Visited this Western resto in Wan Chai with colleagues. .We all ordered the 4 Courses Lunch Set. Following are some of our selections for the First Course, Second Course, Main Course, Desserts and Drinks. -First Course:-Hand-diced Seafood Tartare The seafood tartare contained salmon, tuna, angel shrimp, bell peppers and avocado. The angel shrimp tasted sweet, while the avocado gave it a buttery texture. The tuna was slightly fishy though. -Second Course:-Mushroom SoupThe soup had a generous amount of mushroom, and with each sip, you could taste the richness of the mushroom. It was quite creamy. -Main Course:-USDA Prime Striploin (+HKD148)The medium-rare striploin was tender with an alluring pink interior. It was nicely seasoned with sea salt, although the meat on the right side seemed a bit saltier than the meat on the left. Overall, it was savoury with a great texture. -Seafood Pasta with Onsen EggMy colleague ordered this and I didn't try it, so I was not sure abt the flavour. Cheese was sprinkled on the pasta. -Desserts:-Dessert of the DayThe dessert of the day was a chocolate tart, and it was extremely small, perhaps only around the length of my little finger...Its chocolate flavour was rich though. -Affogato (+HKD68)The vinalla ice cream was topped with espresso, exuding an intense caffeine aroma. -Drinks:-Iced Mocha (+HKD48)The mocha was luxurious and smooth. After mixing it, it had a balanced combination of bitterness and sweetness. .The resto has a nile blue colour tone, and the seating is quite comfortable. The staff initially seemed a bit grumpy when she served us, but her attitude improved by the very end our of meal.

餐廳招牌顯眼,LOGO就是刀叉匙頗為可愛,入內就見到以柔和湖水綠色為主調的佈置,進門就是大的酒吧區,左邊就是面對落地玻璃的用餐區,因為有窗簾所以分隔了街外行人的視線,有私隱度之餘又有良好採光餐牌相當簡潔,晚市有每位3/6/8道菜的晚餐,價錢由$398起,今晚我們訂好了2人餐共$1488,良辰美景下當然不可缺少了美酒,白酒和氣泡酒的質量都很好,順喉得來果香味突出🌟Prelude前菜是經過48個月熟成的伊比利亞火腿,墊底的是來自Bake House的酸種麵包,微脆煙韌🌟Soup du jour是日餐湯是南瓜海鮮湯,濃稠得來順滑易入口,內裏有珍珠貝和魷魚粒等等,層次感豐富有咬口加$98要了招牌的龍蝦湯,掛著一隻大虎蝦,湯底深紅近似冬蔭功色,肉質爽彈🌟Fresh from the sea馬里蘭蟹餅,目前是我吃過蟹餅中的世一,用料非常足,入口每啖都是一梳梳的蟹肉,鮮味滿分🌟Chef signature entree platters有龍蝦扁意粉,擺盤上已經很精美,龍蝦肉已經起好留了尾巴去進行造型,肉質鮮甜彈牙,扁意粉厚身質感重,茄醬鹹香惹味另一道主菜是Forkers自家熟成的45日熟成USDA prime 肉眼,煎至3成熟就剛剛好,肉質滑嫩有濃烈牛味,油脂部分適中,易咬豐盈🌟Sweet Finale兩款甜品分別是檸檬蛋白撻和朱古力香蕉蛋糕,檸檬撻酸甜解膩,香蕉蛋糕鬆軟唔滯

難得有連假晏咗起身當然要食返個豐富嘅早午餐。嚟咗灣仔呢間forkers,佢哋假日除咗有lunch set,仲有brunch all u can eat ($698@),120分鐘任食M7和牛西冷牛扒同伊比利亞豬扒,包埋湯、沙律同飲品。店員嘅服務態度都好好,如果食得多真係好抵。沙律係Caesar salad,餐湯就係蕃茄南瓜湯,蕃茄同南瓜味都好香濃,加咗忌廉令到個湯好滑。Jamon Iberico de Bellota (+$98)我哋另外加咗兩個side dishes,其中嘅48個月黑毛豬火腿嚟自餐廳喺西班牙嘅自家農場,火腿鹹香味好香濃,食落一d都唔羶。Seafood Tartare (+$68)另一款海鮮他他,入面有三文魚、吞拿魚同天使蝦,刺身非常新鮮,天使蝦好鮮甜,而且加入咗燈籠椒粒,味道更加清新同埋有爽脆嘅口感。Australian M7 Wagyu Striploin澳洲M7和牛西冷煎得啱啱好,中心keep好粉嫩,入口肉汁豐富,肉質腍嫩,而最緊要係任食,性價比超高。因為係M7和牛,油花比例比較高,如果食完一份覺得有d膩又式者唔想食咁油,餐廳都容許可以叫USDA prime西冷,真係非常貼心。USDA prime肉質相對肉感較重,肉味香濃,但同樣都係好腍。Truffle Fries另外仲有薯條任食。薯條即叫即炸大約要5-10分鐘,熱辣辣非常香口,而且加咗松露油,食落有陣陣黑松露香味。Iberico Pork除咗牛仲有黑毛豬都係任食,豬係嚟自西班牙自家農場,以慢煮方式烹調,肉質非常之嫩,仲食到淡淡嘅橡果香味。不過因為係慢煮,如果想添食就要預早少少同店員講。嚟食個咁豐富高質嘅brunch又點可以唔叫返杯酒飲,我哋分別叫咗杯白酒同汽酒襯返d美食。呢款Riverby Estate Sauvignon Blanc ($98)入口會有少少似番石榴嘅果香,味道帶d酸,同d前菜非常夾。另一款Cremant de Bourgogne, Bouhelier($98)相對會甜d,medium嘅汽泡飲落更加有口感。除咗酒,我哋仲叫咗樽Saicho Jasmine Sparkling Tea,第一次飲sparkling tea,口感都幾特別,茉莉花茶味道甜甜哋,茶味好清新,兩個人share 1樽啱啱好。Brunch本身有埋甜品,今日就有芝士蛋糕配雲呢拿雪糕。因為我哋想試吓其他就upgrade咗一個做premium dessert:梨子乳酪蛋糕配雲呢拿雪糕。乳酪同梨子果肉好夾,蛋糕味道清新唔會好膩。。。Forkers 灣仔駱克道33號萬通險大廈地下A號舖。。
