最近蘭桂坊因為七人欖球賽所以氣氛再度熾熱起嚟,今次去位於中環蘭桂坊加州大廈食日本菜,加州大廈各國美食佳餚應有盡有,當然唔少得呢間高質日本菜FUMI 。FUMI 以木系為主嘅裝潢,外面仲有露天嘅位置,環境寬敞舒適,亦都可以坐喺壽司吧前面,睇住師傅做壽司。餐廳食材以高品質同埋新鮮為主,今次餐廳特製cocktails 配上omakase,好特別嘅體驗。今次揀咗Fumi Delixe Tastng Menu 嚐味盛宴($1180)先付:帆立貝大葉天婦羅、茄子明太子、鰻魚玉子燒大葉天婦羅炸漿輕薄香脆,帆立貝肉嫩滑,裙邊口感好爽;茄子明太子,茄子皮薄細嫩,配上明太子味道鮮美濃郁;鰻魚玉子燒,蒲燒鰻魚醬汁惹味,肥美豐富,玉子帶有豐厚紮實嘅口感,加上甜滋滋味道,好吸引。造身:海膽、鮮吞拿魚腩、深海池魚、油甘魚每種刺身新鮮肥美厚身,海膽帶有啖啖海水鮮味,入口軟滑鮮甜;個人最鍾意鮮吞拿魚腩拖羅,粉嫩肥美,帶有滿滿嘅油脂感,口感豐富,入口即溶;深海池魚口感嫩滑,肉質爽口;油甘魚帶有魚油香氣,味道甘甜鮮美。御椀:海鮮土瓶湯海鮮湯味道清甜,裏面材料豐富,有蔬菜、菇類,仲有蟹肉可以食到,食完刺身可以飲海鮮湯暖暖胃。燒物:香蔥宮崎雞肉脆脆卷宮崎雞肉外層煎得香脆,肉質彈性多汁,雞肉鮮美,配上香蔥去燒帶有淡淡蔥香。揚物:鯛魚九條蔥天婦羅鯛魚天婦羅炸至金黃酥脆,細嘴慢嚼去用心品嚐,天婦羅酥脆之餘仲可以食到鯛魚鮮味;配搭時令蔬菜九條蔥天婦羅,同樣酥脆,沾上濃郁鰹魚醬汁,味道更豐富。強餚:A5鹿兒島和牛鐵板燒(三角、西冷) A5鹿兒島和牛三角肉同西冷帶有細緻嘅油花,經過鐵板燒去燒香,和牛香氣濃郁,口感軟嫩滑順,肉汁豐富,入口即溶。壽司:廚師發辦壽司4點Omakase有牡丹蝦、魷魚、深海池魚、左口魚壽司。牡丹蝦肉細緻飽滿,味道清爽甘甜;魷魚肉質鮮甜爽彈;深海池魚口感嫩滑,肉質爽口,魚味甘甜;左口魚肉質滑溜,鮮味十足。時令果物食到最後有日本蜜瓜、士多啤梨同埋梨,大滿足。蜜瓜味道清甜多汁,味道濃郁;士多啤梨清甜之餘帶有微酸;梨子味道清爽帶有回甘。 continue reading

今次終於黎到位於中環FUMI食半自助放題,本身都想食好耐,值得稱讚的是無論食物質素和服務都令人滿意。餐廳日式裝潢,落地大玻璃,環境都幾闊落,用餐環境舒適感度高。同埋原來在場,小編撞到有魔術師表演,睇得好精彩⭐主菜A4宫崎和牛壽喜燒小鍋A4和牛剛好半熟,入口即容,軟嫩香濃,油脂感不會過多,好好食。精選手握壽司拼盤(4件)鮮吞拿魚、火炙左口魚邊、房師推介2款壽司好新鮮,而且飯粒不會太大塊,一口剛好入口。⭐前菜前菜有好多各種不同的沙律菜任食,而最正既係有烤A4宫崎和牛配柚子汁,宫崎和牛油脂分佈均勻,油香滿滿。✨雪場蟹好鮮甜 ,肉質好厚😋😋⭐刺身三文魚、帶子、油甘魚、章魚、象拔蚌有5款刺身任食,非常值得稱讚係刺身級數高,好新鮮甜美。油甘魚係每天整條魚切出黎,每日都保持著新鮮度。⭐壽司卷物鳗魚牛油果卷、A4宫崎和牛壽喜燒卷、FUMI素菜卷、雜錦辛香刺身太卷卷物個人喜歡雜錦辛香刺身太卷,口感豐富。⭐炸物最喜歡日式芝士年糕和海蝦天婦羅,炸得好脆口,炸衣又夠薄。⭐燒物鹽燒宮崎雞翼燒得好蕉脆,味道剛剛好。仲有牛油燒粟米、鮮冬菇、宫崎特產黑豚香腸等選擇。⭐温物蟹粉茶碗蒸好好食,蛋蒸到好嫩滑,又有蟹粉味道,仲有關冬煮食,好暖胃 continue reading
