早前參加咗一個本地團「文化翠野遊」,主要造訪北區一啲名勝,包括錦田壁畫村、水頭村水尾村樹屋、本土出產嘅香印提子園,又真喺無諗過香港都有啲咁嘢,而沿途導遊姐姐亦介紹咗好多香港嘅歷史,以及一啲特別嘅資訊,如香港唔同大橋嘅分別呀、歷史建築嘅獨特點呀,總之對整個行程都有好深嘅體會,感覺相當唔錯。最後一站喺食晏,安排嚟到黃金海岸酒店內嘅「海岸扒房」,享用3道菜嘅午餐。印象中,黃金海岸酒店嚟嘅次數一隻手掌數得晒,因為位置相對我嚟講都喺有隔涉,之前嚟過兩次都喺食自助餐,所以,今次到訪「海岸扒房」實屬第一次。由於餐廳位處大堂後方,所以,依然有高樓底,環境闊落開揚,枱與枱之間嘅空間感極大,又有偌大嘅落地玻璃窗對住出面嘅園林景,景觀相當唔錯。簡單嘅餐桌佈置,而枱上又放置咗鮮花作點綴,感覺立時唔同晒。由於疫情關係,雖然喺跟團,但盡量都安排相熟嘅坐埋一枱,否則,就二人一枱減低交叉感染風險。話就話喺團餐,但一啲都唔失禮,都喺正統嘅三道菜午餐,不過,跟餐廳是日三道菜午市套餐嘅內容唔同,但即管影埋出嚟俾大家參考。而我哋所享用嘅套餐,可以講都喺大同小異,湯品或沙律一樣任擇其一,主菜就四選一,加上甜品,並奉送咖啡或茶。麵包籃應該叫麵包盒,以小木盒載住3款麵包,都喺比較硬身嘅歐陸或麵包,雖然,唔喺人人都鍾意呢類包,但就啱晒我,煙韌有麵粉香,搽牛油,或者伴湯都好。松露忌廉湯餐湯、沙律只可以二揀一,不過,我哋兩個人就可以一人嗌一樣,試晒兩款。酒店級即喺酒店級,個忌廉湯打得細緻綿滑,菌香極之突出,而且,夠熱辣,老婆勁欣賞。海鮮芒果沙律好意外喺個份量,道沙律大大碟又有不少海鮮食材,甚有睇頭。啲芒果切成薄片墊底,十分香甜,而海鮮有大蝦、三文魚、魷魚、青口配上火箭菜及櫻桃蘿蔔,又豐富,又好食。煎挪威三文魚配配莧菜、甘筍茸、烚薯及香草忌廉汁主菜方面,老婆揀咗挪威三文魚,賣相好精緻,甘筍茸做成好似個汁底咁,啲三文魚沾上甘筍茸或香草忌廉汁都得,同樣好夾,就算喺啲烚薯,唔止裁過嚟,更調咗味,唔會「淡茂茂」;而件三文煎得一流,外脆內嫩,魚肉柔滑得很,仲充滿油香,卻不覺得好膩。焗菠菜磨菇意式粉卷配芝士忌廉汁小弟就揀咗款少食到嘅意式粉卷,一上枱,已感受到嗰份滾燙,熱力逼人,芝士嘅香味四溢。意式粉卷有啲似千層麵,不過,喺捲起咗、薄身咗嘅千層麵,口感有咬口,裡面填滿菠菜及蘑菇,加上掛滿溶透嘅芝士,食味一流。熱咖啡、熱檸茶主菜過後,就送上餐飲,不外乎一般嘅茶啡。可能由於團餐關係,加快個服務流程,所以,喺唔喺都擺碟檸檬片,之後先問你飲啲咩。由於仲有甜品,所以,一於襯番杯咖啡,而咖啡感覺就普通啲,好似平常食自助餐時嗰啲質素。藍莓芝士餅配士多啤梨雪糕最後上枱嘅甜品一啲都無「求其」,賣相都無「馬虎」。芝士餅嘅質感好夠挺,但不失軟滑,面頭嘅鮮藍莓醬做得酸甜細緻,士多啤梨雪糕亦唔哋普通貨,入口有奶香,仲有微微果肉。唯挑剔餅喺消化餅底略嫌厚咗少少。一頓既豐富,又美味嘅午餐,為是次嘅本地小旅遊劃上完美句號。若非老婆稍後仲有行程,可以選擇晌度離隊,再晌黃金海岸周邊行吓,話晒平常真喺好少會入嚟。 continue reading

