🥗Antipasti Buffet: a lovely selection of ham, cheese, Italian salads and condiments, a lot of authentic dishes that I rarely come across at other restaurants! Love the combination of artichokes (not bitter at all!), anchovies, sundried tomatoes with fresh greens and a balsamic dressing! The grilled courgettes🥒 and balsamic eggplants 🍆were also super juicy and delicious! But my favourite was still the classic parma ham and melon combo!

💭Really enjoyed the mixed seafood and tomato sauce, which had a very generous amount of seafood and all of which were super fresh! They were really nice and helped me switch the spaghetti to scialatelli (which is from their a la carte menu and I have been dying to try!) when I asked them about it. It had a nice al dente texture but personally I think I am more into fresh egg pasta (As in pasta made using a higher proportion of eggs to flour), maybe next time I will try their mixed seafood soup instead!

🍰Dessert buffet: the BEST part in my opinion! Love their tiramisu! 🥰Beautifully layered, just the perfect amount of mascarpone custard to go with layer of coffee-soaked ladyfingers, my all-time favourite dessert! 🍫Also love the chocolate mousse cake with a layer of chocolate cake/cooke-crumbs crust, super intense dark chocolate flavour! They surely know how to make amazing chocolate desserts 😉because the chocolate panna cotta was also delicious!

星期六日佢哋有半自助 brunch, 星期六早上打電話去訂枱它們分為11:30至1:30和1:30至3:30 兩個時段。 我哋食11:30第一輪。


我哋11:20 去到一樓reception, 已經有客人在等侯入座,但reception 無人招呼,似乎要到11:30 先比客人入座,後來越來越多人,迫爆成個reception. 最後餐廳都坐滿哂,原來咁多人嚟食。

總結:buffet counter 確實唔錯,有幾款幾有特色,但又未必適合香港人口味。主菜真係唔得,見到餐牌$298 buffet only, 加埋主菜$338,咁一般都會加$40 加個主菜好似抵啲,但原來好多款主菜又要另外再加錢,加錢無問題,但要好食先得。

客人和侍應都係外國人多,加上餐廳地點偏僻,環境舒適,我覺得自己好似身在外國。

如果我下次再幫襯,我會選擇buffet only, 主菜免了。

Desserts were mostly cakes and tiramisu was the best amongst all – especially liked the smoothness of the mascarpone cheese and the subtle coffee notes, so good we couldn’t resist having second helping.

Bistecca Alla Griglia 炭燒牛扒, 牛扒尺碼係比想像中大一倍都唔只,烤薯的薯仔品種特別, 有種特別的薯香味及口感軟糯。牛扒上付上幾片芝士片配合沙律菜進食。

Spaghetti Allo Scoglo

海鮮茄醬意大利粉, 說不上什麼海鮮因為全部海鮮碎上, 明白要控制成本同時又要交功課的確係有d 難度。不過煮出來的意粉夠熱, 廣東人師傅所謂的"一熱遮三醜"。麵條夠熱配合少少辣椒的辣味食落特別冶味。

3 Cold Cut $208 (Coppa di Testa) 冷盤有3款凍肉片, 每款都各有特色。Cappa di Testa 比較近似中國人口味但又並非我們喜好嘅濃味道。但又比一般的西式凍肉片濃味, 後來我們在一樓雜貨店切了300gm 回家吃。

----Dessert---

Tiramisu 酒味恰到好處, 手指餅沒有浸得過濕。芝士層也沒有過多或者少。

Gelato Della Casa

擺碟簡單但突出兩球雪糕。雲呢那味旗色相當黃不過雲呢那味道不太出, 巧克力味道反而濃厚一點。

服務水準一般, 店內陳設沒花太多心思。因為地方夠大, 隨意放些擺設已經可以做出一些氣氛。

嘩嘩聲!!睇電視睇得多, 知道灣仔呢間餐廳有白松露食, 即刻約埋朋友黎試, , 員工好nice , 知我地未試過 , 好有耐性建議我地食白松露應該配合那種食材比較突出, 最後我地揀 Tagliolini Pasta w/ white truffle . order 之後會位廚師係你面前,. 即時刨白松露, 一路刨一路聞到陣陣松露香味, ........... 記得同個廚房講thank you thank you ..... ,  廚師聽到又刨多幾下, ... 我地揀8 grams.... 眼見一定唔只8grams...... 低食. 個個都食得好開心.

所以另一次,我選了另一個看得明白的主菜 Costoletta di maiaie alla griglia, pomodori infornatie salsa al marsala, 英文是Grilled Pork Chop 即是烤豬扒。份量ok,味道中上。
餐後飲品或甜品,要另加$28,高級餐廳嘛。

Parmesan cheese, truffle cheese, piace mezzano, Brie, nonno Gino, gran pecorino pugliese, castelmagno, gorgonzola, cacio cavallo.. this is huge italian cheese selection u can’t find in hk. Selection of cold cut, Parma ham, mortadella, salami, salami piccante, French salad... grilled vegetables, fruit and the amazing dessert corner with tiramisu panna cotta and more! U can add for the main course also if u are not enough!! Floor staff professional and special mention for the new italian manager! Professional!! It's located in too old and dirty building and a random guy forced us to join a membership at G/F and didn't allow us to enter into the building without a membership registration.Restaurant is too dark and they use very dirty dishes / glasses.One HK local guy was coughing without covering his nose/mouth several times but this restaurant staffs did nothing to discourage it (please, Covid-19 is not over in HK). A huge disappointment, we will NEVER visit this horrible restaurant again.

One HK local guy was coughing without covering his nose/mouth several times but this restaurant staffs did nothing to discourage it (please, Covid-19 is not over in HK).
