幾個月前網上見到這餐廳做感謝祭$398鐵板燒餐有14點品, 係幾吸引😍 終於的起心肝打電話去book枱, 午餐晚餐同價, 各分兩段時間, 晚餐1800/2015. 當晚2015準時到達, 不過在門外等到2040才安排入座, 我倆安排坐counter位, 一枱12人都坐得比較緊貼. 廚師會將各人點餐的食材放在眼前, 完全準備好晒才正式開爐烹煮同時服務員亦會送上沙律配醋汁&前菜蘿蔔絲刺身三品, 刺身色澤一般, 質素普通終於等到鐵板燒出場, 我倆分別選擇生蠔&鵝肝. 另外亦有帶子選擇. 生蠔蠔味好重, 好味😋 鵝肝夠大件, 可惜煎得唔夠香口鮑魚爽口, 有口感大蝦肉質彈牙夠實在美國薄牛肉, 肉質ok, 內有蔥粒&乾蒜片, 可惜蔥粒唔夠蔥味野菜有紅甜椒, 黃甜椒, 菇&秋葵鐵板燒不可缺少的炒飯😅 今次廚師炒飯炒到一粒粒&乾身👍 味道少少淡, 所以我自己加多少少鹽 味道更加昇華😋麵豉湯&牛蒡漬物最後有半塊焦糖多士, 多士邊有少少燶, 所以味道有啲苦. 另外可以選擇咖啡或甜品(二選一) 總括來說, 這餐只需$398+10%(食材不升級情況下)完全冇投訴. 非常推薦大家去食😊😊 continue reading

日前見到很多人介紹板神鉄板燒日本料理的4月感謝祭,窩夫便帶媽媽去試試,光顧時段為4月6日下午1時45分至3時30分。等候入座時去了一趟洗手間,感受到餐廳的貼心,第一印象良好。餐廳位於30樓,海景為一大賣點,可惜當日天色欠佳。全日供應的特價套餐398元起,部分食品可加錢轉其他食品。點了薄燒美國牛肉($398)和厚燒美國牛肉($448),帶子、白鱈魚和法國鵝肝三選一就選了法國鵝肝。食材準備好,前菜也來了,蘿蔔絲爽口清甜。豆腐沙律配胡蔴醬水準不錯。刺身三款並不是常見的款式,甚有驚喜。(註:鄰座食客的刺身跟窩夫的不同,是常吃的三文魚和吞拿魚等。)媽媽不吃刺身,便加50元轉法國白鱈魚,比預期大件。法國白鱈魚燒得非常好,外表香脆,魚肉嫩滑多汁,蘸少許海鹽更加滋味。同樣來自法國的鵝肝很厚身,燒得外脆內軟,用小漢堡夾著來吃,感覺沒那麼膩。小漢堡有綠色的和紅色的,見到顏色漂亮的食物,胃口特別好。季節野菜有紅椒、粟米芯、露筍和菇,全部食材都很高質,紅椒超甜。南非鮑魚令人期待,絕對沒有令人失望。大蝦很大隻,醬汁的味道剛剛好,不會蓋過蝦的鮮味,不過略嫌燒得過火了。厚燒牛肉切成大大的牛肉粒,咬下去肉質軟腍,肉汁豐富。薄燒牛肉包著蔥和炸蒜片,蒜味較突出,肉味比厚燒的濃。炒飯加了大蝦蝦頭的蝦膏和蝦肉,還有牛肉、雞蛋和蔬菜等,味道不錯。套餐還有漬物和沒有上鏡的味噌湯,漬物有蒜頭漬和柚子蘿蔔。正面的用餐體驗良好直到吃甜品時逆轉,藥水味的蛋糕只吃了半口便放棄。 continue reading

I believe many of you have seen other foodies sharing their generous thankful menu which starts from $398. The menu is originally limited to April but now they have 𝗲𝘅𝘁𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗼𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗿 𝘂𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗹 𝗳𝘂𝗿𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝗻𝗼𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗲! Available on 𝗪𝗲𝗲𝗸𝗱𝗮𝘆/ 𝗪𝗲𝗲𝗸𝗲𝗻𝗱, 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗻 𝗠𝗼𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿'𝘀 𝗗𝗮𝘆! Didn't expect have live abalone with such scale. The meat was really tender, perfectly seasoned. ▪️🦐 𝑷𝒓𝒂𝒘𝒏 大 海 老It's literally a "big prawn" as it's described in Chinese. We joked about how it's equal to 3 prawns in normal sized when it's served.▪️🥩 𝑺𝒍𝒊𝒄𝒆𝒅 𝑼𝑺 𝑩𝒆𝒆𝒇 / 𝑼𝑺 𝑩𝒆𝒆𝒇 𝑺𝒕𝒆𝒂𝒌薄 燒 美 國 牛 / 美 國 牛 扒 (+$50)The sliced one is served with scallion and fried garlic inside, and the steak was simply pan-seared. Both were full of umami, simply dipping in salt was enough. Several problems happened through out the whole courses. The staff mistook the orders of several groups of customer(3 out of 5 groups at my table had their order wrongly prepared🫠). Other than that, the waiters were not thoughtful at all. Not providing soy sauce at the sashimi course, and took away old utensil when serving the dessert but not giving a new one🙈. There were also some other issues but I would just skip mentioning. Only available in April, they’re now offering a really great deal. At just $398, you will get to have 10 dishes including abalone, prawn, foie gras and steak. I had a really pleasant experience at their Kwun Tong branch before and after seeing this offer, I can’t help to come again. I chose their Wan Chai branch this time. Though we were not seated at the sea view seats, it was still very comfortable with soothing sunlight coming in..Although the quality was not as impressive as my last visit, you still can’t ask for more at this price range. Ingredients were very fresh as you could tell from the moving abalone. Portion was less than before but I still got very full. Chef was a bit cold though.🥂Appetizer, Salad & Sashimi 3 kindsNot a bad starter but nothing surprising. The aji gave a little fishy taste which was a bit disappointing. But I guess teppanyaki places don’t usually serve great sashimi.🥂White Cod Fish Each set comes either this, foie gras or scallop. We decided to share the foie gras and fish. Added butter and the right amount of salt and pepper, it was smooth and buttery. Just the portion was far less than I had when they were not doing this promotion.🥂Foie GrasLiked the idea of turning it to a mini burger to make it less greasy and oily. Always loved the aftertaste from foie gras that you can’t have elsewhere.🥂AbaloneVery bouncy in texture but the middle part was slightly overcooked.🥂PrawnBouncy in texture and very flavourful. But I like the lobster more from my last visit.🥂U.S. Steak (+$50)If you choose sliced beef, there’s no additional cost and the chef will put garlic chips and scallions inside. I chose the steak as I like thicker texture. It was still very tender and packed with flavours even without adding sauces. The garlic chips on the side were very crispy.🥂Fried RiceThe rice came piping hot as you could tell from the hot air. Added the head juice from our prawns earlier and some beef, onions and green onions together, we’re fully satisfied with this much of carbs.🥂Grilled Vegetables, Pickles and Miso SoupTime for some veggies and soup to clean the stomach.🥂Caramel Pear Cake and BreadLast time our bread was very hot as the chef made it in front of you. Due to the time limitation, the bread was prepared in their own kitchen so it wasn’t as crispy and hot as my last try. The cake was just normal, but nice to have some desserts to wrap up the lunch.💰April’s Teppanyaki Lunch: $398/person.To be honest it was a really good value and the food was served nicely and delicious.
