午餐時段經過見到呢間餐廳就去試下。叫了魚香茄子飯加熱奶茶，感覺上呢個餐的味道會係最正常的。多茄子同肉碎，味道唔會過鹹。可惜飯太過硬，好似未完全煮熟。希望下次再叫呢間餐廳啲飯會做返好少少。 continue reading

無下次的煲仔飯

今晚想食煲仔飯，不過工廠區唔係太多地方有，行過經過見到廣告牌有得食，於是入去試吓。選擇係幾多，叫了個北菇滑雞同滑蛋牛肉，仲有個魚皮。先講魚皮，有啲咬口，都幾爽，同埋唔算太辣，都ok。但至於煲仔飯，兩個都超唔得。首先啲雞唔滑，又韌，同埋超重雪味。而滑蛋牛肉，隻蛋係預先打咗落煲飯入面，蛋黃都熟埋。不過最唔得嘅係啲飯，一來面層啲飯太淋，但煲底啲飯又好似未煲熟咁，啲米仲好硬，而且又無飯焦，所以整體嚟講超唔得，亦唔會有下次。 continue reading
