幸好到二月尾,還有時間來吃。

你以為冇人出街食飯咩?當晚餐廳卻非常多人,而且個個都飲晒清酒,今朝有酒今朝醉咁樣,同而家嘅疫情環境有一個幾強烈嘅對比。

雖然我哋幾個朋友食飯,簡簡單單,但見個個飲清酒,自己都叫番支house,話明House嘅,雖然不是頂級好飲,但當然人人適合。

已經好耐無寫食評,今次不得不寫!呢間位於中環既日本餐,剛剛過去一星期就食左佢兩次,點解會食佢兩次呢?一次因為工作需要,另一次因為幫朋友慶生,同時因為佢用既食材非常新鮮,我地一行5人叫左兩個刺身拼盤,刺身拼盤係俾高級食材,佢係吾會俾三文魚你食嫁!另外6款串燒,其中一款係雞棒,出面食串燒多數會俾生蛋,呢到就俾溫泉蛋,不過味道就濃多啲!另外牛舌都係無得輸,食完要再encore ,另外仲叫多左個炸蝦卷,因為有朋友吾食生野😅,飲品就飲生啤🍻,生啤啲質感真係吾同啲,夠冰凍又滑😋 朋友們都非常滿意餐飯,食到佢地肚滿腸肥,佢地既服務態度都非常好!上食物速度都夠快😆值得一讚👍🏽幸好有訂位,因為星期五個個都出黎Happy Friday,好食既餐廳真係食多幾次都吾怕呀😆

今日同個已經有五年冇見的中學同學去了中環的一間高級餐廳敘舊,吃了當天的特別晚餐因為疫情關係點了第一款菜後所以第二款可以半價。覺得壽司很新鮮很鮮甜,稻庭烏冬都唔錯,特別喜歡日本清清地甜甜地的湯底。最喜歡的是他的日本拖羅壽司入口即溶但因為是雜錦壽司的關係,每個餐只有一件。買單最後每人約$350。算是正常價錢

點知,真係好失望。

叫了魚生,壽司,串燒.......
質素真係好一般,唔可以話難食,
但魚生唔係話好新鮮、串燒更加係冇咩味
特飲就....正常嘢飲咁嘅味,
同食物一樣,唔可以話難飲囉。

以佢個價錢 + 佢嘅地段,同行友人同我都冇諗過會係食呢個一般嘅質素及一般服務。
我哋都冇興趣再食其他嘢了...

如果心懷能嘗到如在日本般的食物享受,
香港其他地方有更平、but 更好的選擇。

可能中環蘭桂芳鋪租貴,經營者都受好大壓力,體諒呢點。
如果能提升食物質素、定時搞優惠活動吸引客人嘗試,通過活動來用質素讓客人回頭及轉介紹;
或者將貨就價、降低價錢,或許能改善生意。

除了包裝賣相照片,食物也要有內涵。

總結:無法回頭第二次。

I want to say that we usually don't take advantage of restaurant discounts because we're lazy and sometimes were are just too hungry to wait for an off-peak time to have our meal. Overall a good experience considering the discount. We had a 40% discount arrangement for an early dinner there. The bill was about $1800 which was great for 2 ppl but if it was double the price (original price) I would have felt ripped off.

我本沒打算寫食評的所以沒什麼拍照,自助的選擇就是冷盤,刺身,蟹腳,卷物和炸物,說真的都好吃,但一開始應該吃熱的,因為剛炸好很新鮮,如果遲了吃就差了一點,因為人不多,所以能吃新鮮炸起的應該只有一開始吧。

總的來說還是很滿意的,但可能是人客不多的關係,店員也有點懶散,堆在門口那邊聊天,以這級別的餐廳應該可以做得更好吧,但食物還是很好吃的!

然後重頭戲就來了!是燒宮崎和牛,可要求專業的服務員代勞。只見他先將牛肉放到文字爐上面,輕烤之後再來個猛燒,和牛的肥油都被逼了出來,燒好後加上蒜片、日本芥辣和蔥花,肉香、油香,再加上蒜片香脆的口感,是很滿足的感覺。

其實我很喜歡吃壽喜燒,今晚也不叫我失望。薄薄的牛肉十分細嫰,旁邊還有蒟蒻麵、雜菌和豆腐等,最愛壽喜燒的甜豉油,決定要碗白飯來撈,吃了又暖身又愉快!

至於想響高質同填肚皆取的話我會推薦十貫壽司拼盤,同樣有返刺身拼盤果幾款魚另外再多幾件其他款式,話說食過幾次今次都係第一次食呢度啲壽司,無論係醋味定飯質都幾討好呢

當然大胃王或者主攻任食刺身嘅會想有啲暖嘢落肚,就可以揀A4宮崎和牛冰見鳥冬或者迷你蒲燒鰻魚丼,鳥冬之前晚市都食過質感好滑口幾鐘意,而鰻魚丼個鰻魚夠厚肉而且燒到好香,個飯黏度都唔錯,連埋鰻魚汁食一流

最後仲有廚師精選甜品盤,超浮誇地有埋乾冰噴哂煙咁學朋友話齋好有意境,有生果有mochi仲有海鹽雪糕超滿足!
