適逢Christmas + End of the year, 要搵好友來飯聚一下。位於Soho區既法式小餐館，網上評價都唔錯，今晚一於來試下😋餐廳面積不大，只有幾張4人枱，裝修以深木色為主調，很有格調。menu選擇唔多，正好配合我呢種有選擇困難症嘅人😛先來ham and cheese platter, 軟熟的ham，鹹香的芝士，配埋Rose酒，味蕾大享受😜生蠔方面餐廳staff 幫我地揀今日比較新鮮既white pearl 同Scottish rock，非常鮮甜，海水味較輕，還貼心的𠝹開生蠔的帶子位💗鵝肝外面煎得香脆，入口脂香感十足，配上酸甜黑醋汁和沙律菜，中和返油膩感😍白酒煮青口，每一隻火候都煮得剛剛好，非常鮮嫩蒜蓉煮意粉，強勁嘅蒜蓉味，比較重口味，相對下冇咁喜歡US prime grade rib eye, medium, 比較普通，沒有很驚喜😛Weekday 晚上來食飯，只有一兩枱客，感覺上有種包場感覺，靜靜地傾計一流💕Staff 都很friendly, 不過比較新，對餐廳menu不是很熟悉，但仍會熱心幫忙👍🏻整餐晚飯感覺良好，係會想再到訪嘅一間餐廳☀️

(疫情前) 一家人去咗呢間fridge食晚飯，好難book. 入到去覺得個feel好好 幾特別。個鴨肉沙律好眼前一亮 有少少中式煲湯果種鴨腿味🤣加埋啲菜一啲都唔膩好新奇。青口有淡淡蒜香味(garlic lover here🙋🏻♀️). 磨茹湯好濃好濃有啲磨茹細粒粒。帶子risotto ok!帶子唔錯。個apple crumber好好味，同啊哥爭住食🤣🤣🤣個另外果甜品，我唔知咩嚟貪得意叫咗 但太甜我唔太喜歡🥺但媽媽喜歡。整體不錯有feel!!🤩🤩🤩🤩

-Firstly, every dish are in good qualities and delicious, the best dish I think was the cheese pork. The pork was tender and the taste of pork was rich, also it was perfectly seasoned the combination is well matched with the pork. Other dishes like Oyster risotto and lamb rack was perfectly seasoned and the presentation was inviting. -The only flaw is that the sea bass for me is slightly over cooked and the plating was not as good as the other dishes I tasted. But overall, a great performance.Dish quality: 141/160-The server for me is polite, knowledgeable and careful. She didn’t forget our orders, didn’t say “I don’t know” when we were using coupons of the app Infinity and tells us to enjoy our meal when giving dish to us. -The only issue is that she seldom smiles at us but as long she’s polite and careful. It’s a good server already Serving: 49/60-In terms of design, the restaurant has some nice artwork hanged on the wall. The sofa and the pillows was soft and comfy, it also has a nice pattern and colour to it. The light was not too bright and not too dim for me. Just the view was not great since the restaurant is on a street with lots of restaurants around.Atmosphere: 44/55-The price for me is a bit expensive however I think it worths to pay this much since the food tastes well and the quality was nice. Chill night with yummy food平時返工日日OT收工唔去食下好西 真係對唔住自己所以前排收工同朋友去左Fridge到食飯佢算係一間隱世西餐今次一行四人分別點左oyster , Australia black Angus striploin , carbonara , risotto , premium Australia grain-fed porkOsyter 方面佢每日都唔同種類既蠔可以揀 由重海水味到creamy味都有重點推介remium Australia Grain-fed Pork: 佢煮得岩岩好 食落個豬既肉汁味鎖住左 食完仲有一陣回甘既肉味係口腔肉Remark:上菜就偏慢 岩哂一班朋友黎食飯飲下嘢傾下計Location: CentralPrice (10 is expensive): 7.5/10Yummy (10 is delicious): 7/10

今晚同朋友吃晚飯慶祝長假幾個人order左啲薯條、生蠔 、main course7:30pm入座 每個鐘上一樣嘢等到10點半都未有main course每一次問啲嘢食嚟未都話就快就快Main course 係10點半嚟到啲risotto 同意粉鹹到一啖都食唔落去人生都未食過咁鹹嘅嘢嘥哂時間唔會再嚟😰
