都一段時間無去屯門黃金海岸酒店,啱啱有親戚返香港住咗呢間酒店,過去同佢哋食餐飯見下面,就揀咗「海岸扒房」,試下呢度嘅「精選海鮮燒牛肉晚市套餐」,整體上大家都好滿意。首先前菜係海鮮拼盤,食材豐富,有波士頓龍蝦、虎蝦、藍青口、海蜆同扇貝,搭配黑魚子。每一種海鮮都新鮮美味,質量上乘。龍蝦同虎蝦肉質鮮嫩多汁,藍青口同海蜆帶有濃郁嘅海味,扇貝就有微妙嘅甜味。搭配黑魚子嘅咸鮮口感增添咗整體嘅層次感。跟住落嚟有蟹肉南瓜濃湯,質地濃稠,口味濃郁,蟹肉嘅鮮甜同南瓜嘅甜味相互融合,帶嚟一種獨特嘅滋味。主菜方面,我點咗招牌特式Prime Rib。呢塊8安士燒牛肉非常嫩滑,每一口都充滿肉汁,配上時令蔬菜、約瑟布甸和燒肉汁,新鮮爽口,約瑟布甸嘅奶香味同燒牛肉完美融合,增添豐富嘅層次感。另外一道主菜係烤鱸魚柳,搭配咗蔬菜、燒新薯同刁草忌廉汁。鱸魚柳燒得剛剛好,肉質鮮嫩,保持咗魚本身嘅鮮味。蔬菜同燒新薯嘅搭配提供豐富嘅營養,刁草忌廉汁則為整道菜帶來了奶香味道,令人回味無窮。最後,甜品係雜莓芝士蛋糕。芝士蛋糕非常柔滑綿密,口感十分細膩,搭配雜莓嘅酸甜味道,讓整個甜品變得更加平衡同美味。呢道甜品,為晚餐帶嚟一個完美嘅結尾。 continue reading

好耐無入黃金海岸扒房食飯,今次仲有個好抵嘅餐,食到佢大部分名物。食牛扒當然有佢嘅質素,而且龍蝦湯同蟹餅都幾常出色,而且佢嘅海鮮拼盤都係好有保證,唔係求其俾啲自助餐食到嘅貨色你。仲有我好愛嘅yorkshire pudding,呢到係做得唔錯,好過好幾間中環名店,而且保持到佢嘅水準。我最鐘意係佢嘅地方好大好闊,望住泳池好有室外感覺,呢d都唔係九龍香港嘅名扒房做到的。最正係今次呢個餐好抵食,基本上前菜湯、扒、乜都有,而家扒房經過左小裝修後仲靚左,有朋友已經約緊再去,要搵個晴天,係屯門玩一個下午,夜晚再入扒房食飯。 continue reading

12尾,同女朋友玩完Gold Coast Hotel嘅陶瓷教室之後, 即刻嚟試下佢新推出嘅蜜糖松露下午茶。首先先讚下個餐廳環境, 成個用餐環境都係好闊落舒適,配上嘅無敵大海景同泳池景, 真係夠曬chill同放鬆!😍Honey Truffle Afternoon Tea ($628/2pp)𝐒𝐰𝐞𝐞𝐭 𝐬甜點方面一共有6款既特色甜品同5款鹹點。甜點方面,紅莓白朱古力松露撻真係好有驚喜,甜度既控制同質地都有好平衡 唔會過甜或者過酸,中間嘅海糕加慕絲食落既味道都好多層次。 而小蜜蜂造型的蜜糖慕絲配芒果啫喱就超級可愛同符合個蜂巢造型,佢見到即刻爭住食啊!最後不得不提嘅松露朱古力,朱古力迷一定會好中意,松露香得嚟朱古力味💕又夠曬濃,配埋杯白菊蜜兼簡直一流。野飲方面就推薦叫翻松露白菊蜜,白菊味好香濃,甘香回味,宜家冬天滋潤得嚟又解膩,用黎送下午茶都好適合💕💕。鹹點方面有5款,雞串燒食落去有浸香噴噴嘅蜜糖味,加埋啲甜椒一齊食,好夾!再嚟試咗魚手指,點埋松露醬令到佢更香口,每人食咗兩條都唔夠喉😭其餘多款就有我最喜歡嘅材料係入面❤️有蝦、蟹肉、帶子、煙三文魚…..鮮蝦蟹肉松露撻有好香嘅蟹肉味,同松露好夾,鮮蝦同蟹肉真新鮮!舔舔脷😋成個tea set雖然話for 2people 但真係好夠食,好滿足啊!期待其他節日限定嘅tea set!我都支持 continue reading
