每到宵夜時段,就會想起北角福元湯圓。店舖雖小,但曾獲獎米芝蓮,可見其甜品非常出色。不要看店面較樸實,這裏的甜品可謂驚人優秀!芝麻合桃糊湯圓,香醇不黏牙齒,絲絲入口,細膩幼滑,內斂精緻,輕輕攪拌,泛起濃香,雲湧江濤,讓人讚不絕口!薑汁芝麻湯圓,形態飽滿,狀若玉珠,油潤細緻,豐潤渾厚,齒頰留香。楊枝甘露不過不失,只可以說來福元,必須點湯圓,因為這裏的湯圓的確非常絕頂,而這種楊枝甘露的甜品,本人則認為其他餐廳可能做法更佳。 continue reading

這天與男性朋友於北角聚餐過後,突然心癢想吃個糖水再歸家,便馬上想起這間米芝蓮推介的福元湯圓,二話不說小妹我便過來這裡享用我的飯後甜品。這間糖水店是北角的老字號,主打每天手工製作的湯圓和小丸子。餐廳裝潢簡約樸素,座位雖然不算太多,但絲毫沒有影響食客到此,客人是座無虛席呢。芝麻糊湯圓我選擇了凍的芝麻糊加湯圓,色澤黑漆的芝麻糊味道香濃,口感黏稠順滑,甜度恰好,絲毫沒有渣粒,湯圓大顆飽滿,共有三粒,入口外皮薄身,咬開後芝麻餡料流滿口腔,味道細膩醇香,綿密微甜。花生湯圓花生湯圓共有五粒,使用糖薑水作為糖水,糖薑水色澤金黃清澈,可見有少量薑片浸於糖水中,糖薑水入口醇厚辛辣,薑味濃郁,味道正宗。花生湯圓飽滿圓潤,外皮柔軟薄身,咬開後餡料如流沙狀般佈滿口腔,花生味道濃郁,甜度恰到好處,且夾雜著碎花生粒,細膩中帶脆口,口感更為豐富。整體而言,環境簡約樸素,乾淨衛生,糖水味道製作出色,湯圓餡料飽滿豐富,是必食的平民米芝蓮老字號糖水店。 continue reading

有日男朋友接完我收工之後,去咗炮台山食飯,食完飯之後就順路去埋炮台山最出名嘅「福元湯圓」食湯圓~花生湯圓($26)一碗有5粒湯圓,薑湯薑味都幾重,帶少少辛香,皮比小寧波厚,咬開嘅時候,花生餡都夠流沙,緩緩地流出來,花生餡有白芝麻和細碎花生粒係裏面,幾有咬口。果皮蓮子百合紅豆沙($20)加湯圓($9)所有湯水加湯圓,都有三粒,都算合理,紅豆沙有啲稀,味道比較淡,但勝在紅豆入口夠軟腍,蓮子亦十分鬆化,加翻d分! continue reading
