平日嘅中午去食都幾多人,可能因為咁,所以佢地都未必夠人手去招呼客人,係叫餐嘅時候,等咗好耐都未必得閒去應你,甚至乎講一句‘好,你等等’都冇,好似見你唔到咁。不過叫咗野食,上餐速度反而好快。其實野食同價錢都唔錯,我地三個人叫咗鮮竹粒斑腩豆腐煲、豉汁煎釀尖椒同埋水蜜桃黑松露芝士焗飯。水蜜桃黑松露芝士焗飯係午餐set,有埋湯都係53蚊,而且幾大份,的確幾抵食,黑松露味幾足,而且唔似係黑松露粉。鮮竹粒斑腩豆腐煲都好大份,好足料,就係油比較多,味道都唔錯。豉汁煎釀尖椒食落同真嘅一樣,就係對我呢講嘅椒太辣。 continue reading

喺度食飯真係一肚氣 我8點半入座 嗌左4樣嘢 都無諗過會有上菜次序㗎喇 但我無諗過 一嚟就上個飯 就即刻粒聲唔出隊碗紅豆沙落枱 (我係無叫過紅豆沙) 同佢講話我無嗌過 佢就大大聲話呢個送比你㗎! 真係皇恩浩蕩喇! 其中一味蟹皇芙蓉翅 碟醋入便有隻蚊滋 問佢可唔可以換左佢 個阿姐又話唔關佢事 其實我都係想換左碟醋啫 唔洗咁大反應嘅!如是者食到8點55分 野又未食晒 就催我埋單!問佢幾點截單又話9點半 9點未夠又要我埋單?真係咁趕收工咩?趕收工咁你又入客?啲服務咁差 啲嘢食再好食都好難返轉頭啦! 下次想食齋都唔會再嚟呢問囉! continue reading

本人於5月3 日致電太子大自然素食並訂位5月12日8位晚上7時. 而當日朋友係7點前已到達攞位, 發現 8 人訂位由2張大小及高低不一 既方枱同一張圓枱組成.當時大家都呆左一呆, 枱既組合甘奇怪但都算,甘因為有一友人未到 就叫左 3 個小食先.  其中一位朋友為方便落單, 就於櫃位取來一張粉紅色紙, 但突然有一位職員A行過, 而且一手搶去該紙張 並且責罵同行友, 說’呢張紙好貴架’.  我地一枱人呆左一呆.該位職員跟手從某地方攞左一張細好多既紙比我地. 甘大約8點左右, 我地既主菜都未到晒, 但突然有另一位職員B送上糖水, 我地覺得奇怪就問佢 : 主菜都未上晒, 點解上糖水? 職員B回答 : 我跟單出, 咩都唔知. 跟手放低就走左去. (其後有朋友講,聽到職員B細細聲講, 攞左就順手上埋) 於大約8:29, 職員A問我地仲會唔會加野, 大家都食飽就唔再加野喇. 職員A就話幫我地埋左張單.當時我先剛開始食果碗糖水(已經由熱變左凍).經過以上所有野, 本人真心開始發火. 一間咩餐廳, 比甘既服務. 但同行朋友都真係脾氣太好都比左錢先. 已於FB 投訴, 但該公司負責人不了了之.   可想而之,職員既態度, 亦即係代表左管理層既無能. 之後我真係忍唔到叫職員A 搵經理過黎, 佢應左但一段時間後都無人黎. 甘再搵另一職員 (著住一件粉紅色風褸), 問左原來佢就係經理.甘我地同佢反應左, 佢就話, 佢行黎行去, 唔知發生咩事.雖然佢有同我地道歉, 但口氣係完全推卸責任.甘我話您唔可以話唔知, staff training 係你既責任. 而我黎幫親, 唔係唔駛比錢架, 但您地一蚊服務都比唔到我囉.  但佢跟手仲借D意走左去, 完全無再理我地.  continue reading
