出去食飯想享受到唔止食物質素,環境同服務都好重要。利申:我係好喜歡去食街坊嘢,大排檔,街市,茶記都係我嘅至愛,所以完全唔慣要唔要五星級服務事。呢度食物overall OK,未去到wow,但食得出係有心做得仔細。明白難請人,但,基本嘅野都好似deliver 得唔好。唔係想list out issue,但真係全程太令人難以理解餐廳有無 brief / train 好同事?#1 入座安排混亂Book左table for 2早左到,見到一張四人枱上放左「Reserved」牌仔,同waiter 講booking details,佢示意我坐另一張二人枱係無「Reserved」牌仔,咁我以為二人只可以坐二人枱,點知一分鐘後有兩個人冇訂座,但就被安排坐四人枱😯我簡單問同一個waiter 嗰張有訂座牌嘅四人枱其實係唔係留咗俾我,因為我係有book,佢竟然同我講「其實個牌仔擺喺度㗎咋,不過你想嘅話都可以坐過去」🤦🏾‍♀️問題:- 咁究竟我嘅booking 佢哋究竟有冇record?- 咁如果都係冇事先安排嘅話,我張枱究竟有冇被安排?- 點解我兩個人就係安排坐二人枱,當時有幾張四人枱都唔俾我?而之後入嚟嘅兩個人就可以直接坐四人枱?係咪睇waiter 心情?#2 Order: 甩單/ waiter 好似唔太了解menu 我入座後首先order 鴨油薯條,menu 寫「鴨油薯條/薯粒」,我唔清楚「薯粒」係咩,我問waiter 「薯粒係唔係tata tots?」,佢話「係」,我見佢個樣唔太肯定,驚佢唔知咩叫tata tots,我就再問「係唔係即係薯寶?」,佢話「唔係,係薯仔切粒」。我心諗,其實如果佢唔明我講咩,點解要答我係?如果我冇再追問,serve 左薯粒,我唔食嘅話咁點算? (我真係唔食薯仔切粒)等朋友嚟埋我哋就order埋main 同drinks ,我哋一路傾偈,傾傾吓突然發現遲過我哋嚟嘅人都已經食緊嘢,我哋問返take order 嘅waitress,佢即刻幫我哋跟,然後同我哋講唔好意思佢哋失誤原來冇落單。。。。。。。問題:- 又落單去到我哋追單,足足過左30分鐘以上,咁耐嘅時間點解冇員工會發現我哋張枱一直只係得一碟薯條同埋一杯嘢飲?正常都會問吓要唔要order 定係夠唔夠嘢食?- 客人問關於餐牌嘅嘢其實係正常不過嘅事,但係點解又好似唔係好回答到咁?鴨油薯條係呢度signature ,都好似答唔到咁?- 好笑嘅係我哋食緊碟薯條,突然之間又嚟多一碟。。。正常見到枱面已經有一疊薯條,兩個人第一碟一半都未食完,會唔會又order 多碟?#3 抽氣問題其實有啲shock見到呢度安裝嘅係細抽氣系統,但呢度嘅menu 有扒有炒有炸,應該用大型?咁佢呢度用咩其實都唔關我事,但係成間餐廳都係油煙味我就有啲介意,我坐近門口,所以我開道門通氣,點知waiter 三番四次冇了解過,就直接閂返道門。。。問題:- 其實有冇企喺客人嘅角度諗過點解要開門?唔通道門自動開?#4 Toilet key 離開之前,我去水吧問佢哋有冇牙籤,然後再喺佢哋面前行去洗手間方向,當時佢哋係冇特別嘅嘢做緊,而行去洗手間嘅通道係唯一一條去洗手間嘅通道,唔係通去其他地方,所以我肯定佢哋係知我去洗手間。我嘗試開Toilet道門,鎖咗,以為入邊有人,喺出面企咗幾分鐘,入面都冇聲,我就折返返問佢哋其實係唔係要 toilet key,佢哋先至話係要,然後好禮貌咁俾條key我。。。。後來我先知原來我朋友都係要問,佢哋先俾toilet key佢問題:- 點解明知客人係去洗手間都唔會主動俾鎖匙客人?客人唔會無端端要行入去非用膳位置,即係後巷。To conclude,呢度嘅staff係任何嘢都非常無awareness ,成件事好似客人同佢哋係唔同個體,我真係完全唔知道發生咩事,好turn off。 continue reading

