趁學校假期,當然要帶小朋友出外走走。商場、主題公園,去得太多,今日就去離島,感受吓大自然!上網見「南丫島漁民文化村」幾好玩,好啱小朋友,於是決定出發!一場嚟到南丫島,梗係要食海鮮啦!索罟灣這邊有好幾檔海鮮,朋友介紹富記,一於就來試吓啦!我哋5大4小,店員建議點一個六人餐,我哋再加點一個湯。小朋友飲湯食炒飯,大人食海鮮,好豐富、好飽!炒蜆椒鹽魷魚海蝦蒜蓉粉絲蒸元貝辣酒煮花螺蒜蓉炒白菜炒飯蒸魚最後仲有生果盤,切得好靚!題外話:入到去坐低,隔離枱食緊煙,我哋帶住小朋友,附近有人吸煙真係唔太好。想調枱,但係其實都應該冇乜位可以走,啲煙味周圍飄嘛!職員主動叫隔離枱唔好食煙,我哋覺得唔好意思,但職員話唔緊要,佢哋係街坊,好易話為,就係咁,佢哋就無再食煙了!Good!職員真抵讚!

週末雖然一號風球,但無阻我與行山朋友的約會,南區當然天氣好,一路都放晴。到達索古灣本身打算找間茶餐廳食些炒粉麵,但朋友建議食個快海鮮。要快食,因為要趕船,很欣賞店員並不hard sell,我們講明想簡簡單單的點幾道海鮮,想食墨魚、蝦、蜆,再加個飯和一個炒菜,他也樂意為我們介紹。蝦,白灼,食出鮮味,隻隻新鮮彈牙。白灼墨魚很有驚喜:新鮮,爽、脆口,就算不點豉油都好好味。豉椒炒蜆加了些紅、綠燈籠椒。連炒飯都好味,朋友説放了蟹子有畫龍點睛的效果。也因為墨魚太好味,我們後加了椒鹽鮮魷,香口食物一定無得輸。但因為魷魚新鮮,與市區一般酒樓食到的有很大的分別。飯後果是切得靚靚的菠蘿。最重要是:一行五人的我們,埋單每人只是$170,雖然並無高價食品,但坐得舒服,吹吹海風,絕對是一個抵食的海鮮餐!

今曰專程坐船入南丫島慶祝生日,朋友帶了我來富記食海鮮。我沒有專點什麼,一切就交由朋友代辦。店舖乾淨整潔,待應很有禮貌。先來一碟避風堂炒茄子,看上來已急不及待要拿起筷子夾一塊一試。好味,辣,蒜,味道混合適當,抄得夠乾,沒有一點油膩。外脆內茄子軟,配搭得當👍🏻。第二碟便是肉蟹蒸蛋,肉蟹新鮮很甜,蒸蛋很滑,加了少許酒吊起蟹的鮮味,整個滑蛋不用加豉油盡享鮮甜滑的原有味道。第三道菜便是蒜蓉蒸貴妃蚌,鮮甜新鮮,不要遺忘蒜蓉粉絲,這也是重點,粉絲沒有太乾,生熟蒜混合,可見廚師的細心。第四道便是豉油皇虾,新鮮虾,味道很香。加了葱粒及少許辣椒粒炒香鮮虾,味道好。第五道菜還有煎石蚌魚,魚的鮮甜,煎得很香,但沒有一點油膩的感覺。

三五之己約埋去南丫島食海鮮,之前曾去過老牌子天虹海鮮食過,但感覺已大不如前。所以今次想試新野,試下呢間富記海鮮。先食頭盤象拔蚌刺身,十分新鮮,無腥味,更有個朋友仔第一次食,好食到叫左出左之後再食秘制鮑魚,個醬汁好濃好味,同隻鮑魚味道好夾再來個個蒜容粉絲蒸扇貝,手掌錦大隻,啖啖肉好鮮味特別一提,這裡的鮮魷,不像街外的外層全是炸粉,全是真材實料另外,仲食左招牌炒飯,清蒸時蔬等等,味道都是中上級。最後食埋甜品Haagen-Dazs 雪條,為呢餐晚餐劃上完美的句號。食到飽晒,就捧著個大肚腩搭船回家。最後老閣有個溫馨提示我地,下次早小小入來食,因為可以一路食美味海鮮一邊欣賞美麗的日落。放心!老闆,我地下次一定再來!!

喺夥計嘅介紹下好快已經揀好我哋想食啲乜,明碼實價,講好晒幾多錢先至落order,咁就食得更加放心啦


朋友話必食椒鹽鮮魷,果然一上枱熱辣辣,因為魷魚好新鮮,所以絕對唔會靭到咬唔開,相反經椒鹽香炸後,依然保留到應有嘅水份,咬落啖啖肉之餘,吸曬d椒鹽味,忍唔住食完一舊又一舊

再來一碟蒜蓉粉絲蒸紫貝,隻貝係撈上來之前已經好大隻,開頭仲擔心好貴,因為如果斷斤計,佢個殼應該都已經好重,但原來佢只係$48一隻,食完之後更加覺得物有所值!係蒜蓉同粉絲嘅襯托下,佢嘅鮮味岀曬黎,同樣地好驚喜地佢肉質好爽,唔會靭,值得encore

蟹肉窩伊麵 HKD 140.00
原本上來的是候以為清湯麵,會好淡,但原來好好味好鮮甜的。伊麵不會被浸到糊晒,仍然是一條完整的伊麵。入面的蟹肉也不少,好鮮甜,更有少量的元貝。

食完以上的,其實已經好飽了,但因為肥膏想食這家的蟶子王,所以點了半斤。

雖然160, 但份量只少了點。不過,好好味。
煮法是用了鼓椒,很香很香。蟶子肉質也很爽口彈牙,而且新鮮,很新鮮。好味,但略貴。

完成一天的行山旅程,出了一身汗,再食了這麼的一個豐富海鮮餐,真開心。
期待下次的行山之旅。
