💛💛💛伙食工業💛💛💛如果唔係有事要去火炭,我諗我都唔會食到呢間餐廳,因為真係遠離市區😂。就咁睇外邊已經見到充滿森林FEEL既木裝飾,入到去簡直係文清打卡之地😎。台式香酥雞排飯 $55香酥雞有少少辣,未辣到要飲水,好惹味,炸得好好。份量都okay,幾多雞扒又幾多飯,不過略嫌個飯有少少笠口😥。如果你問我下次會唔會食,我會因為呢個價錢而食,如果加價就不了🤪。台式蛋餅(肉鬆)$40食落有少少奇怪,個蛋餅比較濕,可能呢個係真台式做法,只係我哋唔習慣咁食🤨。肉鬆份量好多好足料,食到每啖都有肉鬆,就算食蛋餅邊邊位都有😽。美綠恐龍 $25唔係好多地方有得飲美祿恐龍,呢度嘅美綠粉就好似座山咁!好味又抵飲,只要$25,下次都一定會再嗌☺️。埋單$120(無加一) continue reading

位於火炭嘅『伙食工業』,地方非常寬倘而且價格合理。加上有啲時候會有不同嘅Live Band 演出,係放鬆心情嘅好去處。步入餐廳,彷彿時光倒流30年。各種充滿溫度的擺設和字句,猶如置身古早台灣。宜蘭蔥肉餡餅,皮同肉餡味道唔錯,不過溫度稍為唔夠熱。台灣菜又點少得鹽酥雞?呢度係雞排版本,炸得外脆內軟,雞肉亦醃得入味,係是晚最滿意嘅一道。牛筋牛肉麵係另一台灣名菜。呢度牛肉炆得夠腍,份量亦夠慷慨,可惜湯頭略淡,未能將牛肉味帶出。魯肉飯配鹵水拼盤,魯肉充滿豬油香,配上白飯當然一絕。鹵水拼盤有雞翼,豬耳同海帶,味道正常。後加嘅新竹米粉,炒得乾身足料。 continue reading

初來火炭報到,乜都唔知盲中中,OP又少人寫食評~ 第一日食咗外賣雞飯就知中伏~ 難食到癲~ 繼不斷OP搜尋後,終於決定嚟一試Glos cafe~ 食過後,已決定係我呢區不定時嘅飯堂~ 食過香穌雞排麵,雞排超大塊❣️又香又鬆脆,好食好食~ 麵仲好彈牙,湯亦好好飲,飲落唔覺有味精,yum yum yum~ 👍🏻琴日再食半筋半肉麵,份量足~ 麵底同雞排麵唔同~ 個人有鐘意雞排嘅麵多啲,夠彈牙呀嘛~ 不過牛筋同牛肋肉都她軟腍,所以都係一個幾好嘅選擇~不過飲品方面就大失望~ 要海岩鹽焦糖latte,拉花水準👀眼見有限味道亦似即沖即溶~ 加$15先有,唔抵~ 唔值~環境方面,有好多擺設,確實係有趣嘅 continue reading

4月3 陽光充沛的親子日每年都會造訪一次,但已沒有當初的味蕾感動,只能說不過不失,服務態度傲慢至一個點,猶豫客人與職員活於台式工業風的平行時空內⋯暖色燈光將高樓底空間,打造出溫暖的懷舊獨處空間,點餐就請客人稍移玉步,欠缺靈魂的職員其後就會為你送上餐點,完全零交流⋯是日午餐:番茄牛肉麵、金鑽鳳梨牛肉麵、紅燒半筋半牛肉麵;飲品:美䘵恐龍、冬瓜檸檬茶、百香果綠茶;甜品:靜岡抹茶紅豆千層蛋糕(災難)番茄牛肉麵:健怡之選,大片番茄搭配半筋半肉,湯底有滿滿洋蔥的少鈉番茄濃湯,非重口味之選,大愛芫茜味,美中不足之處正是幼麵底,出晒事試想像一下「勁軟身的出前一丁麵糊」,如果改為傳統Q感台式麵會錦上添花大廚推薦金鑽鳳梨牛肉麵:添加兩小塊鳳梨的半筋半牛肉麵,清湯底帶有啖啖鳳梨味,Q感台式麵,煙韌口感加上鳳梨清新會帶動你一口接一口,直至完麵為止招牌紅燒半筋半牛肉麵:微辣惹味,但不及從前的味道,卻依然難以抗拒的台式口味甜品就真心失望靜岡抹茶紅豆千層蛋糕:一件尚未完成解凍的千層,口感硬過石頭,pancake口感粗糙,沒有軟綿口感的普通綠茶紅豆忌廉,大失望期間仲有一段小插曲,親眼目睹職員將甜品飄去其他枱,再遊魂到我枱多年光顧,菜式欠創意,職員持續有性格的態度,千萬別抱住大期望到訪 continue reading
