老闆請食飯去富悅軒,大鄉里既我唔講真係唔知個度有咁正既餐廳,係1881上面,平時好少行,富悅軒唔係大酒家,可放既枱唔多,但勝在夠私人服務非常好,呢度有好專業既wine manul,侍應好記得老闆金鍾意飲咩酒,好好咁建議我地飲咩紅酒及白酒個場雖然唔帶,但入口係1881公館中庭,食食下飯又可以出去影下相,真係又有得食又有得影相,中西合璧今晚食圍餐,雖然無每一道菜都影相呢度焗釀蟹蓋真係好正,連個碟都係蟹形,真係好有心思每一道菜都好好味,包場係一個好好既選擇希望再有機會來 continue reading

成日同班朋友去1881影相,但都未試過去1881入面食野,今次成班女仔想食好西又唔想再食西餐咁行,所以就試下呢間中餐🥳🥳首先我地睇menu 已經比呢個吸引住!南非鮑魚伴鵝肝 - 個鮑魚正正常常不過不失,但係個煎鵝肝好好食!唔會有鵝腥味!應該有炸左一炸先再煎熱食好好食😋黃金焗釀蟹蓋 - 個賣相好搞笑真係成隻蟹咁 入面釀左啲蟹肉同啲野味道都好夾片皮鴨 - 無咩特別反而呢既上湯龍蝦好有驚喜,好食過芝士龍蝦今次係第一次用刀叉食中餐 好滿意 好滿足 continue reading

Very delicious Chinese cuisine ,The porcelain was very high quality and the service was great.We were able to sit outside which the atmosphere and ambience was great.The char Siu was so soft and juicy. The fried rice has a great texture.Really recommend! continue reading

三月下旬要在尖沙咀找個地方跟過境的朋友們吃午飯。還好,想起這裡來。座落歷史建築裏,這裡裝潢雅緻、別具風味,而這裡的出品,則由經驗老到的倪師傅主理。作為粵菜大師,大家對他應該不會陌生,無論點心或小菜,由他經手的都有一定程度的水準。跟國外朋友來吃飯,真的錯不了。先來幾味點心,水晶蝦餃皇就是朋友至愛,花雕醉鵝肝做得非常軟滑,切成丁方骰子百花煎釀蘿白糕煎得兩面香脆,再來一件鮑魚雞粒酥,滿足。來一客湯品,朋友都點了宮廷海鮮酸辣湯,果然夠酸也夠辣。也不要錯過每天不同的精選燉湯,因為令天只要點上任何一款點心,每天不同的燉湯就會立即免費奉上。這一天送的是鮮鮑魚螺頭燉雞湯,火候足且湯料份量十足。小菜方面,欖菜鵝肝爆澳洲和牛是「重口味」之選,和牛加上鵝肝配上切粒的三色椒及潮洲欖菜同吃,起解膩之效。餐牌上有「漁港情懷」系列,以魚湯浸熟的斑塊再加上樹記腐竹就是一例。半煎煮海班球浸鮮腐竹的斑塊肉質緊緻爽身,浸過腐竹及斑塊的魚湯也濃郁可口,朋友也吃得津津有味。甜點方面,鴛鴦芝麻卷是大廚的私人推介。之前吃的芝麻卷多用黑芝麻製作,原來換上了白芝麻又是另一種香味,值得一試。比較起周末人來人往的廣東道及彌敦道,只是咫尺之隔的這裡算是難得寧靜的角落。雅緻的環境加上上佳的服務水平,當然還有倪師傅坐鎮的食物水準,是個值得推薦的好地方。 continue reading

坐落在有故事的建築。可能大家會只關注商場外面的店鋪。這家稍入酒店內,內里佈置非常古色古香。門前一大廣闊庭院。等朋友來時坐坐享受繁華的尖沙咀里的悠閒安靜時光。朋友推薦我來。開始也有點擔心-因為人很少。但食物其實水準中上。朋友們都很滿意,蝦餃貴些新鮮但不是那種很爽的(我最怕很爽的蝦因為那意味著養蝦時放了不少藥)。所以這個我比較滿意。燒賣蓮蓉包也甚佳。反倒是鮑魚酥好像可以更好。(感覺而已,其實我也說不出那兒有不好的地方)而最叫大家欣喜的是鴛鴦芝麻卷—這甜點很少地方做了。這兒做的很香很香。服務也很好👍。大家都說要encore. continue reading
