訂了Restaurant week dinner, 第一次來這餐廳試試。餐廳比我想像的要大和華麗,燈光稍黑,較沉黑的感覺。Restaurant week menu 選擇不多。主菜只有兩款牛扒加一款意粉的選擇,既然這是專食牛的餐廳,不用想就點兩款牛。前菜BEEF EMPANADA 前菜CHORIZO SAUSAGE 主菜BIFE DE ANCHO 主菜BIFE DE LOMO甜品TRES LECHES 甜品CHOCOLATE POT 準備開餐餐包圓的那款是蒜蓉味的餐包頗吸引。其他沒太大驚喜。前菜: BEEF EMPANADA & CHORIZO SAUSAGE 下面是牛肉批,上面是腸。其實兩樣都沒太特別,腸比批好吃。腸的味道濃郁層次較多!主菜BIFE DE ANCHO 等了好久終於上主菜。這碟是五成熟的牛,肉質較煙韌,沒另一碟的牛扒好吃。不過擺碟比另一碟好看。主菜 BIFE DE LOMO這是三成熟的牛,要另加$100。擺碟頗欠心思,簡單只有一塊牛扒一堆薯條和一碟gravy sauce,完全不像這間餐廳出品,少少失望。不過肉質有驚喜,切開粉嫩軟滑,每啖散發脂香,肉香四溢。每口都叫人回味,不錯。甜品TRES LECHES & CHOCOLATE POT 甜品質素不及預期。前面的朱古力甜到膩,份量十足但全是朱古力,沒有其他味道配合增添層次。Tres leches比較好吃,蛋糕底是軟綿的海綿蛋糕,不會太甜太膩,不過層次也是單調。今晚的質素一般般,最impressed是配餐的紅酒!上菜速度慢,牛扒質素一般,還有多樣選擇都要另外加錢。評價普通,不知道平常的dinner set質素和restaurant week是否一樣,不過吃完這次restaurant week,我已無興趣再來吃。 continue reading

呢間餐廳譯名叫搞錯真係乜嘢都搞錯首先點餐已經好麻煩點左半個鐘嗰waiter 都好似唔明你要乜嘢話說係超級星期一應該買一送一點知餐牌上面有好多野都唔可以揀講緊係好多主菜都唔可以揀只有兩三款可以揀咁心諗即是等於冇得揀係冇錯九扒係幾好食不過太多嘅唔開心搞到餐飯都食得唔係咁開心之後仲要計貴左我地$100搞錯咗又唔認又要搵幾個人問問完又要問經理諗我嚟貴價餐廳食餐飯姐都係想享受下搞咁多嘢不如唔好食呀已經唔再係一個舒適嘅用餐經歷吃與不吃諗下先啦大家! continue reading

Many friends praised this restaurant for delicious steak but I found it just so so. To make things worse, as a steakhouse, it lacks a good knife! The knife is not sharp enough to slide the steak... seems it’s just for fruits-cutting.... That’s different from other steakhouses I tried during the Restaurant Week. The waitress didn’t ask if we would like to keep some red wine in the decanter & poured all wine into our glasses. She poured some wine onto the table but didn’t cleaned it during our whole dinner. continue reading

Great food. Amazing service. Loved the decor and aroma and the service was wonderful. Friendly staff and good toilet. The moment they take 5 cows outs is a sight to remember. I will treasure this moment with the good vibes! Highly recommend continue reading

恩師壽辰小的於網路上努力尋找合符各人喜好的餐廳,卻不及吃遍天下的艾雲隨意揮灑的神來之筆。於是咱們一行四人於星期日的十二時多到達中環陸海通大廈享用早午餐。 艾雲表示餐廳在初開幕的時候訂價其貴,儘管位處中環,卻座落商業大廈的5樓,街上熙來攘往的人群對客流沒有幫助,必須是適途老馬始會專誠光顧。是故餐廳一直人跡稀少,後來經調低價格才吸引到約干人潮。然而,自從訂價降低後,服務質素便相應下滑。不過艾雲透露,根據她的經驗,本地香港侍應口黑面口、十問九不應,相對外籍服務員則比較有禮。 雖然Gaucho之假日早午餐十二時半才開始,咱們早上差不多半句鐘到達依然可安排入座。碩大的餐廳,一式黑壓壓的裝飾陳設,配合大量反光的琉璃與水晶燈,Gaucho主打新派時尚風格。由於樓底尚算高,在大型水晶燈裝置下仍不覺壓迫。除了鏡子與深胡桃木,餐廳還選用了黑白仿牛皮的物料,於椅子、牆身間斷呈現,既突出Gaucho主食阿根延牛,又彰顯其設計特色。 早午餐為指定前菜與甜品,咱們則可根據個人喜好選擇主食。至於飲品亦有多個選項,650元可享無限香檳餐酒啤酒雞尾酒任飲,500元則只限汽水無酒精飲品,若純綷選吃只須400元。 餐廳提供的香檳為Mumm Grand Cordon,小的彷彿見過這個名字,記憶中卻未有品嚐。一啖入口,感覺清淡,而且沒有很濃的酒精味,很易入口。 Gaucho之前菜林林總總,除了一客西瓜牛油果軟芝士沙拉與吞拿魚粒沙拉,其餘品種全屬麵包、角仔、批與比薩之重澱粉質類,味道雖是不錯,但只吃小食已把小的之肚子填得飽飽了。吞拿魚粒沙拉配以香草與牛油果醬,論食材為小的所喜,不過要是廚師能將之以酸醋青檸檸檬等提高其清新酸爽的氣色,而非是以重膩的牛油果入醬,那麼這道前菜便能為其餘濃厚的包餅提供舒緩調和的作用。現在則只有西瓜沙拉以作緩衝。 牛肉角仔、粟米格仔批、牛油果多士與小型比薩都饒有風味,只是澱粉質著實太多了,小的唯有沒品地在角仔的中間咬一口、將牛油果全部撥向前端只吃小半塊、並純粹挑出粟米粒醬品嚐。然而,除了前菜,其餐包竟屬滄海遺珠。那個球狀的餐包原來暗藏芝士,為小的至愛也!一啖咬之軟軟綿綿,並透出濃重的泛士鹹香,平日不好包的小的破格地讚不絕口。 以大半飽的肚子品嚐主食,阿根廷牛扒與牛肉他他跟艾雲交換分享。小的一向好喜歡牛肉他他,然而將之變為主食,正如艾雲分析,著實是太膩了!將太多的生牛肉一次過品嚐,感覺有點像茹毛飲血。而且廚師把食物製作得很乾,與地獄廚神在蘭桂芳的Bread Street相差不只一籌。或許是因份量太多,過於濕潤怕令食客更難征服。 至於艾雲的三成熟阿根廷肉眼扒則極具牛香,雖然牛扒出場絲毫不見血,該有五成以上的熟度,卻勝在仍夠細軟。既有口感,又見肉味。 甜品為美侖美奐的燋糖芝士餅與巧克力蛋糕,兩款均為小的至愛。唯有開啓另一個胃品嚐。 Gaucho食物端的很重膩,全靠小的不斷點叫西柚汁以作消滯。換上全數南亞與菲律賓藉的侍應,添香檳挺勤快的,不過想點別的飲料則等了又等、珊珊來遲。 continue reading
