今晚原本想去上環海港開飯,8pm去到門口...人頭湧湧,有大有細唔知等幾耐,轉移陣地,去鳳城望望有無位,見到個場,真係差天共地,「吉」枱多的是,真係咁差?坦白講,之前都有幫襯,但選擇真係比較少。全家人都鍾意食海鮮,對河鮮真係一般;當然最重要係味道,鳳城以小炒同順德菜為主,但水準唔夠隱定,上次食過麻麻,所以好耐無幫襯,今晚食完,大家異口同聲講,短期可再光顧!全家人,五大一小,叫左五餸一羹加甜品,埋單$966,部分菜式在6月前有折扣優惠。整體每樣都可以;小炒選擇比以前多,唔會食嚟食去都係淡水魚,炒鮮奶等等。要數最差的一道菜、就係焗桶蠔,呢個正正就係我上面提及嘅「水準唔夠穩定」的代表作!一入口,成口油,成舊粉槳喺口,賣相比較差,連少少綠色的蔥段都無⋯可能我呢個師奶都煮得好食過佢,呢個餸有D失望! continue reading

老遠走來上環,主要係想尋找昔日的味道,今日(15/5/2020)早上,來到鳳城酒家係想食灌湯餃。第一次來這酒家,十分細,只有二十餘張枱,入內,無人招呼,要自己搵位,但枱枱都有客,唔想企在枱邊等位,又無人理,真係想走,後有一女士講,飲多口茶就走,就等多一陣。特價點心紙有孖寶,點了兩個,每份$22.8,但當中一定要點皮蛋瘦肉粥或鳳爪排骨飯,選了鳳爪排骨飯,再配干蒸牛肉燒賣及薑粒雞包仔,另再加了蜜汁叉燒包及豬肚雞燒賣,全部都是普通貨色。最失望是正價的灌湯餃,等了二十幾分鐘先有得食,很熱及多湯,但饀料及湯汁味道麻麻。預備埋單之際,見鄰枱有張粉紅色紙,攞來一看,原來有點心拼盤,特價$17.8,有五款點心,但我張枱無此拼盤紙,好興。最值得一讚是酒家的牙籤,真是無幾多間酒家會咁用心。 continue reading

今日心血來潮,一早去了干諾道西的鳳城酒家。疫情下的黃金假期,老店午市大部分為日常的老客顧。友人期待已久的懷舊灌湯餃,果然沒有令人失望!焗西米布甸,不過不失。蒜香鮮蝦春卷,不油不膩。香脆魷魚鬚,略嫌炸燶了一點及沒有魷魚味。順德家鄉蒸粉果及香煎蝦米腸粉也很不錯。下次要試吓隔離枱的剁椒蒸魚雲,看似好好味!整體食得開心滿意,地方點方便,食畢順道逛了一逛上環海味雜貨店,收獲滿滿!(ps 不過廁所要好好跟進,滿地是水,不知是否水管漏水!😓) continue reading

相約友人於上環食飯,選擇了這間老字號飯店。本人多年前幫襯過位於太子的鳳城酒家,印象很好,上環分店是第一次試。一坐下,職員主動有禮地詢問喝甚麼茶,還問冷氣是否夠凍,服務不錯。由於我們三人都不太肚餓,只叫了三個小菜,白飯、甜品都沒吃。店員多次推介糖水,但實在太飽,吃不下!我們點了有名的窩貼大明蝦,好味!另外還點了生菜鯪魚球煲,一般!及欖角焗肉排,好一般,無甚麼肉味,又太肥!有點失望!整體來說,以上三個小菜,只有窩貼大明蝦值得試! continue reading

早排同屋企人食晚飯,當然揀佢哋最鐘意嘅中菜啦,而且亦都想滿足下自己,想食返之前係到食過嘅鳳肝金錢雞😋-首先上枱嘅係淮山杞子雞腳燉螺頭,我同媽媽都係湯怪,表示煲湯夠哂足料,而且味道夠鮮💓 接著就係期待已久嘅鳳肝金錢雞!依道菜唔係話想食就有,要提前打去預訂,而坊間都比夠少見到,所以顯得特別矜貴😍 依款順德菜係用一塊肥肉,一塊瘦肉加一塊雞肝組合而成,入口味道好濃郁,而且油香十足,好邪惡😛 燒味雙拼(燒肉拼叉燒) 發揮一貫正常水準,燒肉皮好脆,叉燒亦都肥瘦適中。海蜇拼生腸係會食唔停口🤣 爽脆嘅口感加上陣陣嘅麻油香,真係一口接一口!好特別嘅係依到嘅海蜇比較粗身同厚身,食落更加爽口。鍋貼大明蝦(6隻) 其實同蝦多士差不多,炸得好脆口,蝦肉爽彈,兩者加埋亦都係無得輸,會食上癮😂桂花炒魚翅炒得幾有鑊氣,炒得幾乾身而且蛋唔會老!最後又點可以唔叫甜品呀~ 焗西米布甸個奶味幾香,而且即焗夠哂熱辣辣,係甜左少少,食到後期會有少少漏🤭 continue reading
