To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

媽媽不想煮飯,便決定到附近的酒家食一餐。本時下午茶就經常來到這間富臨,晚飯時間來好似係第一次。晚飯時段酒家都好多人,不過未到滿底的程度,所以唔洗等就已經可以入座。富臨的小菜似乎會定期UPDATE,每個月都有不同的優惠讓食客有多點新鮮感。蠔皇八頭鮑魚扣金錢($26.8/位)八頭鮑魚扣金錢,單是菜名已經好吸引,仲要每位都是$26.8而已。唔係唔試呀。起初鮑魚會好韌,怕媽媽咬唔到。但哩個八頭鮑就煮到好軟身,但保留住煙韌的咬感。加上鮑魚汁的提味,甚是好食。大大隻又厚身的冬菇,吸收了鮑魚汁的香味,咬落好豐滿的口感。放在一邊的西蘭花份量都好多。又係加埋鮑魚汁一齊食。黑椒頂級牛仔骨($88)牛仔骨以小炒鑊的形式送上,食到依然好有鑊氣好夠熱。主角是牛仔骨,每件牛仔骨都醃至入味,咬落軟嫩,帶牛仔骨的肉香。加上配料的番茄﹑洋蔥等的調味,十分惹味。個人最喜歡裡面煮到軟淋的薯仔。金銀菜燉白肺($128)好清甜的一個燉湯,用料好足,而又一點也不油膩。金銀菜菜乾煮到出晒甜味,令成個湯都好清甜。而且還用上了豬肺,雞腳﹑排骨等的調味,各種材料的鮮味又好搭。買單埋,侍應又會送清甜糖水,是晚是南瓜西米露,令整個晚飯為上一個完句號。 continue reading

作正宗港人緊係鐘意食中菜。估唔到平日總有一間係附近既富臨既中菜都唔錯。頭抽走地雞 ,係呢到招牌菜之一,啲雞鹹味唔重,而且唔會搶晒雞既雞肉味,而啲雞都好嫩,啖啖肉,食落好可口,果然係招牌菜,唔錯唔錯金銀菜燉白肺,一直都好鐘意飲白肺湯,呢到既白肺湯令人有驚喜,而且,飲得出無落味精同加水溝淡,飲落湯味都好濃郁,用黎開胃好唔錯。最後叫左碟咕嚕肉,酸酸甜甜好好味,我同友人都食得好開心,而且氣氛都好好,係一次好唔錯既經驗。 continue reading

跟伯母預先食中秋節飯,選擇了她家附近的富臨酒家。晚上未滿座,不過都有不少食客。發覺富臨酒家晚市都幾多優惠,而且MENU似乎會定期更新一下,讓食客保持一定新鮮感。金銀菜燉白肺($128)用料超級足的一個燉湯,除了白肺和有大量煲好淋又好甜的金銀菜,仲有足料的豬肉排,雞腳等。因為肉都去晒皮的關係,燉湯一點都不油膩,飲落清甜滋潤。而白肺都煲到好軟身好入味,肺喉的部份則夠爽口,食落口感很好。豉汁蒸白鱔($108)分量不少的白鱔,蒸至肉嫩爽口,食落有啖啖骨膠原口感。豉汁加入了大量香蔥和蒜粒,所以食落味道好香,而又不會油膩。泰皇蝦球炒通菜($78)帶點微辣的泰皇蝦球食落好惹味,蝦球炒得爽口彈牙,而且每隻都算幾大隻。通菜炒得爽脆,不過都係有點油膩,還好整道菜是微辣的令油膩感大大減少。飯後還有糖水送呢。這個是南瓜西米露,食落南瓜味都很香,而且煮得好滑。 continue reading

住瀝源既我成日放假同老婆去因為始終價錢夠平食物質素正常2個人去食大概100蚊都落到樓平均都係50蚊左右呢個14.8 平時超抵食既 味道冇問題下但今次薑仲多過豬腳 要比dislike 豉油油雞瀨粉12.8今次d雞一樣咁滑 每一次必點之選呢個老婆鐘意食 但今次食得出有dd油味同埋唔夠熱 下次都應該唔會再叫7.8 3舊 超抵食 同好食但茄子吸左好多油 減肥人仕自己小心牛肉腸粉12.8呢個正正常常 冇咩特別大問題其他既野食都係一般總結呢間野 加埋價錢因素 我會比likelike既 continue reading

屋企人臨時臨急約食飯,一行4 人問我去邊好? 我就車埋佢哋去富臨開餐,貪佢坐得舒服,價錢又唔貴!之前喺石門食過一次,所以都知道佢哋既小菜質素有保證!最緊要係佢隻頭抽走地雞好抵食,成隻都上都係賣$28! 說時遲那時快,落單無耐頭抽走地雞已經送到,份量十足,賣相吸引,未食已經聞到鼓油香,雞飲嫩滑先係重點!之前飲過一次冬瓜盅,味道鮮甜,而且用料十足,所以叫一個俾屋企人試下!佢哋都話好飲無介邵錯!湯都未飲完鮮菠蘿咕嚕肉已經送到,可謂相當有效率,咕嚕肉賣相吸引,酸酸甜甜食落幾開胃,咕嚕肉亦做得香脆,配埋菠蘿嚟食,一脆一腍,口感十足!跟住出場既係濃湯鮮竹浸皇帝苗,皇帝菜既味道唔是我喜歡,不過我都食左幾條,軟硬適中,幾爽口!而最後一個小菜脆皮豬打都好快送到,份量頗大,已經斬件切好唔駛自己郁手,豬手有咬口,幾爽口,而且幾入味,帶少少咸味,食落啖啖肉,好開心呢!另外貪平既原因,叫左一份生煎菜肉包,一份6隻,賣相幾吸引!食落不過不失,有d肉汁,趁熱食比較好食!呢餐就係我哋今晚一家人食既大餐,大家可以感受到上菜係幾有效率,值得一讚 continue reading
