趁學校假期,當然要帶小朋友出外走走。商場、主題公園,去得太多,今日就去離島,感受吓大自然!上網見「南丫島漁民文化村」幾好玩,好啱小朋友,於是決定出發!一場嚟到南丫島,梗係要食海鮮啦!索罟灣這邊有好幾檔海鮮,朋友介紹富記,一於就來試吓啦!我哋5大4小,店員建議點一個六人餐,我哋再加點一個湯。小朋友飲湯食炒飯,大人食海鮮,好豐富、好飽!炒蜆椒鹽魷魚海蝦蒜蓉粉絲蒸元貝辣酒煮花螺蒜蓉炒白菜炒飯蒸魚最後仲有生果盤,切得好靚!題外話:入到去坐低,隔離枱食緊煙,我哋帶住小朋友,附近有人吸煙真係唔太好。想調枱,但係其實都應該冇乜位可以走,啲煙味周圍飄嘛!職員主動叫隔離枱唔好食煙,我哋覺得唔好意思,但職員話唔緊要,佢哋係街坊,好易話為,就係咁,佢哋就無再食煙了!Good!職員真抵讚! continue reading

週末雖然一號風球,但無阻我與行山朋友的約會,南區當然天氣好,一路都放晴。到達索古灣本身打算找間茶餐廳食些炒粉麵,但朋友建議食個快海鮮。要快食,因為要趕船,很欣賞店員並不hard sell,我們講明想簡簡單單的點幾道海鮮,想食墨魚、蝦、蜆,再加個飯和一個炒菜,他也樂意為我們介紹。蝦,白灼,食出鮮味,隻隻新鮮彈牙。白灼墨魚很有驚喜:新鮮,爽、脆口,就算不點豉油都好好味。豉椒炒蜆加了些紅、綠燈籠椒。連炒飯都好味,朋友説放了蟹子有畫龍點睛的效果。也因為墨魚太好味,我們後加了椒鹽鮮魷,香口食物一定無得輸。但因為魷魚新鮮,與市區一般酒樓食到的有很大的分別。飯後果是切得靚靚的菠蘿。最重要是:一行五人的我們,埋單每人只是$170,雖然並無高價食品,但坐得舒服,吹吹海風,絕對是一個抵食的海鮮餐! continue reading

平時好少食海鮮 (日本刺身、日本料理 例外) 因為怕腥味,所以通常有朋友話食海鮮我都耍手擰頭,今次有啲唔同,因為大家去到南丫島玩,就冇唔食海鮮嘅理由。叫咗好多好特別嘅海鮮,有一啲平時食唔到,好似有抓咁樣嘅螺,味道好鮮甜; 油泡魷魚 , 炸得好香口,魷魚好有鮮味; 西芹炒斑片,魚肉好滑嫩一啲腥味都冇,真係好好味; 白灼鮮蝦,真係鮮甜又爽口,蝦頭啲蝦膏真係好好味; 揚州炒飯,炒得好有鑊氣,啲材料好新鮮炒得好有味道又唔會好鹹,真係好食過茶餐廳嗰啲好多倍。真係好有漁村風味,原來海鮮真係可以咁好味,以前真係冇諗過。 continue reading

我哋幾個同學去到南丫島郊遊, 呢次係我第一次坐船去南丫島,四周圍環島行完之後,我哋就去到呢間富記海鮮酒家食飯。我哋叫咗炒蜆、脆炸鱔、南乳吊燒雞、蒸蜆、蒸鮑魚、同炒菜。海鮮,海鮮, 靠水食水,原來真正新鮮嘅海鮮係特別好味嘅。啲蜆真係好鮮甜好好味、蒸鮑魚更加係頂呱呱,完全唔會話正得過火,仲係好鮮嫩、炒蜆炒得好有鑊氣,啲蜆都好鮮甜、 炒菜我覺得味道就普通咗一啲、南乳吊燒雞真係好入味,皮好脆肉又滑嫩,真係好香,好食過出面啲酒樓食嘅。海鮮又好味,又有地道風味,very good! continue reading

今曰專程坐船入南丫島慶祝生日,朋友帶了我來富記食海鮮。我沒有專點什麼,一切就交由朋友代辦。店舖乾淨整潔,待應很有禮貌。先來一碟避風堂炒茄子,看上來已急不及待要拿起筷子夾一塊一試。好味,辣,蒜,味道混合適當,抄得夠乾,沒有一點油膩。外脆內茄子軟,配搭得當👍🏻。第二碟便是肉蟹蒸蛋,肉蟹新鮮很甜,蒸蛋很滑,加了少許酒吊起蟹的鮮味,整個滑蛋不用加豉油盡享鮮甜滑的原有味道。第三道菜便是蒜蓉蒸貴妃蚌,鮮甜新鮮,不要遺忘蒜蓉粉絲,這也是重點,粉絲沒有太乾,生熟蒜混合,可見廚師的細心。第四道便是豉油皇虾,新鮮虾,味道很香。加了葱粒及少許辣椒粒炒香鮮虾,味道好。第五道菜還有煎石蚌魚,魚的鮮甜,煎得很香,但沒有一點油膩的感覺。 continue reading
