To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

本來沒有打算點梅子冰, 但看到鄰座的一壼, 我們於是又點了. 今次的有點似酸梅湯..一壼大概有3-4杯.這味大漠風沙單骨雞翼很惹味, 少少辣, 適量的粉漿包著雞翼, 使雞肉依然有肉汁兼嫩滑, 要自己吃光一碟其實不難.在漁牧已是第三次吃雞煲, 第一次是榴槤雞煲, 挺有趣, 而今次則與上次一樣, 點了原奇味雞煲, 件件均稱, 特別喜歡吃肉連骨的部份, 初滾時咸味剛剛好, 但汁一收乾, 吃到底便有點咸, 然而雞肉嫩滑是很讚的, 三至四個人吃這煲很夠.  漁牧混豬是這裏的名菜, 所以怎樣也能點一客, 可是今次的沒比上次的好吃, 皮是夠薄脆, 奈何肥膏太多而肉略少, 不能說不好吃, 只因我們是不太偏愛肥膏, 有些人喜歡肥膏與肉各半, 貪其口感軟滑, 入口即溶, 但我們則剛好相反. 值得一提, 三款醬汁是必備的, 我最喜歡蜜糖芥末醬, 傳統的乳豬醬也不錯.  吃了上火的食物, 來一個椰青是我的習慣, 非常幸運地遇上多水薄皮的椰青, 而且肉嫩得能刮起來吃, 很清甜啊~  continue reading

難得約到朋友出來食飯,今日一於刺激d食辣野!食辣野一定要有野飲中和下辣味。飲品我地叫左一杯Hoegaarden rosee $42,女仔飲最啱,甜甜地似果汁味易入口,唔覺唔覺飲晒成杯啤酒。仲有一jar鮮榨西瓜汁$60,清熱消暑,食辣野飲最啱,我地三個一齊飲,侍應服務好好,幫我地攞埋杯分埋西瓜汁,見個杯飲完又主動幫我地添加,每人都分到兩杯,一邊食辣一邊飲,西瓜汁清甜味又有果肉,食辣野都唔覺辣。仲叫杯冰爽鮮果燈汁$24,有蘋果西瓜奇異果肉,夾埋橙汁酸酸甜甜,食辣野清下濃味都幾夾。主角到啦,誘人麻辣海鱸魚$298,鱸魚已經從中間片開,平放在烤爐上,灑滿辣指天椒和芫茜,一上桌香味四溢,裡面的配菜還加了枝竹、冬瓜、紅薯粉和金菇,煮一會湯汁入晒味,配菜就食得啦,好心急呢!仲叫左幾款小食,麻辣毛豆$33。毛豆好香花椒味,微辣而已,食落滿口麻香,邊吃邊飲Hoegaarden rosee 清下喉嚨,好爽呀!川香鴨舌$58,不辣的,滷汁超入味,咸咸地有芝麻香,滷到好淋,𦧲骨都好容易,助酒小食一流!拍青瓜拌梅汁雲耳$33,呢個好推介呢,醋酸味配梅汁原來好夾,酸中有青瓜的清甜,雲耳爽爽地有嚼勁,記得要點多d 汁食唔好晒,不會太酸,很開胃,我食左半碟呢!大漠風沙雞翼$68,見到好多炸蒜蓉炸粉和青紅椒,炸完雞翼堆住佢,香噴噴脆卜卜。野食超快上晒桌,一再讚侍應好好服務,鱸魚上桌後幫我們開魚,等湯汁再煮下入味d, 而我們喜歡吃辣的,覺得不夠辣,可以叫侍應加辣,佢就幫我地再攞一碗指天椒倒落湯汁再煮下先食。食得啦!鱸魚肉是厚身些,用來做烤魚吸收湯汁味不錯,雖然肉質無咁滑,但吃炸魚要吃它的烤香和辣汁,所以選擇厚肉的鱸魚烤完啖啖肉。魚皮超香,因為烤過,有bbq味之餘又煙韌,好好食,一定要連魚皮食!魚肉不是吃它的滑,是吃麻辣濃湯的惹味,我覺得是辣中帶甜的,不是得個辣字。大漠風沙雞翼原來起左一條骨,得返一條骨,炸完就可啖啖肉地食晒成隻雞翼唔會浪費,唔鐘意𦧲骨的人都可以食到乾乾淨淨,脆口到不得了,雞用仲有肉汁,微辣而已,真係超推介!食埋烤魚的配菜先,金菇吸晒湯汁,濃濃的辣湯帶些魚汁鮮甜,配菜不可不吃啦!所以冬瓜、紅薯粉、枝竹等吸水份的配菜都變得超惹味啦!吃光飲光,真係辣得適中,最緊要識叫飲品中和,就不怕越食越辣。覺得這裡的小食最回味,如果唔食晚飯,叫小食同朋友吹水飲野都適合,因為呢度坐位寬敞,坐低傾計都舒服。 continue reading

