早排有幾日天氣突然轉凍,所以突然想食啲比較暖胃嘅食物~💨朋友介紹油麻地附近嘅四季煲仔飯🍲所以就趁機去試吓先🤓可能因為近排肺炎嘅關係,出街食飯嘅人少咗~☹️我同朋友係星期五大概八點去到嘅~大概有三成嘅位係有客人食煲仔飯之前我同朋友夾份叫咗一個蠔餅個人就覺得中規中矩蠔仔係好食嘅,但同時都太油🥺煲仔飯當然唔少得臘腸啦~我叫咗一個 臘腸排骨飯($66)整體來講都非常開胃但個人覺得排骨嘅肉真係好少令到有少少失望如果下次你嘅應該會叫臘腸豬肉飯~朋友叫嘅係北菇滑雞飯($66)佢就覺得幾好食😋總括來講,我都覺得呢間煲仔飯係唔錯嘅不過至於會唔會再嚟 我可能要三思始終佢都冇好食到我覺得要再食多一次 🥶

四季煲仔飯呢間飯店超出名,我細細過已經食。好耐好耐以前,四季只係賣煲仔飯同生滾湯,係絶對冇煎蠔餅的。以前舖頭係邊?其實就係現鋪的對面,即是現時興記鋪頭,佢賣煲仔飯賣到出曬鋪頭外面,啲枱枱櫈櫈放曬出去坐,真係好熱鬧,好多人,氣氛非常濃厚,好有香港特色。點解以前四季唔賣煎蠔餅?因為有一檔好出名嘅煎蠔餅係條街的中間,又係超多人買又係超多人排隊,我估四季想各有各做,所以冇賣蠔餅,不過四季准許客人買入去食。淨係准蠔餅同汽水可以帶入店內,其他食物一律不淮進入的。可惜,某年某月某日,政府要維持秩序,小販管理處,唔批准店鋪擺佔街道,因此各人都要搬回舖頭內了。香港獨有的街頭飲食氣氛也大大減少了!四季入舖後,就開始了賣鴨蛋蠔餅,沒有使用雞蛋。因為鴨蛋比雞蛋味濃,炸起來脆卜卜,加上新鮮葱花,蔥花味濃,美味可口!

有啲凍又有啲落雨,喺油麻地附近,最想食一個熱辣辣嘅煲仔飯,呢間係之前一直想試嘅,所以今次得償所願啦!因為疫情嘅原因,係唔需要排隊就可以入座啦!一份細的鴨蛋煎蠔餅有兩塊,剛好與朋友一人一塊,送飯一流!這個臘腸排骨飯,臘腸肥美,排骨肉滑,飯到粒粒分明,暖胃飽肚之選!這個鳳爪排骨飯,排骨一樣好滑,可惜鳳爪只得一隻,如果多隻可以試吓就好啦!天氣凍食個美味熱辣辣嘅煲仔飯,食完之後滿足好開心!今次唔使排長龍食,真係好值!

I sat down and looked at the menu and ordered a chicken and Chinese sausage claypot rice and a serving of Kang Kong with fermented bean curd. 白蟮滑雞飯,滑雞真係滑,白蟮唔係林身,肉爽實的,是新鮮的感覺。

臘腸田雞飯,臘腸選料半肥瘦,咬落去唔覺肥膩。田雞今次的比較瘦小。如果食到多肉啲既就更開心。

芥菜湯一如以往,好飲。菜同肉都夠多,仲有一隻咸蛋,一大隻皮蛋。完全足料炮製。味道方面係偏重了一點,較咸,不過佢落一隻咸蛋黎煲,一定會咸,我其實又喜歡既😬

蠔餅,咸蛋蠔餅,好鬆化,兩塊47,4塊94,我就點兩塊啦,反正食多2塊都冇著數。

總體黎講,質數高,價錢合理,唔怪得之一直keep到咁多人食啦!

有個喺美國返嚟嘅朋友,諗住同佢聚一聚,問佢想食咩,佢竟然話想食煲仔飯。咁我就帶佢去呢一間四季煲仔飯。我好耐之前食過一次,今次再食希望佢唔會失水準,我叫咗個滑蛋牛肉飯, 佢就叫咗個鹹魚肉餅飯,另外我哋仲嗌咗一個通菜,估唔到佢個通菜份量都幾多,最重要係只需要廿幾蚊,真係覺得超級抵食。佢個滑蛋牛肉飯一上到嚟已經好吸引,係啱啱新鮮整起。佢個鹹魚肉餅飯都唔錯,其實唔係肉餅,係肉,但係味道都可以接受。我自己就鍾意食滑蛋牛肉飯多啲。焗一焗個底仲會有飯焦。Btw佢呢度好特別係畀咗錢先上菜嘅,不過唔緊要啦好食就得啦。
