四季煲仔飯(2)一到冬天,六點後,日日都有人排隊,特別是星期五及六晚,條龍超長,想食此煲仔飯要早到或者平日來食。煲仔飯質素,以前會好啲,而家帶咸冇咁好味,份量其實少咗,價錢貴咗。不過,四季依舊用碳爐煮熟,火力均勻,有飯焦而啲飯焦能夠成塊起曬來食,其他煲仔飯店未必能做到。鴨蛋蠔餅,本人覺得呢個超好食,全個蠔餅都是脆的,而啲蠔仲有水份,唔乾身,真是做到剛剛好。我估係用料,火喉同次序問題,炸呢個蠔餅只是一位普通呀姐,技巧不多的。但是全港的舖頭,冇人能做到此效果。生滾湯,一種好舊式的煮法,其實只是放好湯料,然後生水煮成熟水,加小小師父,就飲得。味道一般,香港人食起來有小時候大排檔的味道,其他地方的人可以一試,或者不試。 continue reading

天氣轉涼,又係食煲仔飯季節。由於好多餐廳都唔用炭爐的關係,宜家要搵間好食嘅煲仔飯好難。今日就試吓呢間超級up dup專食煲仔飯的餐廳。這間餐廳清一色都係啲木口木面、講多2句都嫌你煩嘅阿姐,所以係完全無服務可言。咁黎得呢度食都預咗,但求阿姐唔好小我地。煲仔飯都係大路的配搭,價錢由$50起,視乎要幾多個餸啦。我要咗梅菜滑雞,老公要咗潤腸排骨。等咗唔駛10分鐘個飯就黎啦。唔知係咪好多人食霸王餐,好搞笑地係個飯一上枱就收錢。一開蓋係好陣焦香的,我唔鍾意咁多飯焦所以只焗咗一陣。梅菜滑雞只得很少梅菜,雞反而較足料。好明顯個飯唔係由生米煲成的,而係蒸好後再落煲仔煲。飯明顯唔夠乾身,飯焦唔脆,雞略咸。可取的係唔貴,雞滑。幾十蚊都不能期望太高,沒期望就無失望。但就應該無下次。 continue reading

本身間鋪得菜 煲仔飯 同蠔餅賣⋯食物得3類冇其他選擇,連飲品都冇得賣。我叫左個一個煲仔飯,上到台,個煲仔飯係暖既 冇煙唔熱,暖到我都拎得起咪叫佢再煲熱,呀姐重賴番我話係我撈完個飯緊係凍晒啦,嬲到我開蓋比佢睇証明我咩都冇搞過,佢先幫我拎去再煲熱,重要即刻黑面!個肥佬老細重望實我地,明明係佢地d飯唔係即時整擺到凍晒,再煲番利個飯熱喇,另一問題⋯個飯冇飯蕉。連煲仔飯應有特式都冇埋。。。一定唔會再利食,冇下次!唔會再幫襯。 continue reading

以前去油麻地都有去四季食煲仔飯同蠔餅,果陣時都覺得唔錯。早排應承左女友帶佢去食煲仔飯,咁就一齊去左四季煲仔飯。我地大約18:45左右去度,唔洗等位直接入得。今次既煲仔飯真係大失所望😞😞😞😞😞。1. 冬菇滑雞煲仔飯滑雞真係幾滑,幾嫰口,冬菇都幾淋。咁煲仔飯就真係唔掂,好大陣燶味,d飯焦黑哂😔😔😔。2. 牛肉排骨煲仔飯牛肉同排骨都中規中矩。而煲仔飯就完全食唔到煲仔飯既味道,e個飯係無飯焦😞。3. 蠔餅👍蠔餅幫四季拉番唔少分,個蠔餅依然炸得好香口,蠔都好鮮味,真係唔錯。👍👍整體而言,今次去食煲仔飯令我地大失所望,希望可以去番以前既水準。目前只有蠔餅值得推介😞😫 continue reading

去電影中心看電影,很多時都會想吃廟街的煲仔飯,以前每次經過四季都大排長龍,所以都是選擇興記,但那凋零的配料,每每吃完都只能帶著失落感離開。今年也是看完獨立電影,特意走過走去想初嚐四季。可能比較晚了,大概十點半,客人八成滿,不用排隊。本來想點臘味飯,但姐姐話臘肉賣哂,只剩雙腸。於是改點鳳瓜排骨飯。賣相比興記好,份量也較大。即叫即做即畀錢。煲仔飯精髓豉油只有色而完全無味,飯偏濕,近乎完全零飯焦,有那一點點飯焦也只是完全唔脆無帶燶味。與利苑和大埔陳漢記的煲仔飯相比,這基本稱不上是一個煲仔飯。開始明白為何有些外國朋友香港冇嘢好食......唉 continue reading