我看到很多漁牧的好評,我有D半疑但有比我想像中好.我地成班FD去到食香飘蒜香味的魚,魚份量十足一黎聞到蒜香香味,魚肉沒有很多骨很滑,不辣的燒魚,蒜香很濃,環境整潔舒適.食物份量很適合一大班FD聚時食.另外,叫左一隻烤豬.肉感很有口感.不會硬. 油香滿溢. continue reading

第一次食燒魚餐廳感覺很好下班跟朋友晚餐,比餐廳logo吸引了入去點了幾款川味菜,沸騰魚,烤乳豬!川味菜,沸騰魚都簡了辣辣的,愈吃愈開胃><食辣同唔食辣既人都可以除意選擇@@烤乳豬就有3款口味,每款都試左,有酸有辣好特別第一次食感覺很好,下次都會帶埋屋企人食下先^^ continue reading

又到好友每月一聚時間,大家都比較喜愛約尖沙咀區食飯,因為無論工作地點係港島還是九龍,尖沙咀都一樣咁方便大家。今次好友們揀選左呢間喺加拿芬廣場2樓嘅漁牧。電梯門一打開就見到漁牧個大門啦,金光閃閃咁,非常吸睛。打開餐牌就比呢個魚煲吸引住,大家都話試下佢,難得大家咁齊心,一於ORDER呢個啦前菜都有幾款右: 酸甜蘿蔔--酸酸地,仲好爽口添。上: 涼伴心裡美--一個相當日本嘅名,原來真係同日本有關,其實係日本紅菜頭,味道清甜。左: 醬油皮蛋--這個皮蛋不是人人喜愛,但佢卻係有佢獨特嘅味道,只有愛食皮蛋嘅人才會明白。老婆大人同有揸車嘅朋友都唔飲酒,我地ORDER左西瓜汁比佢地。西瓜汁清甜,而且夠凍又夠解渴。一陣食辣野啱晒。我今日無揸車,可以飲呢款Hoegaarden Rose味,只有少許酒精,玫瑰味比較香甜,我都比老婆大人試左一口,佢話都可以接受啊。友人叫左呢個Corona特調,份量十足,適合幾位女仕們share。雖然酒精濃度較高,但無論造型、顏色、份量都非常吸引人。清江魚回味酸辣味--以為味道會好辣,但試左呢個酸辣味,發覺酸酸地唔太辣,仲相當醒胃添。香辣左帥蟹將軍--除了辣椒,再加入蓮藕片及芫茜去炒,食落非常香口惹味。不過要拆殼,又要幫老婆大人拆埋,我只係食左少少咋龍蝦雞煲--龍蝦嘅鮮味配上惹味嘅雞肉,各自都有獨特味道,大家都搶唔到對方嘅風頭,係一個非常特別嘅配搭。魚牧混豬--記得剛入座時大家仲講緊店名--漁牧,咁菜式會唔會有魚目混珠呢?點知原來真係有架。不過佢個珠係豬肉個豬,用上一個月大的乳豬,內裡混入糯米飯。另外備有3款醬汁比你揀:傳統乳豬醬、芥末醬及秘製漁牧混豬醬。我都係鍾意傳統乳豬醬,感覺果隻甜味同乳豬最夾。紫薯驢打滾--呢個甜品其實係糯米皮包入紫薯,口感非常柔軟,而且紫薯嘅甜味唔重,所以食落唔會覺得好Heavy。 continue reading
