嘩!入口鬆化,實在太好味了!! 好喜歡(蔓越莓) 曲奇味道,精緻漂亮的罐子,賣相高貴!當打開鐵盒子時,香味撲鼻。特別喜歡 "亞麻籽和蔓越莓",自己食同送禮都正,所以我年廿八再去買。。此店很易找, 因為在門外會看到有大半個人身高的胡桃夾子。此店是收8pm的, 當我逛完街吃完晚飯後已是7:50pm, 所以很趕很趕地去到店舖,尚有2分鐘關門了,一進店內,兩位店員親切而面帶開心的笑臉歡迎我們。 我問他們收工了嗎?他們真好親切有禮地表示, 不阻啦!很多時候都會晚數十分鐘才關門的,你們慢慢隨便挑吧!我是有目標而來的嘛,所以很快就決定了要什麼 (雖然平時的我有選擇困難症 XD)。總共買了3罐細的。(分別是港式茶餐廳 & 溫馨茶記敘 & 繽紛果仁) 可以試均所有味道! YES~~~原來有好多唔同精美既Packages 架~店員仲好好, 拿了數款味給我們試, 有檸茶味, 亞麻籽味, 黑白芝麻味也不錯。不過怕阻住店員下班. 所以我們只試了3款味就說下次再來過~嘿嘿~ 下次早點再來掃貨先~~因為店員告訴我們, 年廿幾取貨訂單已有2-3天full了。所以最好盡快訂, 我認為用來送禮又好味包裝又精美, 正!一盒cookies 大約可存放一個月左右, 我在CNY前 (年廿八) 買,15/3到期。盒內有溫馨提示的: 如cookie 受潮變軟, 可放180度焗爐烤3分鏗即回後原味~哈~其實一買回家, 不用2天, 一定會食晒了,這麼好味! 不過好值得讚呀, 因為真係好窩心!店員親切的笑容, 每我對此店更加了很多很多分, 所以一定介紹朋友吃!因為不加泡打粉, 梳打粉,起酥油同添加劑架~ 鐘意佢真才實料! 又香牛油味, 又鬆化, 真係一試望難忘呀! continue reading

Before testing this new recipe out at home, you may as well have a taste of the ovaltine almond cookies made by the Glory Bakery, which may give you some extra inspirations and thanks to my dear foodie friend for this!According to the brochure, all the cookies at the Glory Bakery are 100% handmade in Hong Kong without any baking powder, soda powder and shortening.Ovaltine almond cookies: Fluffy, soft and easy to the mouth. A very rich ovaltine flavour with crunchy almond bits.There are different themes of cookies offered on the menu, each comprising slightly different flavours which match with that particular theme. For example, the ovaltine almond cookies are fittingly categorized into “Cha Chaan Teng”, along with the coffee chocolate, horlick macadamia nut, and lemon tea cookies, which all look extremely mouth watering. 友人送了一包由榮光手工創意曲奇出品的檸檬茶曲奇給小妹,一包曲奇約有十多塊,以膠袋盛載,外層再套上一個紙盒,賣相絕不求其﹗檸檬茶曲奇入口質感鬆化,黑色點點乃檸檬茶碎,入口既帶牛油的香氣,也夾雜了檸檬茶的酸香,頗為清香輕盈。泡一杯茶,吃一塊檸檬茶曲奇,絕配也﹗ continue reading

每次出國,總會帶一些屬於自己國家的小禮物派給朋友,稱之為伴手禮,某程度上,我覺得回台灣選伴手禮是最難,因為其他國家都可以買些茶葉糕點"過骨",但台灣有高山茶,糕點比香港精彩多的是~後期已直接問朋友們想要什麼?!...竟然是珍x曲奇!Btw,我自己就政治中立,不過想起每次去都要俾人黑面,就心底裡覺得好無癮!(每次都心想,如果唔係我朋友出到聲指明要,我真係睬你都傻)上星期,因為玩Apps 得到左一包曲奇,要到旺角換領!無意中發現小店賣的曲奇滿有香港情懷~店子位於旺角花園街MOKO 那條天橋下面,轉了入洗衣街,自然人流不如花園街...門外寫著"香港製造",:伴手禮"等標語,心想會否是那些在紅磡珠寶街的的名店?算了吧,都是入去換曲奇啦~~ XD一入到店子就見到貨架放的全是不同的曲奇,中間夾雜了一些果醬,好像都是同一個工場的出品!!除了鐵盒裝也有杯裝的,定價都是$58/200g~向店員表明是換曲奇,店員望了一眼後,就問我想換什麼味道,見我不知道有什麼味道,就說可以先試味再選...店中一角設有試食,當日店員把近乎8成的出品都給我逐一試試,過程中都友善不會覺得很Pushy!當中對於港式茶餐廳系列感覺是最深刻的!最後我在檸檬茶,阿華田杏仁,咖啡朱古力 及 好立克果仁中,選了阿華田杏仁,其他三種味都非常突出好味,檸檬茶真係有點點的苦澀味,當時覺得自己好久沒飲過華田就選它!!懷緬一下吧~阿華田味都幾濃郁,夾雜著杏仁粒,曲奇口感鬆脆,整體牛油味不太濃~~店子買的都是沒有梳打粉,泡打粉及起酥油,亦會於香港手作,多了一份親切感,希望小店會愈來愈多人知道,除了珍x,都仲有其他選擇,我相信香港人捧得你起,自然有能力捧第二間店子,其實不想去到外地,聽到新舊朋友訴說黑面的故事,笑! continue reading
