今晚約了一衆親友在鳳城團拜,去到鳳城竟然全場滿座,好彩我一早訂了枱。又話現在香港的飲食業好低迷,場面冷清,市民都北上飲食?這裏卻沒有這個情況。一早知道有些功夫菜要預先預訂,但因為未過正月十五,所有預訂菜色都停做,令我非常失望。但蓮蓉西米焗布甸居然還肯做,我當然不會錯過,立刻預訂了。雖然巧手功夫菜吃不到,還可以點其他著名的菜色。我點了炸子雞、鍋貼大明蝦、上湯焗龍蝦、順德魚肚羹、清蒸海中班、鳳城炒飯、竹笙會上素、蒜蓉炒豆苗。雖然客人很多,但上菜速度都很快,餸菜的味道都不錯,連我的契爺都大讚好食。眼見傳菜員忙碌地傳遞餸菜出來,忽然,我旁邊有打爛碗碟的聲音,原來是有一位傳菜員不小心將一碟菜滑倒在地上,碟子也打碎了。當時她非常慌張,不知所措,隨即有位女士過來,對她說:「無事!無事!叫㕑房炒過一碟就得喇。」她一面安慰傳菜員,一面叫另外的職員拿掃把來清理好地面。這麽好的上司,應該都好少有了。這裏還要讚的是雖然高朋滿座,但沒有限時用餐,大家可以慢慢食,慢慢傾偈。鍋貼大明蝦竹笙會上素順德魚肚羹蒜蓉炒豆苗上湯焗龍蝦伊麵底炸子雞清蒸海中班鳳城炒飯蓮蓉西米焗布甸

是日同家人嚟咗呢間茶樓飲下茶,一坐低就叫點心,點心有好多傳統嘢包括灌湯餃,真係灌湯餃因為係成隻餃咁唔係啲湯浸住隻餃果隻,拎一隻上碗然後篤穿佢就會有湯汁從餃子入面流出嚟,幾好食,入面隻蝦好大隻。蝦餃皮薄饀多,蝦大隻爆汁幾爽脆。牛肉又係唔錯幾好食,另外燒賣大大粒肉質好爽脆唔錯。豬爽肚出面食唔到啦呢度竟然有得食仲整得好好食彈牙嘅,唔食就走寶。腸粉又滑又好味,叫咗鮮蝦腸同牛肉腸,豉油有啲麻油味一食就知有調過唔係行貨。每樣都一樣出色,大多數都係手工嘢出面大多數酒樓都冇得食只有呢度有,有時間再嚟。

點心會連湯上 可以點上湯食
上湯材料以老雞、瘦肉、火腿熬製
好考功夫 而且真材實料!

有朋友系德國返嚟,帶佢去食懐舊菜,一行六人到這裡食晚飯。炸子雞一隻,好大隻熱辣辣,皮脆肉又多汁,好食。蜆介鯪魚球,炸到啱啱好,而且好香口,但個蜆介汁冇乜蜆肉同埋吾夠味。薑汁炒芥蘭,用上嫩芥蘭遠,加上淡淡薑味,幾好。鳳城炒飯,有獲氣吾太油,料也多。上湯煎粉果,這個比較失色,個粉果皮好似煎炸得吾夠時候。脆皮咕嚕肉,肉不多但好脆口,配料青、紅椒很多,帶點驚喜是配料入面有子薑。估計今日廚房應該嚴重人手不足,由落單到上第一碟薑汁炒芥蘭,等了45分鐘左右。連2罐汽水,埋單 $1052/6位,可以啦。
