琴晚同朋友來食煲仔飯。可能種種原因,七點去到水靜河飛,睇得出幾位大嬸服務員應該好得閒。朋友係之後來到,坐低後佢問我有咩想食,當時其中一個大嬸係我地無叫佢的情況已經企咗係隔離,聽到我地交談似乎想叫北菇滑雞飯已經準備寫單,我見到同佢講等等先我地未落單再睇。然後同朋友繼續研究餐牌,過程中佢有好多野都唔食,個大嬸聽到我地研究食咩的時候就自己不停加把咀話可以叫乜叫物。由於覺得煩,我用比較強硬的態度話:得,我地自己會睇。佢終於收聲行開。最後叫咗二個煲仔飯,一碟通菜。個人覺得煲仔飯料可以菜都可以,但飯就一般。朋友覺得飯有些硬。基於唔算特別好食,加埋服務員好煩,無意再去。 continue reading

早排趁着天氣仲涼涼地,打算喺天氣熱之前食多一次煲仔飯,咁啱喺油麻地行緊,唔使諗一定係去又廟街最出名嘅四季煲仔飯啦!平時去多數都非常之多人,但係當日去到呢有半個場都係冇人嘅,於是我哋就直接坐低,叫咗個我最鍾意食嘅潤腸同滑雞,再加隻蛋添。可能因為冇乜人,煲仔飯好快就上菜啦,上菜之後侍應姐姐都好友善咁話俾我哋聽加完醬油要再焗一陣先好食。四季果然冇令我失望,條潤腸非常之香,送飯真係一流呀!雞肉就正正常常啦都係幾滑嘅,對我來講係煲仔飯上面嘅蛋同埋煲仔飯嘅豉油先係成個飯嘅精華,吉穿隻蛋之後啲蛋漿流到成個飯都係再加埋另外加嘅蛋真係非常之好味😋四季仲有一個叫做鴨旦號餅嘅餸,睇落都非常之吸引,但係因為太飽冇叫到,下次一定要食到! continue reading

早排有幾日天氣突然轉凍,所以突然想食啲比較暖胃嘅食物~💨朋友介紹油麻地附近嘅四季煲仔飯🍲所以就趁機去試吓先🤓可能因為近排肺炎嘅關係,出街食飯嘅人少咗~☹️我同朋友係星期五大概八點去到嘅~大概有三成嘅位係有客人食煲仔飯之前我同朋友夾份叫咗一個蠔餅個人就覺得中規中矩蠔仔係好食嘅,但同時都太油🥺煲仔飯當然唔少得臘腸啦~我叫咗一個 臘腸排骨飯($66)整體來講都非常開胃但個人覺得排骨嘅肉真係好少令到有少少失望如果下次你嘅應該會叫臘腸豬肉飯~朋友叫嘅係北菇滑雞飯($66)佢就覺得幾好食😋總括來講,我都覺得呢間煲仔飯係唔錯嘅不過至於會唔會再嚟 我可能要三思始終佢都冇好食到我覺得要再食多一次 🥶 continue reading

*留喺屋企無嘢做摷返啲相機食先相出嚟寫吓食評先*-去食四季煲仔飯嗰晚係最凍嗰幾日市區得10度仲要落好大雨又濕又凍超攞命於是就同老公行去廟街食煲仔飯天寒地凍第一時間諗起煲仔飯應該都算係香港人嘅集體回憶吧人流少咗無咗自由行之餘都少咗人出街食坐得好鬆動我哋兩個人打算食完煲仔飯會再食糖水所以就叫咗一個飯share食(不同嘅侍應姐姐都喺唔同時間行過嚟問我哋洗唔洗叫多個蠔餅同汽水......)我哋叫咗個臘腸滑雞煲仔飯叫完過咗10分鐘左右就上菜成煲飯未開蓋都聞到超香🤤記得打開蓋落咗豉油再焗多5至8分鐘咁先會有脆脆飯焦!即刻開始分飯!每人分到兩個半小飯碗算係咁啦!個飯都做到粒粒分明幾乾身食到底刮到晒飯焦證明師傅煮米落水功夫到家👍🏾雞呢就有少少雪味不過佢都唔係主角😂所以可接受但條臘腸個腸衣就真係煙韌過頭😂好難先齒得開佢但煲仔飯又一定要配”臘類”先好食下次食臘鴨睇吓會唔會好啲先-總括來說食得過食煲仔飯都係要去廟街食先最有風味😋-P.S.我哋兩個一食完就即刻起身走😂廢時兩個人叫得嗰一樣嘢仲要磨爛蓆會被姐姐老歧多兩錢🙉 continue reading

四季煲仔飯呢間飯店超出名,我細細過已經食。好耐好耐以前,四季只係賣煲仔飯同生滾湯,係絶對冇煎蠔餅的。以前舖頭係邊?其實就係現鋪的對面,即是現時興記鋪頭,佢賣煲仔飯賣到出曬鋪頭外面,啲枱枱櫈櫈放曬出去坐,真係好熱鬧,好多人,氣氛非常濃厚,好有香港特色。點解以前四季唔賣煎蠔餅?因為有一檔好出名嘅煎蠔餅係條街的中間,又係超多人買又係超多人排隊,我估四季想各有各做,所以冇賣蠔餅,不過四季准許客人買入去食。淨係准蠔餅同汽水可以帶入店內,其他食物一律不淮進入的。可惜,某年某月某日,政府要維持秩序,小販管理處,唔批准店鋪擺佔街道,因此各人都要搬回舖頭內了。香港獨有的街頭飲食氣氛也大大減少了!四季入舖後,就開始了賣鴨蛋蠔餅,沒有使用雞蛋。因為鴨蛋比雞蛋味濃,炸起來脆卜卜,加上新鮮葱花,蔥花味濃,美味可口! continue reading
