餃子冰室可以話係來長洲除左食大魚蛋,芒果糯米糍之外既必食之店,一間主打餃子既小店,有多款特色餃子,我哋今次作為小食咁食,所以淨係揀左兩款餃子,分別係黑白土匪餃同人氣之選鹹蛋黃黃金餃,都係限定半煎炸。餃子來到熱辣辣,外皮炸到金黃,土匪餃灑上黑白芝麻同孜然粉,食落好有土匪雞翼既味道,外皮脆口,餡料豐富,一句講哂,好食。黃金餃唔同既地方係用鹹蛋黃作調味,咸咸香香,相當惹味。作為小食,餃子冰室真係啱啱好,佢哋都有飯類揀,真係任君選擇。🐻 continue reading

呢日同朋友特登入長洲玩,除咗大魚蛋同炸雪糕呢啲小食之外,聽到呢間餃子好出名,就黎試下!我地糾結咗好耐叫咩餃子,最後叫咗鹹蛋黃黃金煎餃(佢得煎餃揀),同埋蔥爆牛肉蒸餃🥟鹹蛋黃黃金煎餃,超級香濃鹹蛋黃味!煎得好香脆!食落就覺得熱氣嗰種🤣呢個係驚喜嘅,但食多咗就覺得膩🤔蔥爆牛肉蒸餃就正常發揮,皮都薄,餡都多,牛肉幾多汁!我地食一隻鹹蛋黃餃就用蔥爆牛肉餃黎中和下味蕾😆雖然鹹蛋黃煎餃有驚喜,但我諗我會encore蔥爆牛肉餃多啲😬 continue reading

嚟到長洲,除咗食魚蛋同芒果糯米糍之外,都可以嚟試下呢間餃子店食過幾次之後會推介以下幾款食物:鹹蛋黃金餃即叫即整,入口嘅時候,小心辣襯個嘴仔。有大量鹹蛋黃包住隻脆卜卜嘅餃。食落去爆汁,味道唔會過咸,不過真係太邪惡,要同人開心share先好嗌呢款餃。蜆肉芫茜餃鐘意食芫荽嘅,一定要試!  平時食開芫荽餃都係配豬肉。芫茜配蜆肉仔嘅combination有鮮味得嚟,更加有咬口。餃子皮薄餡料多,咬落去鮮甜多汁,好食。配餃子嘅醬料都好高質餃子都唔細份,每人預食8隻就會啱啱好。6隻餃+茶 $52 continue reading

每次黎長洲都會到訪既餃子店,朋友帶過我來一次後就將呢間店收藏了,店舖很細午餐時段多數等位,菜單很有特色而且選擇很多唔會一次食得哂但值得再訪,有別於一般既傳統餃子店睇得出很用制作印第安餃 5 隻$42香料豐富咖喱粉同辣椒為餃子帶來了濃郁的香氣和獨特的風味。鹹蛋黃黃金餃4隻 加酸辣湯 $ 49結合了鮮嫩的餃子和香濃的鹹蛋黃,餃子上再加上鹹蛋黃製食既醬具有濃厚的鹹味和奶油般的質地。為整道菜帶來了獨特的濃郁風味,經過半煎炸既酥脆的外皮,讓它們變得酥脆。這種酥脆的外皮與內部的餡料形成了口感上的對比,增添了食物的口感層次再加埋酸辣湯平衡左煎餃既油膩感。蜆肉芫茜餃 8隻 $69(只限蒸)真係十分推薦!本身我都麻麻地臭茜,但店主真係整得好好食 ,蜆肉同芫茜好match而且蜆肉都多一粒餃子有3-4粒蜆肉一啲都唔手軟,就係呢款餃令我二訪! continue reading
