繼12月剛開張第二日去咗第一次,之後再去試過幾次車仔麵,冇咁鹹進步咗。前兩日去食早餐,見到有生炸雞翼,但太飽冇叫到。今日第六次幫襯,早餐要哂A+B+C。今朝唔知做乜有啲甩漏,炸雞翼上埋都未有炸菜湯意粉,嚟到又搞錯比米粉,最後總算嚟齊啱哂。厚多士取貨自附近麵包店君蘭,鬆軟,啲牛油落得都重手,如果再烘脆啲更好。腸仔煎得好脆。煎蛋半生熟剛好流心(試過炒蛋都幾滑不過唔重牛乳香)。意粉算彈牙而且好大份,炸菜略腍唔夠爽又唔夠香辣。呢區朝早有炸雞翼供應嘅應只有兩個地方,"車仔年代"好多油,調味亦唔夠,比起"景福茶餐"嘅濃香惹味差太遠。杯奶茶幾好,茶味夠又有奶香甜。之前同負責人傾開偈,原來車仔麵條方係紅磡蔡欄美食坊嘅"鍾記車仔",唔怪得啲味咁似舊時,仲有牛鞭。佢亦承認剛開始阿姐未上手調味重咗已調整過,但全部嘢冇落味精,所以味精敏感嘅我食完都冇事。冇試古怪嘢但食過牛腩覺得太嚡,而且街坊普遍認為此店定價較高。但個人認為呢度坐得幾舒服,食物質素普遍唔錯,而且早餐可以揀A+B+C自己配搭彈性大,貴少少可以接受。希望店方繼續努力進步! continue reading

新年新伊始,走到有個"新"字既地區,找一間新餐廳試一試車仔年代,分明就 "食" 懷舊風,與翠字頭貴價高級茶記為鄰,應會有壓力早餐時段,沒有車仔麵,那就試香港的茶記早餐傳統望望餐牌,選擇不少,價錢黎講...以新餐廳黎講就可以接受。當然揀最愛的沙牛麵,配炒滑蛋+ 餐肉。最港味濃的早餐食物上枱速度, 可以。賣相都可以不過沙牛味道,香氣都欠奉,只有外觀可取。味道非重口味,但亦吃不到半點沙嗲香及辣。真懷疑自己吃下啡色的漿糊,可幸牛肉非太淋身滑蛋,賣相可以,都很滑溜。餐肉呢...比較薄切,較多粉,少豬肉既來貨牛油厚多,中規中矩,略嫌未夠脆身。最後,凍飲要加3蚊。似乎加3蚊凍飲已經是趨勢。2蚊...快可成為歷史綜合黎講,新餐廳有進步空間,始終現時的新蒲崗食店越來越多選擇,質素亦不斷提升。競爭非少,如果食物無甚特色、價錢亦非抵食,那只會又是執笠收場。 continue reading

個餐廳名叫車仔年代諗住佢個車仔麵會好出名29蚊麵加3個餸啲餸麵覺得ok多選擇就叫左兩個上到黎一食........心知不妙 totally係fake人難食到一個點 可以話係我有生以黎食過最難食既!!!!!!!車仔麵最重要既係佢個湯底佢果個咁既牛腩湯底簡直不知所謂冇咩平時食果啲牛汁味覺得唔係真材實料呢個價出出面搵大把好食過佢佢仲有其他野食飯之類既不過冇試到所以唔知好冇味但如冇意外相信我都唔會再幫襯佢 continue reading
