芸咁多雞肉腸品牌當中,呢隻最好食,又係一定點整都唔會錯;煎蛋係蘭王蛋,夠揼本;薯格就一般貨式啦。至於汁方面,黑椒汁夠味,但係唔夠惹味,亦唔夠辣。

🐑瑞士汁雞,瑞士汁鹹甜比例調教得幾好,可惜隻雞翼就浸老咗少少咁啦🤭。

Just as we finished the appetizer, my Sizzling Golden Dragon Classic Steak Platter arrived on a sizzling hot plate, alongside her Golden Dragon Sizzling Signature. While she didn't share much of her dish (I did sneak a bite of the lobster, which was fresh and juicy), Let's go back to my Golden Dragon Classic, those chicken steak was tender and juicy, marinated to perfection, delivering a delightful burst of flavor with every bite. The beef tenderloin, cooked medium-rare, was incredibly succulent, with a rich flavor profile that paired beautifully with the accompanying sauces, making it the highlight of the platter. Crowning the dish was a sunny-side-up Yumeou egg, whose runny yolk added a creamy element that blended seamlessly with the meats. This platter was not only generous in portion but also a delightful mix of textures and flavors, making it a must-try for meat lovers.

Oh don’t forget to enjoy your steak with bottled coke! It was sooo satisfying 😚.
Overall, our dining experience was exceptional. Both the Sizzling Golden Dragon Classic Steak Platter and the Swiss Sauce Chicken Wings showcased the restaurant's commitment to quality and flavor. The warm ambiance and attentive service further enhanced our meal, making it a truly memorable outing.
