今日晏晝約朋友仔👭食飯,佢話想食啲傳統嘅小菜,例如蝦子柚皮,煎藕餅,我就即刻諗起好耐好耐以前係呢度食過晚飯,所以即刻帶朋友黎呢度。呢間酒家真係好耐歷史,位置就係近天后地鐵站幾分鐘路程,行到清風街橋底,就會見到一個好大個招牌,酒家仲有二樓。門口餐牌寫哂佢地招牌菜同埋大廚名字,中午生意都好好,差不多滿座,所以侍應都忙個不停。我們見樓下差不多滿座,於是就行上樓上閣樓 ,樓上仲光猛些, 樓梯旁邊見到舊式出菜窗口,好似時光倒流,落地玻璃窗可以望到街景。打開餐牌不單止有我地想點的蝦子柚皮,香煎藕餅,仲有呢度嘅招牌菜紅酒炆牛尾, 真係正中下懷,三樣野叫齊。然之後坐係度慢慢飲茶傾計,發現有一特別現象,就係顧客絕大部份是男性,因為聽人講這里的餐份量比較大,所以適合男性顧客,我們都是大食怪,所以都適合我們 。🤪🤪菜式製作需時,我們都等了一段時間,蝦子柚皮首先上台,賣相都幾靚,兩塊大柚皮加四條正菜心 ,聞到蝦子同柚子皮嘅香味, 食落感覺一般,因為柚子皮燜得太淋,入口即化,冇左柚皮的質感,有少少失望。🙄香煎蓮藕肉餅就非常出色,咬到一粒粒蓮藕好爽口鮮甜,肉餅鮮嫩多汁,點少少喼汁更滋味,真係一個可以找回兒時感覺的小菜,其他地方是吃不到的。第三個小菜更加出色,紅酒炆牛尾好大一煲,牛尾燜得夠淋,但又唔會散哂,時間掌握得很好,數下有成8舊牛尾,加埋紅蘿卜薯仔同芹菜,紅酒汁好和味, 盡顯廚師功夫。兩個人叫左一碗白飯,連汁都撈埋,簡直一流享受。不得不說,價錢是非常合理,一大煲牛尾只係168,香煎蓮藕肉餅都係118,如此實惠價錢,食到出色嘅小菜真係賞心樂事,見到隔離枱有例湯好正,但係已經好飽 ,唯有下次再嚟試過,如果柚皮整得好 D 就更加完美啦。😘😘 continue reading

約咗幾個老友食飯吹水,朋友介紹去天后嘅富東海鮮飯店。舖頭唔係大,但有兩層高,每層都有幾張枱。先嚟碟蜆介鯪魚球送酒,跟叫咗砵焗魚腸,雞蛋焗得好香脆,下面嘅魚腸肥美,正!老友話蝦子柚皮同咕嚕肉都唔錯,咪每碟都叫嚟試吓。跟住經理介紹時令嘅羊腩煲,味道都尚算可以,不過價錢就比較偏貴。我哋自己帶酒嚟,經理免收我哋開瓶費,真係唔話得。 continue reading

咪被呢樸實嘅門面迷惑咗,主理竟然系林永春師傅(楊貫一嘅徒弟)多年嚟獲獎無數並喺多個地方開有分店🤩呢家店於1994年開設,已經快30年歷史啦,果然唔可以睇少~🦀避風塘炒肉蟹蟹季食蟹好時機,而且目前有活動,唔嚟一隻都對唔住時節嘞😋入廚房前會透明袋展示一下,超大隻足足一斤八兩🤩擺盤仲還原蟹嘅位置唔會亂糟糟,對於打卡真係超鍾意👍🏻蟹鉗及各部位已經敲碎,唔使太嘥功夫喺呢上面🥰味道非常出乎意料嘅入味好食,睇得出師傅功力十足,突出食材嘅鮮味同口感🤩🐮芥末牛柳粒份量十足火候控制完美,每條都沾滿溫和嘅醬汁,有芥末嘅味道又唔會嗆鼻,入口鮮嫩😍🌊西蘭花帶子粒粒飽滿,入口Q彈,份量都唔少哦🤩跟蠔油上,鍾意重口嘅可以點下😋另外有西芹可以選擇哦😝🍳瑤柱水晶炒飯調料比例與米飯結合得恰到好處,唔會過硬過老,粒粒分明,酥腍卻又有噍勁😌🍲雞茸粟米羹清甜嘅粟米同碎雞肉,入口鮮甜適中😋比起老火湯,偶然飲下哩種都幾健康嘅,大人細蚊仔都鍾意食😚酒樓嘅人十分熱心,好鍾意呢種老店嘅人情味,因為蟹上嚟時醬料系堆滿嘅,教我哋撥開拍照更好睇😝而且因為我哋坐喺一樓,可以同門口嘅經理傾偈,得知原嚟有3層,表示飯後想上去拍照都十分歡迎,二樓亦有專門嘅服務員,上去之後搵唔到樓梯,問靚女後會熱情帶我上去,不過三樓冇開燈,就影咗下🤣樓梯仲有🍾櫃,裡面有d老客戶存嘅酒哦😎雖然裝修保留懷舊風格,但系整體系十分整潔嘅,細節位決定品質同印象,台布乾乾淨淨冇穿窿之類嘅,餐具都冇任何缺口👍🏻換碟同茶水都十分勤快👍🏻屹立多年果然系有原因☺家庭聚會、宵夜之類都十分推薦😏營業到12點,完全唔驚要拿拿臨食完飯,因為疫情後好多地方都好早閂門,食完飯吹多陣水都唔行😖 continue reading