曾任人氣扒房La Vache! 主廚嘅 @chefyenchan 自立門户,係西環開設左一間澳式小餐館,當然要黎試下!餐廳裝潢簡約,店面較細但都唔會好迫夾,更設半露天座位。今次食嘅兩款主菜味道唔錯,價錢相宜,不過就限量供應,想食最好早一日預訂啦~ 餐廳最近仲推出左限定生日優惠,12月31號前,凡於生日前三日至後三日到訪,三人同行即送一份濕式熟成肉眼扒餐!▪️鴨肝慕絲伴脆包片 $138/small慕絲質感軟滑,感覺上無平時嘅咁膩,較為輕盈。旁邊嘅麵包片毫不馬虎 ,香脆帶鹹香。▪️烤美國濕式熟成肉眼牛扒 (8oz) $278肉眼扒嗌左medium,經濕式熟成,肉質軟腍多汁,中心位置好滑呢~ 醬汁用上牛骨熬製,食完都唔會話好口渴。今次嗌嘅兩款主菜都可以配鴨油薯條/薯粒/薯蓉+$20,薯粒外脆內軟綿,唔錯▪️海鮮拼盤 $328Seafood platter有齊青口、帶子、虎蝦,仲有兩款醬汁:spicy tomato、青醬可以揀~ 火候控制得岩岩好!帶子軟滑,虎蝦爽彈有蝦味,青口尤其岀色,難得口感咁嫩滑,仲好鮮甜索汁。醬汁微辣惹味,唯獨薯條上枱即刻食都唔太脆▪️巴斯克芝士蛋糕 $60是日口味:咖啡!咖啡味唔算好濃,偶有顆粒感,勝在唔太甜膩。 continue reading

有睇開我IG page嘅朋友都知我平時好鍾意去cafe,做左成個星期野咁辛苦,weekend搵間cafe安安靜靜咁chill下食個brunch真係好舒服🤭西環、西營盤個頭多cafe相信大家都唔陌生啦,所以希望可以發掘多啲隱世靚cafe分享比大家✨今次介紹嘅一間隱世cafe位於西環山道個條斜路隔離,岩岩個星期六真係咁岩行過見到環境好似不錯就走左入去食😂 結果都唔錯🤭🔹𝔾’𝕊𝔸ℕ𝔾𝔸! 美國手切豬柳🐖 $158呢個係menu見到就好想試🤪 手切SRD黑豬柳肉大大塊入口軟腍、配上青蘋果芥末醬更加惹味☺️ 佢地嘅sourdough都幾好味👍🏻 呢碟幾大份,大家可以叫一份share黎食✨👍🏻🔹𝕊𝕡𝕚𝕔𝕪 𝔸𝕟𝕘𝕖𝕝辣天使🍝$138個名幾得意,其實就係天使麵配意大利辣肉腸🍝我幾鍾意佢地呢個天使麵,佢地特製嘅香辣白酒蕃茄醬🥫好香濃,聞落去同口味一樣咁正🤓 而且整體黎講味道濃郁但又唔會油膩,食完唔會覺得好口渴好重口味,幾好👍🏻✨🔹𝕀𝕔𝕖𝕕 𝔸𝕞𝕖𝕣𝕚𝕔𝕒𝕟𝕠 ☕️ $36唔錯,咖啡幾香濃,都係我平時鍾意嘅口味🤓整體黎講呢間cafe環境幾舒服,呢排天氣開始轉涼,佢地有戶外位,坐出面都幾舒服架👍🏻 不過係冇特別嘅景姐🙈 而職員態度都幾好,食物同飲品質素都唔錯,有興趣不妨今個weekend試試~ continue reading

暑假期間首次嚟呢間餐廳食晏,已經感受到主廚嘅用心。點解?喺香港你有幾何見過有餐廳咁講究,選用鴨油去炸薯條?有幾甘香,可想而知~可惜當時我只係獨個兒用餐,未有機會嚐到餐牌上每一道令我心動嘅菜式,包括鴨油薯條。今次相約朋友一齊嚟晚飯,終於可以一嘗所願叫咗兩份附鴨油薯條嘅main course, 分別係special menu上嘅steak同seafood platter,。個扒煎得好軟綿,而seafood platter嘅青口亦非常嫩滑新鮮,帶子煎到恰到好處,外脆內軟,蝦亦夠惹味😎!加上預早book定outdoor seats,配埋兩杯白酒同burnt cheese cake(因為掛住傾而唔記得影低相,好欣賞個cheese cake,一啲都唔膩又唔會太乾身,做到綿滑細緻👍), 一邊享用美酒佳餚、一邊吹住微涼嘅秋風傾吓計,真係非常之chill!一定會再帶朋友嚟! continue reading

在附近上班,和同事一路逛来到了这家港大边上的Cafe。好羡慕港大同学,附近有这么多好吃的!是很小清新的Cafe,干干净净的,特别适合来吃个Brunch。1⃣️黄色物体2.0我点了这个招牌的黄色物体,光是看菜单就馋了,因为我很喜欢吃烟熏三文鱼。非常值得一提的是【鸭油薯粒】,本土豆星人真的爱疯了!!2⃣️青酱猫耳朵我同事点的这个猫耳朵,非常搭青酱和鸡胸肉。鸡胸肉很嫩很大块,猫耳朵也很好吃~3⃣️脏脏香料茶燕麦拿铁我和我同事居然异口同声的都说要点Chai Latte哈哈哈,不过喝不惯的朋友们慎点~我是很喜欢这个味道! continue reading
