燒乳豬:豬肉嫩滑鬆軟,豬皮香脆可口。整個感覺配合得非常之好啊。但係番茄薯仔餅不似預期。比較煙韌同埋過咗火喉。
海鮮燴飯:非常之香濃嘅鮮蝦海鮮湯令到整個飯都非常之鮮香。飯嘅生熟度剛剛好。入邊亦都會有好多墨魚粒,亦令到整體嘅口感提升左。上面嘅海鮮裏面龍蝦係比較鮮味而突出。不過青口同埋顯就真係好一般啦。
環境:環境舒適,燈光亦非常之恰到好處。配合窗外中環嘅商業區風景以及遠處半山嘅風景,整個感覺十分舒適。不過碰巧當晚有不少多外國人喺度Happy Hour,嘈咗少少啦。

第一個前菜是西班牙火腿配蕃茄麵包,火腿十分之優質,富有鹹香。蕃茄麵包做法特別,麵包有點硬但亦脆口,包上面有蕃茄蓉,帶有淡淡的蕃茄香,味道OK。配上火腿,卻十分之夾,口感及味道都豐富。

食咗三個前菜,與友人已讚不絕口,最後一個前菜,一上枱已眼前一亮,樣子十分可愛。泡芙上面放了一片三文魚腩,還有片片黑松露,泡芙內是酸忌廉,三文魚新鮮甜美。三文魚混和酸忌廉,原來很夾,味道層次豐富。放入口,不單有三文魚獨有鮮味,亦有忌廉的滑溜,還有泡芙的薄脆,加埋松露的香,好味到無得彈。😋😋😋

乳豬絕對是皮脆肉嫩,咬落肉汁香溢,360度刺激味蕾,好食到唔停得口,我只嫌一件太少。旁邊的抱子甘藍平衡了肉味,絕配。它的乳豬比The Salted Pig是有過之而無不及,Super Yummy! 😘😘😘

澳洲和牛雖不及日本和牛幼嫩,但肉質鮮嫩丶多汁兼有濃郁的牛味,正!旁邊的松露薯條又香又脆,咸度啱啱好!無論主菜或伴菜,都是水準之作。👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

甜品是吉拿棒伴朱古力醬,吉拿棒又稱西班牙油炸鬼,是麵粉加蛋然後油炸而成。其吉拿棒充滿蛋香,炸得脆口,上面灑上糖粒,甜甜地,好味。單獨食也好,點朱古力醬也好,是一地道好甜品。😋😋😋

Wagyu is so scrumptious. Added $188 for Lobster paella on top of dining set (special offer from Dining City). Personally I think it’s not worth. Anyhow, my hubby said that he still would pay extra for this dish with more variety.

💥[Lobster & seafood paella]全晚重頭戲,兩個人未試過食咁大兜嘅西班牙海鮮炒飯🤩仲要有半邊龍蝦,份量十足,飯海鮮味都有,但由於前面已經食到飽飽地,所以影響了食呢個嘅胃口😅可想而知今餐有幾豐富:0)

最後,本身甜品應該會係我幾期待嘅churros with chocolate,但去到餐牌轉了baked cheesecake,冇咩特別所以冇影😕.

整體黎講,餐廳環境氣氛相當唔錯,食物質素黎講個人覺得前菜/tapas 比較出色,但以今次Restaurant Week 嘅價錢黎講試到咁多野食絕對抵食!

Very generous portion size, with at least 2-3 whole scallops served! Quality was fresh but would suggest eating the scallops with the sweet corn mousse underneath as it’s sweetness balanced out the saltiness of the scallops. 帶子新鮮,份量都唔少,薄片加埋有兩至三粒。不過味道偏鹹,加埋底部甜甜嘅粟米蓉一齊食,味道比較平衡。

Was quite surprised by the texture of this cheesecake, it has a light, soft, fluffy texture, which resembles a japanese style cheesecake. The sorbet tasted more like raspberry flavour than strawberry. Regardless, it was dessert and there’s no better way to end a meal than with something sweet🥰 甜品控食飯梗係要有甜品啦,不過佢哋嘅芝士蛋糕比較日式,質感輕型軟熟。不過只要係甜品,我都一定鍾意😂

一入去見到佢個bar檯同白雪雪嘅decor已經覺得好有情調,佢個燈光唔係死白同橙黃,而係好和煦,畀人感覺好cozy、乾淨、一塵不染。仲有落地玻璃望住半山,綠意盎然非常寫意。首先叫咗個黑毛豬火腿,多士好香脆,有陣馥郁嘅橄欖油香,上面有啲番茄粒粒咁相當有趣。反而個火腿就差強人意,冇咩風乾香味。脆皮乳豬就好高質啦,真係做到皮脆肉嫩。最好食係個海鮮飯,佢上面鋪咗層海苔(?)令口感好得意,個龍蝦味好rich每粒飯都入味,同埋呢個質素嚟講真係唔貴,自己一個嚟齋叫呢個飯都夠。仲有就係呢個墨魚,形狀似河粉,味道冇咩特別,可能我比較重口味所以略嫌唔夠味同唔夠煙韌。總括而言絕對值得encore,同埋依我所見呢間絕對好食過同一棟樓另一間西班牙菜,亦係個約會嘅好地方。
