慕名來試及第粥,粥料極少,每樣豬什都只有一小片,粥底還好,但不會再光顧。30多年前爸爸帶我去上海街老鋪富記,還記得當時的及第粥,用料很充足和新鮮,味道很好。事隔多年,再來一試,結果很失望。因为内容少於200字,不能評分,只希望在此分享經驗。 continue reading

無咩胃口就最啱食粥🥰喺旺角,除咗花園街熟食中心嘅妹記之外,隱藏喺同一條街嘅富記都好值得大家去試下,佢已經屹立喺度七十幾年架啦👍🏻👍🏻唔洗擔心搵唔到,因為黎遠已經望到👇🏻佢嘅招牌~就喺先達附近~👇🏻富記有兩個鋪位👆🏻都係無柱騎樓嘅地鋪~不過講真,如果無嗰個招牌,真係未必留意到架😹因為鋪頭前面落咗布遮住,就算你喺對面街,只會望到小巴同布😹👆🏻燒味掛晒喺門口,從透明玻璃一望就望到🥰夠晒吸引~👆🏻餐廳入面貼滿晒手寫嘅餐牌👇🏻👇🏻呢個最得意😹貼到好似揮春咁😆👆🏻除咗🥣粥品,呢度都有小菜🍲、飯🍛、炒粉麵🥘等等~想食咩都有~👇🏻👇🏻而富記嘅招牌就係🦃燒鵝同埋🥣粥,所以叫咗碗🦃火鵝魚片粥😆一次滿足兩個願望👍🏻粥底係好滑好綿👍🏻比起其他鋪頭係棉啲,因為佢地嘅粥,加咗同樣開咗咁耐嘅樹記腐竹🥰同埋有魚香味😋係幾好~雖然啲燒鵝放咗入粥裡面,但依然係幾香脆~肉一啲都唔柴👍🏻而且啲粥又可以中和到燒鵝皮嘅油膩~出奇地夾😹😹兩樣放埋一齊依然都有水準~ continue reading

聽講富記最出名嘅係魚湯同埋滑雞粥。是晚我地去咗旺角行街,咁就去咗富記食晚飯喇。我地去到約莫八點左右,剛好有卡位,我地唔駛等就入去坐低咗。店員叔叔即刻就俾咗兩杯熱茶同埋兩份用滾水浸住嘅餐具俾我地,非常貼心!我地點咗時菜魚雲湯、椒鹽豆腐同埋西芹炒鮮魷。個魚湯好快就送到,我急不及待飲咗頭啖湯先,嘩,真係好好飲,魚湯有少少奶白色,好清而且一啲都唔腥,好味有營養。另外,個豆腐第一啖咬落去先係熱辣辣兼且皮脆內嫰,仲配埋椒鹽同醋俾我地點嚟食。西芹炒鮮魷嘅份量唔算好多,但係就配咗蝦醬俾我地用嚟點魷魚嚟提鮮,實在好講究喎!總括嚟講,雖然價錢係貴咗少少,但係間中都去支持下老店啦!有機會再去試下個滑雞粥嘅!時菜魚雲湯椒鹽豆腐西芹炒鮮魷 continue reading

前幾日同朋友講開係香港冇食過好食嘅雞粥,除咗自己煲,之後佢就介紹呢一間粥店,話說雞好好食入邊亦都有繼續叫我去試下,所以今日做完嘢就決定過去試下。搵咗一陣見到個門面其實都唔係好光猛,係一間舊式粥店。入到去發現原來除咗粥仲有燒味同好多唔同嘅小炒,不過冇影響到我因為我真係一心諗住嚟食雞粥。不過最後鍾意食雙拼嘅我比雞鵝粥擊敗左。當個粥到左,我一望到個顏色對板果陣,我個內心已經好興奮。好耐冇見過一個雞粥係淡黃色仲有少許雞油浮面,聞落去淡淡雞油嘅香味。一食落去,唔~好耐冇食過咁有雞味嘅雞粥喇!個粥完全吸收左雞嘅香味,面頭浮着少少雞油,真係好正!個粥已經咁正喇,但係我又好擔心舊雞肉會好鞋,如果個雞肉好鞋嘅就真係會完全破壞左件事架麻,不過無論點舊雞都要食。咬第一啖落去,真係嘩左一聲!好好好重雞味嘅滑雞!雖然大家會話食雞梗係有雞味啦,不過唔知大家有冇真係細心去欣賞自己係香港食嘅每一舊雞,好多都真係冇雞味/好淡雞味。好多時出去食雞覺得佢有雞味都係主要因為佢有皮同埋d肥膏,d雞肉itself係真係冇乜味。不過呢個唔同,佢舊雞肉真係有味!同埋個質地係實d爽d,完全唔同我哋平時喺香港食嘅冰鮮雞。咁我一問之下原來發現佢地用嘅係清遠雞。成本都唔低㗎一隻清遠雞,喺呢度睇到佢哋係一間對食物質素有要求嘅餐廳嚟㗎,很不錯!雖然餐廳環境唔太靚,不過食物嘅味道從來都唔係環境賦予,今次用餐好滿意,以後會繼續食佢唔同嘅菜式。 continue reading
