近排好鐘意食中菜,因為要煮得出好食嘅中菜,技巧同靚嘅材料缺一不可,咁啱有朋友住大埔推介呢個酒家,所以我地就趁weekend黎探下呢個大埔友同試下佢。酒家嘅位置好易搵,就起大埔舊墟中間個公園嘅其中一邊,附近有好多野賣,可以去食同順便行下👍🏻我地去到酒家,係傳統嘅中菜酒家裝修,坐低咗,有啲surprise個Menu嘅設計,有啲西式嘅感覺,而且菜式有好多同埋好似都好好食,搞到我地有選擇困難症🤣我地最後叫咗幾個小菜同甜品。太白花雕醉鮑魚首先黎嘅係一個冷盤,用花雕酒醃味嘅鮑魚,好入味同充滿濃濃嘅酒香,鮑魚口感爽滑,好欣賞餐廳配埋爽脆嘅麻辣蓮藕,令到醉鮑魚嘅味道提升一個層次😍泰國櫻桃鴨拼文興叉燒皇呢個燒味拼盤用上咗文興招牌嘅櫻桃鴨同埋叉燒皇,櫻桃鴨外脆內軟,肉質鮮嫩,同平時出邊食嘅燒鴨好唔同,味道媲美燒鵝,另一方面,叉燒亦都十分出色,濃濃嘅叉燒醬配上半肥瘦嘅叉燒,口感柔軟,味道濃郁,絕對係香港最好食嘅叉燒之一👍🏻特色酸菜沙巴龍躉呢個唔係大陸辣嘅嗰種酸菜魚,味道比較溫和,因為佢用煲上,所以熱辣辣咁,好吸引。酸菜湯味道比較甜,好易入口,而且因為用咗沙巴龍躉,所以魚嘅口感好豐富,充滿骨膠原嘅感覺,連我唔食得辣嘅朋友都大讚👍🏻金沙琵琶豆腐呢個係一個好考功夫嘅菜式,因為要keep住枇杷豆腐柔軟嘅口感,但係出邊嘅金沙炸皮又要香脆,而文興做得到,金沙炸皮充滿濃濃嘅鹹蛋味,但係完全冇掩蓋豆腐豆味,所以我哋一人一嚿咁好快就食曬😋文興招牌炒飯文興嘅炒飯炒得好好,粒粒分明,而且每粒飯都有蛋香,配上好多鮮蝦仁,蛋白同埋菜粒,充滿口感,絕對係一個高質嘅炒飯👏🏻是日例湯食中菜,飲中湯係必須嘅,是日例湯係粉葛豬骨湯,唔好以為例湯就一定係交行貨,呢個絕對係一個落足材料嘅老火例湯,飲落每啖都充滿誠意😋中式心太軟最後我哋叫咗一個甜品,叫做中式心太軟,我哋係因為佢個名夠晒特別而叫嘅,其實佢係燉蛋白加燉奶,而燉蛋白中間有雪蛤膏,所以係一個好養生嘅甜品,出邊未食過,我哋食完都大讚好味。總括嚟講,文興酒家絕對係大埔一間臥虎藏龍嘅高質素中菜館,我哋一定會再去食😋 continue reading

今日捉埋男朋友黎文興酒家食lunch 聽講呢間文興酒家喺英國好出名,依家喺大埔都有分店啦,黎之前已經好期待食完勁滿足果然無令我失望🫶🏻咁難得嚟到梗係要叫哂佢地嘅招牌嗌咗個燒味雙拼🤟🏻泰國櫻桃鴨加文興叉燒王佢哋個招牌泰國櫻桃鴨真係超香煙燻味好好味,而且啲肉好嫩調味好適中仲好juicy 啖啖肉😍😍😍而叉燒皇亦都係超靚位仲要半肥瘦 軟腍入味😋前菜我地仲點咗個太白花雕醉鮑魚酒味好香濃!鮑魚爽口,彈牙好味仲有啲醉蓮藕拌碟,同樣係好爽脆另外金沙琵琶豆腐,超有驚喜嘅炸豆腐。出邊包咗一層鹹蛋黃😍外酥內軟鹹鹹香香香,真係講起都想再食!仲有胡椒豬肚雞,啲雞好嫩滑個湯都好香!最後要大讚呢個文興炒飯,真係我食過最好味嘅炒飯!飯粒粒分明再加埋脆卜卜嘅櫻花蝦,超香口超有鑊氣🥳🥳🤩咁高興梗係食埋甜品啦,點咗中式心太軟,原來係類似蒸蛋白嘅甜品、裏面仲加咗桃膠等等嘅配料,勁滿足🤓🤓下次會帶埋屋企人再去食! continue reading

想食香港正宗又好味嘅燒鴨同埋叉燒,唔係咁易搵到。今次有朋友介紹,專程坐車入嚟大埔食燒味。餐廳裝修別緻又衛生,坐低即刻叫咗一份叉燒燒鴨雙拼。叉燒好重蜜糖味,鮮肉非常嫩口,加上燒烤做到外脆內軟,非常推介。燒鴨皮下脂肪少,感覺比較健康,皮脆肉嫩,真係好正。接著揀左一碟「魷魚炒河粉」,濕炒醬汁好香濃,份量好大,足夠4-6人食。另外,叫左一個冷盤「酒煮鮑魚」,鮑魚設成薄片,好爽口彈牙,帶有少少酒味,幾特別。仲叫咗「火龍果咕嚕肉」,甜甜酸酸,好開胃,仲有新鮮嘅火龍果、加上配菜:紅椒同埋黃椒,賣相非常吸引。另一味係「絲瓜炒牛肉」,牛肉既嫩滑又惹味,調味非常適宜,不會過淡又不會過鹹。仲有「紅蘿蔔粟米排骨湯」味道清甜,好有住家風味,健康又味美,超喜歡。酒樓竟然有茶餐廳嘅飲品可以選擇,咖啡奶茶、冷熱飲品,同樣有供應,今次用餐非常滿意,下次一定再嚟。 continue reading
