The restaurant offers a range of dinner set options ranged from $700 - $1000 with the Tomahawk at $1900 for two. While the overall dinning experience was not the best, there were still some noteworthy highlights that deserve a mention.The bread was crispy, soft and delicious. It would be better if it was cut into smaller pieces so that it could be put into the mouth without tearing. It was a bit embarrassing

一個人去Staycation,想靜一靜,思考人生,同時,當然要享受美食啦!午餐揀咗Flint,環境寬敞,落地玻璃,感覺開陽,坐梳化位,無人打擾,好舒服。今次點咗Executive Set Lunch。餐前麵包麵包拌牛油,皮脆內軟,香氣撲鼻,非常好味,咁大份都竟然食得完。烤八爪魚沙律 Grilled Octopus Salad前菜點咗烤八爪魚沙律,烤得啱啱好,有grilled味亦juicy唔乾身,伴烤菠蘿粒,味道甜甜,入口舒服,好refreshing。澳洲安格斯牛扒 Australian Rangers Valley Black Angus Flank Steak牛扒要medium,煎得啱啱好,肉質鮮嫩,伴醬好好味,一醬走天涯,連最愛的mustard都冇點過,但可惜唔記得叫咩名。Old Bay薯條外酥內軟,拌菜沙律都做得非常出色。Expresso唯一不足的是,原本想點Macchiato,但服務員聽錯嚟咗Expresso,但都OK嘅。下次有機會帶家人嚟食。
