Black Sheep Restaurants🐑旗下的其中一間餐廳,走西日新式fusion居酒屋路線🏮,一直人氣高企,也一直想試但未有機會,今次餐廳推出Black Series Menu,以抵食價錢($328/person)試到多款餐廳主打菜式🍢,終於抽空來一試!由外國人主理的型格日式餐廳氣氛好之餘,食物果然有質素,菜式加入香草調味,味道有驚喜😍套餐份量足,滿足的捧着肚子離開💖前菜刺身新鮮🍣,芝麻醬菠菜也美味🥬,梅子清酒醉蜆醬汁味道特別又醒胃😋加錢試了每人一客的牛油火焰帶子,火辣辣登場🔥,店員為客人在火上略炒帶子肉和配料,帶子肉脹卜卜又彈牙,配上西日fusion醬汁,份外香濃惹味👅另外加單試了餐廳招牌菜—「脆炸焦糖牛油粟米🌽」($88),粟米上鋪滿炸焦糖牛油,焦糖的甜+牛油的咸+炸粉的脆口,極盡美味也極度邪惡😍,又要肥幾磅了😈主菜之一「香辣唐揚炸雞」皮炸得帶脆,味道香辣之中帶點甜,令人吃不停口👏🏻「燒牛肉芥末烏冬」超大碟,用上大阪燒的醬汁和配料來炒個牛肉烏冬,是挺特別的配搭☺️食Fukuro結尾一定要點的甜品「日式最中雪糕三文治」,店舖經理要我猜雪糕是什麼味道😆Bingo🎰!! 答案:紫菜味🙋🏻‍♀️再配上雜莓果醬味道特別,滿有驚喜💖以這到甜品內完結這一餐感覺太幸福了🥰 continue reading

晚上來到,黑漆漆的街道中找黑色的門,仲要無打燈的店名,真花了一些時間才找到。侍應是外國人,說萫英文介紹日本菜,這種感覺都幾特別。Crispy Caramel Butter Corn,焦糖中帶有牛油香,再加上粟米本身的清甜味,相當惹味的小食。Drunken Clams ,醬汁酸酸甜甜,半開蜆肉新鮮,開胃前菜Yakiniku beef UDON,一上枱似大板燒的外貌,其實是牛肉炒烏冬,味道一般。Wagyu steak,符合和牛的軟淋度,但肉味就普通。Market fish tartare,如所言應是當天收到的新鮮魚做的剌身,的確新鮮無腥味。配埋柚子肉和青瓜,又鮮又爽。Sushi taco,炸脆的麵粉皮夾住大堆頭刺身什魚,三文魚子和壽司飯,好似脆餅壽司。Grilled scallops,上枱後侍應即場煑住,個汁creamy,帶子的味道滲入汁中,便更夾雜著鮮味。帶子厚肉鮮。Soft shell crab,擺碟很生動,軟殻蟹炸得鬆軟,蘸上蛋汁醬油吃令滑度增加。Monaka Ice cream sandwich,薄脆餅夾住雪糕,類似海苔造出來的雪糕配以士多啤梨醬,脆卜卜又甜甜的,唔腻。  continue reading

話說中環Soho有一間型格日式居酒屋 「Fukuro」😎順帶一提「Fukuro」就是貓頭鷹的意思,所以他們餐廳logo 都是用貓頭鷹🦉.Crispy Caramel Butter Corn🌽基本上來得這裡的一定是點這個😛 粟米表層的焦糖令到外層香脆,而內裡的粟米粒又很juicy😋所以令到整體味道很有層次.Drunken Clams 用上清酒、梅子煮的蛤,蛤的表面還灑上點七味粉,整體酒味不太濃烈,味道酸酸甜甜,可作開胃前菜😉.Wagyu Steak 切片的和牛淋上醬油,還有用芥末等食材製成的醬汁,最後加上白芝麻😋牛肉肥瘦適中,吃落不會太韌,整體不錯👍🏼.Agedashi Tofu 是一道比較傳統的日本美食,用上日本香菇和蝦油,還在金黃色的薄皮炸豆腐上放了鰹魚乾,但整體味道偏濃😅.Eggplant🍆用上味噌做醬料的一道菜,還在茄子上灑了很多蔥花😝但是味道都是偏濃😅.他與一般居酒屋有點不同,一般居酒屋多數只供應串燒及酒類,但他菜式比較多著眼海鮮的處理,而且款款菜式都宜配酒🍻 continue reading

本來想來試這裡出名的和牛三文治,可惜當日7點才到,已沒有了......☹️這裡燈光較暗,環境是OK的,我坐Bar枱,與隔離座位的人客坐得好貼,她影相時差不多”艾”著我。而且背景音樂好嘈,令人煩躁,有不會想再去的感覺服務就正常 (上次朋友就一肚氣)。食物選擇不多,我向來貴精不貴多,但質素平平無奇,沒有什麼Signature可言,而且定價偏貴,綜合所有,不值得推薦。粟米甜甜地最好食,其他就一般印象中叫了一個炒烏冬,但真心幾唔好食 (連相都無留😅) continue reading
