To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. Have been there for several times. Almost every time I need to run for toilet in the afternoon At first I thought it might just be coincidence, but later I was convinced that the food there (especially the cold dishes) failed to meet proper hygienic stanards. 今日第一次去這店，感覺好好。因已是4:00pm, 點了兩杯Americano，無糖無奶，味好,因不是酸那些咖啡，我鍾意。除了咖啡外，店也提供Vegan 全素的餅，也有幾種可選擇，價錢也不貴，二十幾蚊便可買到。這店也有提供全素的湯，也可以買健康新鮮的沙律，看來也很吸引。最好的 - 應是有環保的理念，如買沙律，自己拿盒每份平$7！可買細盒或大盒。我們坐下不久，店內的侍應知道我朋友要食全素的東西，什麼奶類的食物都不能食，又原來這店是收5:00pm,那位好有禮的侍應送上我朋友一份全素的熱湯，還非常好在紙上寫給我們湯裏的配料，給佢拿走！真是一個驚喜，好細心！還有，如在4：00pm 後，買沙律全是半價。有位客人入來買，自己帶盒，好大份，也好新鮮。我將來也會去試吓。我喜歡這店的環保，自然，新鮮的理念。很好，又一家好的地方可去。好friendly.

用某app發現到原來中環有間咁既沙律店，就打算試下。都係揀下base同topping。base可以一半半係最開心。topping都有好多款式。佢份量都多，放得好滿的。stir-fried veggie最好就係用黎補充纖維同營養，味道正常既。蕃薯我下次唔會叫，主要係會太飽了！豆腐略嫌少少淡，不過係植物性蛋白質既好補充！個base既飯超級香！！！不過真心係幾飽的，不過下次都會揀番有飯既，因為好食。topping會揀多啲light啲既菜。總括黎講都係幾正！
