Terrible staff attitude and poor services with unclear charging mechanisms. 叫左個menu 既crepe (La Chef Complete $132)問清楚可以加雞肉,埋單先知個staff 唔係根據叫嗰樣嘢去收錢, 而係換咗另一個有雞肉既crepe(Paysanne$208)去收錢,然後再要我加$28 加ham 因為本身個crepe 係有ham. 總共我個有雞肉既La Chef Complete crepe 就係$236,即係加雞肉要加$104。 成件事無同我溝通,最正係個staff 仲要理直氣壯咁同我哋講下次問清楚。 完全係黑人問號! 未遇過咁差服務態度既餐廳,食物味道只可以話正常,唔係特別出色。 咁差既服務態度,又唔係平,絕對唔會推介大家去呢間餐廳。

完美隱藏咗喺樓上嘅法式餐廳,甜crepe、鹹crepe都有,不過我哋淨係叫咗crepe,食到最後有啲厭。有加一服務費,而且唔收信用卡,只收現金/payme。*Galette rolled with ham and emmental cheese $88鹹法式可麗餅卷入火腿、芝士,鹹香十足,但口感比較寡,全部食材都係腍。La Terre-Neuve $188一開始表面仲脆,影兩三下相已經開始腍。鹹可麗餅主要用蕎麥粉,但略欠麥香,包入芝士、煙三文魚、菠菜。配搭好,但奶味過重,食唔到三文魚味、麥味。La Poire $88感覺甜可麗餅同鹹嘅有唔同,皮比較厚,配雲呢拿雪糕,凍冰冰配暖crepe好夾。薰衣草燴梨微甜,配雪糕食嘅話,花味偏淡。

This newly favourite of mine! 想搵個好地方同同學聚下舊食特別D嘅野, 就去試下呢間法式galetteThe galettes and onion soup are surprisingly good, and the place is so cozy, there was a moment that I thought im travelling in France.Tried their recommendations, La Sariadaise, a galette made with duck confit, mushroom, etc. IT IS REAL GOOD 鴨腿肉呢款勁好味! Of course we also ordered some others and all are delicious.Sweet one we tried La Speculos, which is very nice 甜嘅都好好味, my friend said it is not easy to find speculos spread in HKWill defintely come back for enjoying my holiday with their Paris Gin Tonic too!

今次嚟到呢間樓上嘅銅鑼灣法式Cafe食薄餅,薄餅又鹹味同埋甜嘅。呢間餐廳比較隱蔽,喺利舞臺附近嘅2樓。餐廳環境舒適,最好提前訂位,因為7:30開始人比較多。今次嘢飲趕得切happy hour,所以都有優惠,大約$52一杯。因為我唔食甜嘢,今次叫咗三個鹹薄餅。薄餅都係即叫即整,入口即溶,熱辣辣。兩個人食唔會好飽,份量啱啱好😄推介嘅就係鴨肉薄餅同埋黑松露薄餅。呢兩個薄餅唔會太鹹,薄餅個皮亦都啱啱好厚度,再加上好多濃郁嘅芝士,非常特別!最後仲叫咗個廚師推介薄餅,就係gold cheese 🧀 呢個味道嘅薄餅唔係度度有得食!!! 可惜佢係用羊奶製成,如果拍羊肉蘇嘅朋友千祈唔好嘗試,不過如果鍾意食羊嘅又鍾意羊奶嘅,不妨一試😊

上個月跟朋友去咗銅鑼灣一間樓上法式餐廳⭐️Fleur De Sel⭐️食lunch😃我哋叫咗煙肉腸芝士洋蔥薄餅、紅莓Crepe 同埋Soup of the day✌🏻✨ 煙肉腸芝士洋蔥薄餅,薄底薄身咬落非常脆口,並加上法式芥辣醬為煙肉腸同洋蔥更加美味😋✨ 紅莓Crepe,以福袋造型上碟,以數粒紅莓醬伴碟,廚師用紅色長條橡皮糖紮起整個Crepe,用刀切開Crepe後會見到一球雲呢拿雪糕同紅莓醬相當驚喜,福袋味道偏甜啖啖都會有紅莓嘅味道,鐘意甜食嘅朋友簡呢個crepe一定好滿足😍✨ Soup of the day: 紅蘿蔔湯餐廳以紅蘿蔔蓉煲成湯水,近距離睇碗湯會有一個個紅蘿蔔色嘅小小水波,好有分子料理嘅感覺,而且湯水非常夠熱,係餐廳用心之作👍🏻
