有時候,食物就係打工仔最好嘅counsellor,返工既然有苦水好難講出口,不如放嘢食入口約同事放工嚟到旺角一間西餐,呢間嘅美食絕對慰藉到心靈呢間餐廳好有情調,食物同樣好有mood。以煙燻方式處理牛扒,大胃都係第一次見餐廳上菜好有技巧地,邊搖邊打開充滿煙霧嘅蓋,揭開濃密煙香嘅神秘面紗,其燻香注入肉扒同菜蔬之中肉眼扒五成熟,肉質鮮嫩飽滿薯仔瓜類燻香無比,點醬食更具烤香連risotto都好講究,用魷魚釀意大利飯,具新意同時可行,以竹籤固定魷魚烤香,將飯粒塞晒入魷魚裡面一切開就爆飯,粒粒飯都好掛汁香口,魷魚質感有層次,又嫩滑又脆香呢間嘅Nachos同坊間唔同,唔係現成超市貨,而係即叫即切仲切到好薄身,加上芝士焗製點吓莎莎醬、忌廉同牛油果醬,又脆又香,送酒一流由於太早入嚟,bartender未到,唯有嗌住生啤飲住先。Suntory Gold同Black都常見,兩溝half half都同價,味道仲特別啲𠻹 continue reading

朋友介紹去依間餐廳一齊食,我哋有四個人,原來兩個喺疫情之前都有嚟過,大家都知道出名食蠔,所以再次光臨呢間餐廳試吓個新Menu因為本人去過出邊普通酒店食生蠔覺得好海水嘅腥味,所以一直都唔鍾意食生蠔,今次朋友介紹,就嘗試最容易入口嘅愛爾蘭產地嘅生蠔,食完之後真係覺得對生蠔改觀,鮮甜而且唔會覺得好腥味重所以大家都可以嘗試一下而且服務生態度非常之好,有咩疑問,佢都會有好嘅推介而且收到消息就快轉Menu, 應該會有很多新產品💗 continue reading

環境舒適食物尚可,可惜即將結業!一行2人去試試呢間gogobar. 一行二人叫了兩杯飲品給兩個主菜一個頭盤!呢間餐廳環境一流,但食物味道有可以改善的地方。 例如生啤隻杯冇雪凍到,令到啤酒溫度上升得好快!嘢食就不過不失,除了散叫豬手份量比較少外(收取主菜價錢),其他主菜碟頭都相當大,重點係有任食沙律吧,以價錢來講值得一讚! 環境走浪漫路線,餐廳氣氛環境偏暗有情調,所以適合情侶拍拖或重要日子慶祝場合在這裏用膳! continue reading