10月1號中秋佳節,同老公去了黃金海岸的海岸扒房,點選了四道菜的晚餐。因為特別假日關係,所以只有這個套餐選擇。不過,食物選擇方面都很大路, 應該都適合大部份人的口味。首先大堂已經裝滿晒燈籠景色很優美,有濃厚的節日氣氛。首先上了兩個餐包配牛油,然後就上了Starter - 這個前菜的主角是煎海蝦,10分香口, 彈牙肉滑。配菜有炸脆了的薯仔粒和一些類似芋頭絲,醬汁是鹹鹹的,口感有層次,味道適中,溫度是暖暖的然後就係餐湯,蒜蓉雜菇湯,內有蘑菇鮮冬菇。這個湯相對來講簡單,有濃厚的蘑菇味,有蒜蓉味,味道是不錯的,而且有別於正常配有的忌廉蘑菇湯。然後到主菜:我選擇了煎鱸魚,魚嘅外皮炸得鬆脆,有別於外邊的鱸魚煎法,配有四季豆和香煎過的椰菜花。不錯👍🏻另外一個主菜選擇了羊架, 六成熟, 剛好冇出血水。 肉質林身, 個人認為酥味不太濃。令配有蕃茄汁和烤薯仔, 配合得很好,不會太乾。然後就是兩個甜品,我們選了芝士蛋糕和紅桑子拿破崙,不算太甜拿破崙夾餅很香脆, cream味濃厚,芝士蛋糕唔會太溜, 亦有香濃嘅忌廉芝士味。由於中秋節的關係所以令附送月餅一個和朱古力。 continue reading

首先,黃金海岸餐廳嘅侍應態度十分惡劣,安排左一個角落頭嘅位俾我哋,完全冇人理我哋,啲侍應全部去晒自助餐嗰邊招呼客人,跟住個位又好熱,簡直係叫天不認、叫地不聞。本來訂左酒店嘅房係有套餐嘅,侍應冇問過我哋係咪呢度嘅住客,搞到我最嬲尾散嗌左啲嘢食,比起嗰個套餐貴左幾百蚊。嗌咗幾杯嘢飲,青島生啤係無氣既。炸芝士,個酸梅醬好唔夾個芝士,一般。洋蔥湯夠熱,都幾甜嘅,我覺得呢個OK。呢個jumbo set幾抵食,有一隻春雞加豬肋骨,薯條都夠脆,cherry tomatoes 好甜,粟米好乾好硬,個豬好嚡口,雞夠滑。影相嗰陣時太快手,牛扒張相有啲䑃,牛扒係幾好食嘅,五百幾蚊10安士一個套餐,包左頭先嗰個芝士小食。另外叫咗個龍蝦汁扁意粉,味道偏鹹,我覺得唔好食。最後叫咗一個Apple crumble ,我覺得份量都幾多,適合三至四人食,個皮都幾脆,入面有好多蘋果。埋單係$1700,我覺得一啲大型嘅西餐廳好食過佢,服務又差,我唔會再食呢間餐廳囉。本來諗住住酒店方便先至落嚟食嘢,但係感覺係完全側重左係自助餐嗰邊,西餐部呢邊係冇人理嘅,酒店真係要反省下係咪為咗慳資源,搞到唔夠人手! continue reading

經酒店網站購買了滋味龍蝦下午茶,折扣後約四百多元2位,其實不算便宜,更令我寄寓厚望。由於疫情下生意艱難,原本坐於lobby樓層的海岸餐廳,可能因不夠客人及侍應生,改了在Cafe lagoon內享用,可幸經已重新裝修,座位及1.5距離的要求令我們坐得舒適。幾年前嚐過他們的下午茶set, 他們做的鬆餅軟棉鬆化,配上牛油及果醬簡直一絕,令我一試難忘。但今次難得再次幫親,望著茶架上又扁又方的疑似鬆餅簡直晴天霹靂,一望便知不是傳統款式,救命,傳統便是傳統,不要變成四不像好不好!還要他們漏了奉上牛油及果醬,要我追回才給我,請問我是不是置身在酒店餐廳呀?下午茶用了龍蝦做主題,內裏有幾款咸甜加了龍蝦肉,沒有太大驚喜,醬汁也沒調得出色,好像普通三文治加了蝦肉罷了。其他款式普通,果兩塊好似方塊階磚的物體原來是蘋果酥,雖然幾好吃,但可惜外觀不夠吸引。選比較好吃還有朱古力棒,外脆但內裏充滿濃郁的朱古力班尼,好味。有一點要稱讚,酒店入座時會每位送上一個信封,可將我們的口罩放好,確實夠晒細心及注意各位客人的衛生。希望他們會將傳統的afternoon tea set重現。 continue reading
