之前有客戶推薦呢一間富聲魚翅酒家,趁有空檔嘅時間,一於入去試吓。唔知點解四個人點菜,都係以小菜為主,冇點到點心。荷葉飯唔好睇佢細細份,其實分量十足,四個人分唔止分到人人一碗,荷葉飯最吸引之處係荷葉嘅清香會滲入去惹味嘅飯料中,雖然荷葉清香味冇咁突出,但個飯夠晒入味叉燒收叉燒配搭着有少少肥,雖然睇落會好油膩,但食落一啲都唔覺得油膩,配埋個醬汁,一啲都唔覺得‘鞋’口,幾嫩,都算係好好味紅燒乳鴿乳鴿望落色澤油潤,燒到表皮香脆,乳鴿肉幼嫩豬脚仔可能食唔慣豬腳仔,一路食一路覺得有陣味,所以唔太喜歡 continue reading

掛著米芝蓮的名號,崇尚名牌的友人拉著小人到此茗茶一番,小人姑且一試。水晶鮮蝦餃如何的水晶,不得而知,只知就是蝦餃一粒,皮又黏口……叉燒包爆破的包皮是正常的,然而叉燒激肥,叉燒汁薄弱,滲包不夠多,吃著的包有如乾柴烈火。豬膶豬肚燒賣,屬懷舊點心,不過豬膶鞋、豬肚靭、汁還汁,蒸得不夠透。芋角極之膩滯,外層炸皮未夠鬆化,小人吃完半只已告投降。沒有甘筍味的甘筍流沙包,有流沙的,但吃不出個究竟。馬拉糕不夠熱,自然不夠香,鬆軟度一般。現今的咕嚕肉跟生炒骨都是差不多的物體,分別只在於有骨或無骨。這碟無骨的酸甜炸豬肉無論色澤或味道都差了一點點,酸甜皆不夠,食到嘴都歪。收費絕對是米芝蓮的水平,但食物好像求奇又普通,不大合意。 continue reading

最近去飲茶嘅頻率不要太多!突然間天氣就轉咗,適應無到咯,有小小感冒咁添,不過完全無阻礙我飲茶嘅心情。下午時分都系有小小疲倦,行經富聲魚翅酒家果時聞到食物 嘅香味,一下子就醒曬神,所以一於入去食野。不得不提嘅叉燒,真系好好味吖,搞到我都想打包一份添。雖然睇落好似好多油好膩咁,其實入口之後一啲都無會覺得油膩吖,口感超級嫩,無似一般嘅叉燒有柴嘅口感,我一個人就搞掂咗半份!見到好多人點咗薑汁雞,乘興點咗一份,味道OK,薑汁味道比較濃郁,個人雖然都喜歡薑味,不過哩個薑汁雞都系覺得有小小香濃過頭,不過雞肉嘅肉質質感好好,好入味。 continue reading

每年11月,偉大嘅母親大人生日,必會4出搵好野食同佢慶祝。佢話要食魚翅,所以搵了這間,訂了星期六嘅7點枱,點了菜大半個鐘,服務員才同我說點了嘅豆苗同乳鴨都無,再等了好一陣了魚翅終於送到,好濃鹹味,鹹得制叫啤酒,啤酒係室溫嘅,服務員已說係最凍果支,真係喊出黎。炸子雞有雪味-失望。黃金蝦不是鮮蝦-失望,炒粉絲=炒粉碎,不過不得不讚是羊腩煲同紅酒牛尾,係成晚可說是較好嘅菜,羊腩煲成煲都無得輸,紅色牛尾好味(我個人覺得較甜)。 continue reading
