To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

朋友生日唔知食咩好，見樓下有元氣就買咗啲上佢屋企當慶祝。雖然話佢唔係好平，但味道同質素方面又無真係講到咁差嘅。天婦羅手卷最好食。天婦羅都唔算細條，炸到外脆，裡面嘅肉都唔係話雪藏嘅感覺，而且啲飯放咗一段時間都keep到水準，呢個價錢算係咁啦。火灸同芝士嗰幾款都OK，因為有小朋友所以大部份都叫做熟食。整體嚟講都算鮮甜，而且溫度都適中，見到啲小朋友食到舔舔脷就知味道都可以。另外佢嘅沙律都幾好味，勝在份量夠大，而且蟹籽都係一大Pat放上去，唔會話得嗰幾粒，小朋友最鍾意。

因為晏晝多數都等唔到壽司郎，就去左食元氣，其實我覺得元氣唔差嫁，未有壽司郎之前其實好多香港人都會食元氣，我覺得元氣個價錢其實同壽司郎差唔多，但係份量真係細舊啲，所以性價比冇咁高，冇計啦，等唔到壽司郎想食壽司就係要食嫁啦，晏晝食我地都冇點好多刺身類既壽司，有啲都叫左啲熟既壽司，等位呢個其實只係等左10分鐘都冇，我地提早左去等位，最尾2個人加埋食左200幾蚊，人均100多少少，未係完全好飽但就岩岩夠🤣

食過好多次元氣荃灣呢間環境唔錯 坐得又幾舒服同埋排隊唔算多每次都好快等到座位芝士玉子燒好好味！個人非常鐘意！不過分量比較參差有時候切得好少 又唔平均不過味道都OK甜蝦同貝類一如既往唔錯三文魚就比較瘦油脂冇咁多但一次過食到唔同壽司都好滿足墨魚嘴分量好少同埋應該唔係即刻整上檯之後唔係太熱呢個唔推薦
