今日一家再訪這法式小店吃午飯。店子位於舊式商廈樓上,格局小巧平實,設有半露天座,走平民法式路缐,主打法式薄餅。Chef pasta$138這pasta 充滿蕃茄鮮味,味道和平日的肉醬意粉大同小異,肉醬比較似肉碎多一點,沒有太多芝士,味道比一般肉醬意粉清爽。Linguini carbonara, black truffle paste$188這Linguini carbonara口感軟滑,十分creamy, 充滿濃濃的黑松露幽香和忌廉奶香,醬汁份量剛好,味道吸引。Lamb shank confit, couscous $228羊膝份量十足,啖啖肉。羊肉肉質軟到化開,沒有半點羶味,而且肉食的份量很多,加上濃濃的gravy, 味道不錯,有少少膩口。La scallops$208Scallop, mushroom, bacon, spinach and white wine sauce這帶子煎得又嫩又滑,味道鮮味,加上蒜味菠菜、煙肉,和薄脆法式薄餅,是不錯又輕盈的法式滋味Duck confit $228這油封鴨腿的皮煎得十分甘香,鴨肉油潤嫩口,肉質又軟又腍,好吃。這一天的法式午餐很不錯,法式小店風情,完全不拘束,服務不錯。值得一訪。 continue reading

好耐好耐無食過crepe🤭隔離嗰位介紹呢間法國餐廳,仲叫我去OpenRice訂檯🍽餐廳喺銅鑼灣一棟舊式大廈入面,入到去就好似外國嘅小店咁。有室內或者室外可以坐,室外係一個露台仔,有幾張枱,但暑假實在太熱☀️我哋揀咗室內有冷氣涼🌬客人唔算多,坐唔爆,所以唔係太嘈,舒舒服服食一餐✌🏻2個人叫咗2份咸點1份甜點,仲有1枝啤酒🍻啤酒隻杯真係好得意😎埋單$515,前前後後三份crepe,所以唔係貴👏🏻 continue reading

同事介紹來過一次,之後一發不可收拾,基本上每兩三個星期都會和朋友過來特別推薦前菜鵝肝凍配烤麵包,口感類似新鮮出爐的菠蘿油,但鵝肝的香味比牛油更加突出,鬆化的麵包也完美襯托出鵝肝的油潤口感油封鴨腿亦是一絕,外皮香脆似新鮮出爐的烤乳豬,而內裏鴨肉仍然嫩滑多汁;這個菜式很受食客歡迎,最好提前下單或預訂可麗餅是這裡的招牌菜,最近新出的daily special黑松露芝士火腿蛋可麗餅更其中的佼佼者;松露的濃香,餅皮的麥香,芝士的濃奶香,配以流心蛋與火腿的調味,層次感異常豐富,不可不試最後用雪糕可麗餅甜美作結值得一提的是,餐廳侍應的服務也十分貼心,耐心地介紹菜式之餘,同時也樂意分享餐廳的背景和特色;與她們交流之後,才發現原來這裡的chef之前曾在法國大使館掌勺;難怪這間2010年開張的餐廳能在美食薈萃的銅鑼灣存續至今結帳大概人均400,這個價格能嚐到使館大廚的手藝,想來也有幾分不可思議 continue reading

一直對呢間好有興趣,但有次星期一嚟原來冇開的,今日終於嚟到,星期日下午茶時間冇咩人門口幾有特色但唔記得影相~其實自己係為crepe而嚟,不過揀咗好耐因為要查下邊種好🤣而店員好有耐性亦都一直保持笑容呀叫咗鹹甜pizza各一,都幾好食,香港真係好少呢種餅食呀~但比起美食,真心想讚個講英文嘅店員真係服務態度超好,凍飲走冰做到,見唔想用鋼飲管即刻俾紙飲管,見熱即刻特登為我哋開埋本身冇開部冷氣,好多嘢都有耐心回答,佢連喺呢種舊樓嘅廁所都好乾淨完全冇味,有冇心去做生意真係睇得出,希望間舖生意更加好啦(貼士都好值得俾多d) continue reading
