諗貨不對,差不多50元一碗粥品,食食下變水狀,所謂招牌燒鵝,要求肥叉燒,居然話冇,叫我地唔洗揀,食物不是想像好吃,吹噓之作,晚市排隊,最主要品嚐食物,不這樣好吃,不過如事,不配光榮結業,環境不衛生,樓面夥計,簡直垃圾不如,晦氣不想招呼,壽終正寢,永遠消失這個世界,臭名遠播😡😠🤬,不值得花錢及時間光顧,這間垃圾食肆,結帳差不多500元,其餘食物也不值得,請不要樣本人一家老少愚蠢,這樣還有一星期繼續排隊這間垃圾店舖

也不是等得太久,大概等了十分鐘左右吧,我已被安排入座,看著全場滿座的店舖,老女老幼在簡樸但懷舊的環境下用膳,我心想,為甚麼好端端的一間老字號,曾與香港人一起度過了不少風風雨雨,高高低低,怎麼竟會在這個艱難時刻被打倒了呢!也罷,縱使這一刻被風雨打倒,只要有心,總有一天,一定可以東山再起的。

本想叫個燒鵝例牌,配一碟「乾炒牛河」($58)做晚餐,原來這夜我來得不夠早,燒鵝已經沽清,見對面搭檯的男人叫了一碟「時菜炒及第」,忽然想到也好,就來一碟「時菜炒及第」($85)伴牛河,做我的晚餐好了。

乾炒牛河」是這裡的招牌菜之一,當然要回味一番,要另加兩元另上的橙黃色太極圖芥辣也是吃乾牛河必備之物,要是沒有了它,就如畫龍沒有點睛,砌圖缺了一塊一樣,肯定是一個遺憾。

乾炒牛河」比「時菜炒及第」先行送上,這牛河滿有鑊氣,牛肉份量甚多,河粉也幾乎全部都均勻地沾上了醬油,加上少許的芽菜仔,味道的確不錯,也許這河粉稍為油了一點,炒得不算非常乾身,間中有一兩片牛肉有丁點兒梳打粉的味道,但瑕不掩瑜,這碟「乾炒牛河」仍能讓我感到滿意。特別是蘸上少許芥辣在河粉上之後,味道更好。

時菜炒及第」的時菜其實是正氣的菜心,份量極多,把這菜式的罪惡感減輕不少。這道菜的罪惡感當然是從及第而來,切得細碎的豬膶、豬腰、豬肚與豬粉腸,混雜在泛著油光的嫩綠菜心中,是我久沒嚐過的風味。及第粥吃得多,炒及第卻絕無僅有地不知多少年才吃一遭,當然特別讓我覺得珍貴,即使豬膶只是薄切,經爆炒後會較乾,最矜貴的豬腰也較少,我仍然覺得這道邪惡得來又不算十分邪惡的小炒沒有叫錯,值得回味。

這夜幫襯,只得我一個人,吃得當然不多,好些我想吃的東西,好像「燒鵝粥」、「薑蔥魚腩」、「白灼腰膶」以至簡單的湯飯,我都沒吃。現在才三月初,這裡還會經營到三月底,希望到時候這裡不會人潮不斷,一位難求吧!那麼我還可以多來一兩趟,還可以回憶一下昔日的美味吧!

懷舊老舖「富記粥品」
這裡地方夠哂懷舊係七、八十年代香港最旺食肆。
馳名燒味我們就叫了燒鵝飯同叉燒飯,份量十足燒味尚且可以,叉燒半肥瘦軟熟甜甜地,燒鵝某一個位有少少鞋,但都好有鵝味,飯略為欠飯香不夠熱。

