呢間燒味酒家最近不少人慕名而來,專程來試一試燒味燒鴨係咪同傳聞中一樣。點咗一定要嚟食嘅燒鴨,半隻份量適中,侍應有問需唔需要去骨,揀咗唔需要去骨嘅。燒鵝嘅皮十分脆,肥瘦適中,油脂燒到已經接近溶化。肉質亦都係適中唔會過硬。燒鵝本身醃得入味,燒咗之後帶少少木香及油脂香非常好食。跟燒鵝上一碗豉油醬汁,味道偏甜唔會太鹹,配合燒鵝嘅肉味油脂味剛剛好唔油膩。另外點了另一道比較多人點嘅名菜,冰梅骨。同想像中嘅唔同,冰梅骨偏淋同埋味道比想像中冇咁濃郁。個人比較喜歡燒鵝多一啲。 continue reading

早前已經聽聞大埔有間好味燒鴨店,可惜港島人好少入新界,始終都未能品嘗,今日假期去沙田文化博物館作最後朝聖前,尊誠先去大埔墟文興酒家一嘗傳說中最好味嘅燒鴨👍🏻雖然說是假日,中午食晏時間但都沒想像中多人,不用等位可直接入坐。我比較貪心,唔止想試燒鴨咁簡單,就叫了燒肉燒鴨雙拼麵。上菜後份量都不少,燒肉皮脆肉嫩,調味適中,十分好味。燒鴨竟然給了鴨肶,十分喜出望外,試一口,皮很脆,肉亦嫩,皮下帶少少脂肪剛剛好,有口感之餘又不會太肥膩,的確是比其他的燒臘店出色,唯獨那碗麵就真的很遜色。咁好食的燒肉燒鴨,連埋茶錢都唔洗八十蚊,十分抵食,下次有機會再嚟新界會再嚟幫襯。 continue reading

文興岩岩開業既時候係做得幾好,鴨燒得靚連小炒都做得好好,不過愈做愈差,廚房連樓面換左班底,菜式味道無以前甘精緻好味。今日經過心血來潮買左盒燒鴨飯外賣,真係嚇親我,個白飯底煲到勁爛,爛到成餅野咁都可以照比個客…….唔係少少爛,係爛到結左一餅米糊甘,連普通白飯底都煲唔好…真係唔會再試喇,每次試都一次差過一次。 continue reading

大埔的米其林食店,被稱為世上最好味的燒鴨!環境:位於大埔墟四里入面,內裏裝修明亮乾淨。服務:點了一個雙拼飯,好快就送到,服務到位。食品質素:雙拼燒味飯(叉燒拼燒鴨)叉燒肉質偏瘦但食落爽口,蜜汁豐潤,甜而不膩,火侯上乘,能達至微微焦脆的口感;至於燒鴨更加令人讚不絕口,外皮酥脆,肉質鬆嫩,內部醃料入味,荔枝柴的煙燻香味緩緩滲出,食完先知原來係米芝蓮餐廳級數,確實實至名歸。價格:價格稍貴,但品質對得起價格,性價比不俗。我們吃的是午餐,人流也很多,同事的雙拼也是讚不絕口。 continue reading
