依家因為待業先知炮台山有依間隱世老店,而依間店鋪有30年專門賣中式糖水,最出名既係爆醬湯圓。 我去到店鋪既時候,買糖水既人都係上左年紀, 證明依間係好野。 我點咗一碗 杏仁茶湯圓($36), 杏仁茶好香,濃濃既杏仁味而唔係水汪汪得個甜,湯圓大大粒, 皮很薄,一咬入面既芝麻餡即刻漏出嚟,芝麻餡同樣好食。 整個甜品食完個口唔會得個甜,所以值得去食。 不過店鋪太細, 座位非常有限, 大多數客人都係叫外賣。 😀另外, 雖然依間係老店,但佢地都有社交平台 account , 仲有急凍湯圓售賣。 continue reading

🚩長年排隊名店 香港湯圓皇牌🚩📍 福元湯圓今日是元宵節,先祝大家情人節快樂。在元宵節,不可少得的當然就是湯圓。而説到香港湯圓店,定必會提及福元湯圓。坐落炮台山站旁多年,它一直是需要排隊的名店,每逢佳節人龍更可能延伸至街尾。溫馨提示:由於店舖座位非常少,所以要有心理準備排隊是必要的。另外,外賣和堂食都是排同一條隊,所以若兩人一起去,可以一人負責排隊落單,另一人去拿位子,這樣會更有效率。🍴黑芝麻湯圓(糖薑水底)($30)🍴桂花酒釀湯圓 ($34)湯圓整體來説算大粒,最值得一讚的是湯圓皮非常煙靱,咬口十足。黑芝麻餡料呈半水半沙狀態,不會過生或過熟,你可要知道現今許多糖水舖提供的湯圓都是過生。難怪它可以長期保持湯圓皇牌地位。如果湯圓好味是本份,想不到連薑水也十分吸引。糖薑水不會太辣,相信大部分人都能夠接受。雖然不辣,但依然出奇地暖胃,在寒冷的夜晚食特別舒服。桂花酒釀底亦十分出色,酒釀份量非常充足,價錢亦十分公道。還未試過的你們,這是你絕對不能錯過的「老字號」名店。 continue reading
