🔹大大隻既龍蝦係我地面前依然識郁🤩廚師手起刀落拆肉起肉切件,的確賞心悅目!再用蝦膏同蝦上湯炒幾炒兜幾兜,每啖龍蝦肉都蝦汁醬重重包圍,啖都係彈牙爽口既龍蝦肉,色香味俱全👍🏻


🔹終於到最出色既日本和牛薄燒😍和牛油脂分布相當平均,五成熟既時候就包住大量!!係大量蔥粒炸蒜片!!牛味香濃且口感豐富😳搵塊用牛油煎香左既吐司墊墊底,又靚仔又可以吸到多餘既油🥰🥰好食到痴線!!好想瘋狂食多幾舊🤤


🔹套餐既雲糕,我地揀左黑芝麻同抹茶,估唔到黑芝麻雪糕咁濃😏😏另外靚仔廚師哥哥煎左塊牛油焦糖吐司,又香又脆😆佢教我地加啲雪糕落去!一熱一凍既味蕾衝擊!喂~你應該都想像到幾好食啦🤪

在附近返工,午餐想食餐好, 這家餐廳逢星期一至五一點四十五分後入座,指定套餐有八折,所以今日同同事一起來。鐵板燒二人起,我們選擇櫻·席前鐵板燒2人前。有前菜、沙律、湯、肉、龍蝦、飯等,實在豐富。前菜是明太子,口感幾特別。時令沙律是海蜇沙律,加上胡麻醬,不落俗套。時令刺身5款每款都新鮮,我比較喜歡深海池魚,肉質軟嫩,魚味濃郁。燒銀鱈魚真心好味道,魚皮燒到好脆,銀鱈魚好新鮮,味道突出。鐵板燒活南非鮑魚燒鮑魚燒得入口軟腍,新鮮的海鮮不需要太多調味料,好味道。燒龍蝦絕對好味,龍蝦肉夠鮮,肉質Q彈。美國牛肉薄燒包住蔥和蒜,底下的麵包是墊著,不用食,要不然就好飽。最後還有炒飯和龍蝦湯,吃到好飽。另外還有甜品,甜品不敷衍,有多士、蛋卷有兩個口味,正!
