曾經好喜歡既荃灣排隊店, 嘉樂冰室❤️有齊懷舊、大份量、特色食物、好味道既要素, 一直都令我靈牽夢縈。近排見到報紙話去試伏😕好多食客都投訴換咗手後面目全😭週末大約6點黎到, 門口已經再無令人肝腸寸斷既長龍😮 係時候錯? 場地錯? 也許天氣體溫也猜度錯… 入到去坐門口位, 木造淺橙色既卡位🛋️牆上既風景畫🖼️天花既燈罩💡裏頭既水吧🍸 甚至連餐牌 (包括價錢) 都無變😎 只係換咗一批新人, 係收銀位, 無咗阿姐不停手咁包雲吞😟水吧既店員亦無咗份怱忙🙄係相同既狹窄空間下, 涼粉奶茶冰成為重遇既首發🍼甜度合乎現時訴求, 涼粉切開同冰差唔多大小沉底, 要小心翼翼棒上黎😖第二位係炸鮮蝦同菜肉雲吞, 有點唏噓, 雲吞無以前包得咁靚, 或者係受左歲月摧殘, 但內裏還是有著舊日味道☺️ 用番完隻蝦🦐菜肉亦👌雞翼既出現🐥 帶住往日亮麗色彩, 漲卜卜既外型帶住一點點醬汁係表面😍就似運動完努力既汗水留係幻滑肌膚表面🏃‍♂️🏃‍♀️ 咬入去, 醬汁大部份都保留到係度, 唯獨入味程度同以前比稍稍差一籌😑最後既火腿奄列, 上黎既時候, 淨係得份蛋🤷‍♂️原來係店員比少咗🤦‍♂️份量大既特色無改變過, 其實以前都係粗豪地將一大份蛋包住火腿, 今時今日呢份簡單既暴力都係無變👍價目同以前一樣, 兩人埋單128。總括黎講, 今次既再遇都係愉快😃其實嘉樂仲保持到以前8-9成既水準👏👏如果係經開荃灣, 我絕對會再幫襯, 加上條龍如果係KEEP 住短咁多, 更加more than happy to 重遇這位舊歡😘 continue reading

相信對食客黎講嘉樂冰廳都唔會陌生,轉手後第一次去食,比起以前係差左小小……聽說新老板已向舊老板拜師學藝, 但要做到一樣味道確實係困難, 難得新老板仍保留舊面貌, 希望佢能夠再做好d, 秉承落去必叫店員尚算貼心,主動用剪刀剪左4下,等我地容易d食,但係d 雲吞放左喺麵既下面,一齊剪爛埋,至於味道,唔係講笑,堅喊,好似飲緊豉油,要將個麵放落個湯到沖一沖先食得,但麵質係好食依個年代真係好小有傢勒咖啡沖得幾好,唔係茶味重到澀口個隻,而且仲有d 滑 continue reading

店內座位唔多, 大概座到20-30人, 基本上佢地長時間係坐爆人,所以點都要排隊/搭枱坐,就算2個人坐埋一邊都有啲迫*火腿小奄列呢個奄列一啲都唔小啊..成座山⛰咁款...聽講係用左6-7隻蛋🍳🍳🍳去煮滑蛋奄列, 啲蛋唔老唔鞋,咬左一啖後啲蛋汁流晒出黎🤤🤤🤤仲有勁多火腿絲..加埋豉油真係好好味😋😋配埋個小餐包食, 係唔錯咖👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻*阿華田脆脆做到面頭有阿華田脆脆唔係好多地方都有得賣..所以點到要叫番杯飲下😬😬😬味道幾濃郁, 質感軟滑, 脆脆咬落口仲卜卜聲, 真係好正*雞翼雲吞河雞翼表面嫩滑😋咬入去個汁大部份都保留到係度, 好入味, 因為佢會係你落單既時候先會再煮熟,唔係一早就整定🤘🏼🤘🏼另外, 雲吞有4-5粒..餡多之餘, 入面啲蝦肉混豬肉好爽口.🦐🦐而且河粉好滑都唔差, 整體黎講都好味呀☺️ continue reading