今日和老公去旺角行街,買完嘢,行到累了,又到食午飯的時候,附近有一間富記粥品。見到有位,就入去試下,地方尚算乾淨,不過裝修比較舊的。我地叫了义燒切雞飯,蘿蔔牛腩飯,油菜和一罐可樂,總共123元。义燒切雞飯:半肥瘦义燒,烤得剛剛好,相當惹味。切雞都算好味,肉質嫩滑,唔會鞋。蘿蔔牛腩飯:蘿蔔煮得非常入味,牛腩炆得軟軟淋淋,這裏煮的白米飯係十分軟滑,充滿飯香…油菜青綠爽口。這裏確實不錯的選擇,下次會再光顧。富記粥品旺角花園街104至106號

三四十年前此店在上海街設舖,人氣澎湃程度講都冇人信,除咗要在店外排隊等位外,肥華亦試過與七位顧客共用一張四人枱進食,因此店在當時當地嘅生滾食品,出名平,靚,正所以日日都高朋滿座,客似雲來,而此店搬到現址開業後,在疫前人氣依然旺盛,人氣食店招牌仍然保到,可惜人氣仍在但味道已如前,11月17日揾食肥華為嚐一碟有水準嘅乾炒牛河和一碗什會湯,肥華和靚媽專誠在早上11點半前避開午飯旺場時段到此店食呢兩款食品,而今日此兩款食物嘅味道仍算OK,但同當年相比可說遜色得多,而個义鷄飯嘅义燒靚媽話又硬又嚡,切鷄就肉少骨多,肯定唔係肥華杯茶,而保持到舊店水準嘅食品就係嗰碟芥辣拼辣椒醬,和碟點鷄肉嘅薑蔥,呢兩碟調味料充滿此店當年色彩及味道🤠🤹‍♂️

Fuk Kee is not only famous for her barbecued meat and congee. The fried beef rice noodles are one of the most traditional and best one in the town. No luxurious ingredient but the frying is fast and powerful. Not oily or greasy but the noodles are prefect in texture and layering. The soup with coriander, preserved egg and pig organs are very good and full. Not bitter organ taste but the coriander can remove the strange taste of organs. It is prefect lunch for working class heroes.

慕名來試及第粥,粥料極少,每樣豬什都只有一小片,粥底還好,但不會再光顧。30多年前爸爸帶我去上海街老鋪富記,還記得當時的及第粥,用料很充足和新鮮,味道很好。事隔多年,再來一試,結果很失望。因为内容少於200字,不能評分,只希望在此分享經驗。

富記~外表簡陋不起眼、但係內有乾坤...嘅一間老店🥰🥰好幾個朋友仔推介過,食過幾次都覺得唔錯唔好睇佢地方細細粥粉麵飯、小菜小食,都應有盡有每次必叫嘅~✨✨乾炒牛河🐮味道唔死咸丶乾爽有鑊氣及第粥~ 材料豐富、粥感綿滑炸鯪魚球~又係每次都會叫,係好食嘅

聽講富記最出名嘅係魚湯同埋滑雞粥。是晚我地去咗旺角行街,咁就去咗富記食晚飯喇。我地去到約莫八點左右,剛好有卡位,我地唔駛等就入去坐低咗。店員叔叔即刻就俾咗兩杯熱茶同埋兩份用滾水浸住嘅餐具俾我地,非常貼心!我地點咗時菜魚雲湯、椒鹽豆腐同埋西芹炒鮮魷。個魚湯好快就送到,我急不及待飲咗頭啖湯先,嘩,真係好好飲,魚湯有少少奶白色,好清而且一啲都唔腥,好味有營養。另外,個豆腐第一啖咬落去先係熱辣辣兼且皮脆內嫰,仲配埋椒鹽同醋俾我地點嚟食。西芹炒鮮魷嘅份量唔算好多,但係就配咗蝦醬俾我地用嚟點魷魚嚟提鮮,實在好講究喎!總括嚟講,雖然價錢係貴咗少少,但係間中都去支持下老店啦!有機會再去試下個滑雞粥嘅!時菜魚雲湯椒鹽豆腐西芹炒鮮魷
