今日和閨蜜食餐飯girls talk, 揀了一間在中環的餐廳,位置十分方便。餐廳裝修裝潢,感覺華麗,好有歐洲宮廷風格都幾適合打卡。落完單,侍應很快就送上麵包,用了天然酵母而製成,配上橄欖油和意大利香醋。Slow-cooked octopus with beetroot green apple salad 前菜款式幾多,最後閨蜜選擇慢煮八爪魚!本身對於這個前菜沒有太大的期望,但係一食落口發現很有驚喜!八爪魚,因為是慢煮的關係, 肉質依然嫩,一點也不會覺得鞋口,配上醬汁, 十分惹味開胃。配菜方面,除了有沙律菜,還有紅菜頭青蘋果,可以清清味蕾Homemade fettuccine with carabineros jumbo prawns 西班牙紅蝦一向是我的喜愛海鮮之一,通常都是較高級餐廳才會出現。今次見到,一定不能錯過!紅蝦大小適中,有兩隻,可以share食,蝦身的殼已經移除,所以食起上嚟好方便。闊條麵是人手做的,食落質感相對較有口感,而且蛋味重,醬汁啱啱好掛在闊條麵,令到每啖麵都有蝦汁包裹住。Roasted iberico pork rack 主菜我們叫了豬鞍,是用上伊比利亞豬,肉質較juicy 和嫩。即使豬鞍十分厚身,依然好易咬。而配菜的薯仔片,配上芝士粉再焗, 十分香脆,連平時不吃薯仔的我也吃了幾片!Charcoal grilled green asparagus叫了主菜,可以半價要配菜!配菜方面選擇了炭燒蘆筍,用上外國幼身的蘆筍,所以較嫩,不怕有渣Crispy potato fries with black truffle mayonnaise薯條是粗身的,熱辣辣,外層炸得香脆,配上黑松露醬汁冇得輸Semifreddo Al baileys 一入餐廳,已經被門口的甜品櫃吸引,所以就算幾飽都一定要叫甜品食!百利甜酒雪菲蛋糕質地好鬆軟,好有空氣感,百利甜酒味道濃,仲食到有焦糖同rum既味道,一點都不滯,相信男人都會喜歡!除了堂食,甜品亦可以外賣,款式十分多,閑時收工買幾件回家慢慢品嚐亦可!餐廳服務幾好,侍應熱情有禮貌,臨走時看見餐廳最入面有個大門,發現原來裏面另有天地,侍應好好咁讓我們參觀一下,入面有投影器可以邊食飯邊進行會議or private party ,或者舉辦公司活動亦適合,啱曬商業大廈林立的中環區! continue reading
